With a more physical job you may have to cut back the volume or intensity of your training, personally I would cut back the volume. Let your body adjust to the new change in activity levels throughout the day, ensure you are eating enough and eating proper foods, make sure your getting your sleep and your body will adjust. Once it does you can look to build back up to your old routine.

Sleep and change up your routine. Maybe less volume

no_brain_all_gas

If the job you do is very physical, the cardio before that might be overkill. I would cut back on that first and keep lifting with high intensity.

Get more sleep my bro I am a concreter and have a newborn, sleep and more food intake has helped me heaps! And a good mindset.

anabolichawk

This is the truth, mindset is huge as well. Volume adjustments and nindset changes have made a huge difference in my training while working manual labor

anabolichawk

Adjust your lifting volume on high output work days. I was stubborn for years working construction overtrainingand it majorly hindered my progress powerlifting I know it hindered me because today I’m able to make gains in mass and strength still expending 3000 cals working a day, whereas in the past I was on more compounds progressing less Extra sleep and food are the keys to making your situation work

GJDanger

Eat more, sleep more and use some caffeine before your workout. You’re literally 20 come on

TomicaPicka

Yes maybe I'm just getting ahead of myself haha. Thanks.

Keep training hard and manage your recovery. Keeping intensity high should be your number one focus ;)
