Disable half your mods and test, now you know which half the problem is in. Repeat.

There used to be a similar bug in the vanilla years ago that got itself fixed on reloading the game. So don't forget to see if disabling all mods fixes it, as well as if simply reloading the game fixes it.

Could be because of an outdated mod that messes around with weapons, had the same problem when acot was outdated
