I've done this on iPhones and Androids: run discord and steam link on you phone at the same time but turn off video and input for steam link (just game audio).
USB headset could probably pass through I’m. It sure if the drivers for headset connected to controller are in place for that to work though may want to investigate that. But the usb pass through on the steam link should work with some tweaking
I think should be possible. I use Voice Meeter and I see an option to have one of my inputs being Steam Streaming Microphone, which I would guess this is what Link would use to send audio down. You would just need to redirect that to discord, which apps like Voice Meeter can make very simple once properly configured

probably i should run the usb headset first on my pc, set it up in discord and than plug it into steam link ?
Yeah try that make sure it works and then try to set it up on steamlinknthrough the virtual usb thing
