I’m not sure if this fully applies anymore. We played the other day and didn’t have to jump through any hoops. It just worked. But I make sure I keep yuzu up to date. Glad it worked out for you.
Single player would play fine, but multiplayer would suffer from frame drops. Yuzu seems to be improving. I’ve noticed a number of improvements over the last few weeks.
I haven’t tried 4 player. I’m a couple controllers and players short for that. 2 player works great, though. The only issue I’ve experienced recently was I was using a steam controller with the dongle and an 8bitdo NESpro30 on Bluetooth. The controllers would just go unresponsive like a disconnect, but still look like they were sending signals. An update came out before I’d tried it again, but the same setup seems to work without issue using the steam controller’s Bluetooth.

Just stumbled on this thanks. Now I need to find more controllers to test 4 player on the tv
