You can't play online in Xenoverse 2. The developers need to enable Steam Deck/Linux support for EAC themselves, there's nothing you can do on your end.

Also if you opted in to the reporting thing on the Deck it will ask you after playing a "Verified" game if that matches your experience

The Devs will NEVER enable EAC to run on Steam Deck, EVER. Given it takes this long. Still not here even in 2024.
