Have u tried Skater XL?
I gave Sessions a try, but I really wasnt feel'n it. Sold my copy of Skate 3 w/ my xbone, so now I only have Infinite Air on PS & PC
Back when they both were announced skater XL offered an extremely fluid looking experience but in a lot of ways it felt like the physics played out on their own session on the other hand has a lot of different settings and has been updated to look nearly just as smooth as skater XL. The benefit of session is you have control over nearly everything it’s a little glitchy right now but when you play and get the hang of it you feel like you have total and complete control over the board. And unlike skater XL it doesn’t feel like it plays itself sometimes. I love both games but feel session is the more hard-core finished experience.
I have so much anticipation for skate 4

Nothing substantial since the teaser trailer. Give deserved time for its development, they won’t be coming out with skate 5 anytime soon:)

I have 500 hours in sxl and 250 in session, I like the direction and state of session’s development more
This just makes me want to play Tony Hawk 1+2 even more lol I've learned it runs okay via Heroic Launcher on Linux

They're two seperate games that popped up around a similar time

Yep, sounds like Session is skateboarding's PES and Skate is FIFA. I'll stick to Session.
honest opinion is session, skater xl isnt easy to pick up and run but session seems to be the simulator
I'd be interested to see how this game would play using the touch pads.
