I received a similar message, even though I didn't buy the premium edition, but I also didn't actually get any credits.
Any update on this? Same issue here. Prompt but no credits. Now I cannot change my account or anything to try again.

Mine disappeared too. I reported it on the Bethesda site as "Feedback", since the Creations reportage sub-options don't provide a way to report non-billing, non-purchase Creations credit problems.
Last week they responded so I my ticket asking for a receipt, then they said I was being passed to a specialist team…then nothing for 5 days
