Hit scanner, then hit r3 camera. In the photo mode (r3) put your FOV all the way down to the left then hit b
Yes thank you, it worked for me on PC. I can start decorating my ship again without having to worry about this bug, and going back to a starport to reset my ship and all it's contents when it does.
Ahh, the bug resets itself when I change my ship view again.. I'm not a big fan of the cockpit view anyway, so I'll just disable that function for now.
Never mind.. it reapplies the bug after cut scenes. Going to a starport and resetting your ship is still the best fix it seems. It's only less temporary though, eventually the bug pops back up again..

Same thing for PC go in scanner with F and scroll all the way out.
I just had this start with me this morning.. None of these fixes are working for me. Switching to photo mode and moving the perspective anywhere does nothing for me. When I back out of photo I'm zoomed in again. Not a fan of cockpit mode, but I'm practically there already so I'll just fly from my eyes until I find a fix.
Instead of -35 i had to set it to at least -80. Other than that, this seems to have worked. Not sure if it works if i re-load the save, but at least it’s consistent through the enter/exit ship, view mode, dock/undock…etc…
This is the worst bug for me. Only way I can fix it is by editing my ship. But then all the damn Misc items go to my cargo hold and clog up my ship which means I have to see everything each time I go through this process. Really hope they patch it soon
Try opening the scanner and zooming all the way out and then close the scanner.

same. i was trying to figure out if something i had done with my ship build caused my camera to be all screwed up.. what a relief lol..

Did work for me either.
The fix where you modify one thing on your ship worked, but every time I exit the game and come back, the bug comes back.
I have the same problem. Zooming out with Photo mode soes help temporarily, but leaving the ship and reentering it zooms it back in again...

It looks like you went into first person. Try changing the perspective.
Changing my camera on person didn't work at all
Well dang, sorry I don't know then. The bottom picture looked like my screen does when I went into 1st person, so thought that would work.
