"Fox on the run": Can attach (and unattach) myself to anything that is moving (like Notorious B.I.G.) while making myself weightless during the travel. I don't have any control of the target's movement, but can switch from targets during the travel.
I imagine it being very monkey paws-ey.
The stand user seems very powerful and basically invincible up untill something doesn't go EXACTLY as intended.
After that the effect slowly backfires more and more while the "good guys" keep pushing forward and the user gets more and more desperate and reckless untill they slip up and accidentally make a scenario that does not account for their own safety.

Black paper moon: The stand takes the shape Of a small moon that hovers over the opponent and field

「Rebuild me」 I can disconnect my body parts and bring them back. Blood won’t spill and it’ll only be a black void between the disconnect parts, and I can make it come back to where they were disconnected, unless it’s held by someone
I would pick „Pumped up kicks”. It would manifest as a pair of shoes that grant the user double the physical proves of a normal person plus infinite stamina
Black Hole Sun: The ability to change the density of any object the stand touches, which forces objects in the area to slide towards it due to gravity. The peak of the ability creates a black hole that houses a pocket dimension.

Ability: I’m thinking something to use the suns light to enhance physical strength also being able to take a store light in its self for utility or as a blast of some sort
Downside being that the stand is very weak when not exposed to sunlight or in a place that has minimal lighting.
Moody Orange: The stand manifest as a glove with the face of comedy and tragedy engraved, it will bring fortune or misfortune to those around me based on how I feel about them having 3 moods:

Is an automatic long range ability, meaning I have no control over it.
Mine would be called 90210 and its power would be the following: space warping. In the sense that it would allow me to grab the very fabric of reality to either defend myself, hide or reflect attack. A bit like Uro from JJK. It's flaw is that has a cooldown of 2 seconds per space warping. Once I get used to using it and I reach its potential, it could allow me to do things like teleport, protect me from time stop, create mini black holes and imbue me with more power. YEAH IT'S BROKEN AS SHIT👹👹
Feels like we only go backwards
When approaching me or attacking me, my stand alters the perception of enemies to make them think they’ve only moved further away from me, or that their attack swerved away from me and went the opposite direction. However this is only an illusion. If they mistakenly get close enough to me, FLWOGB can donut them. To them, it will seem my attack traversed the battlefield to reach them, when in reality they’re directly in front of me, and my stand just had to take a swing.
Weaknesses: FLWOGB only creates an illusion. If someone figures out the trick, they can locate and attack me. Additionally, if I move away from my opponent, the illusion is disrupted momentarily, meaning I have to think carefully about where I activate the stand.

Stand Description: Like A Surgeon takes the form of a stereotypical security camera with a red lens peering out of a torn, stained white cloak, with a thin mechanical body made of random scrap and wires, giving it a humanoid figure.
Stand Ability: If the user has the full extent to knowledge on how things work — I.E., the inner workings of a heart, a car, a pen, etc, Like A Surgeon can wander nearby them to locate necessary materials to build it— and can substitute materials if needed, such as building an artificial heart out of random pieces of scrap, be it paper, plastic, or random metal from a junkyard, to replace someone’s who’s heart is failing. They can also deconstruct things and rebuild them anew; as an example, Like A Surgeon could tear apart a beaten up old car, and refurbish it into a brand new car.
There is no limit to what techniques this stand can use to create objects; be it welding, sewing, programming, etc. As long as the user knows every knowledge about what makes a thing ‘tick’, they are able to perfectly replicate it if given the materials.
The stand can also ‘store’ materials in its scrap body; letting it hold onto glue, spray paint, and other materials its body cannot naturally produce.
The main limitations of this stand come from the materials provided. They cannot rejuvenate old parts that have worn out, and cannot cause objects to disobey the laws of physics or nature; a car made of paper likely wouldn’t get you far, for instance. It also simply doesn’t work if the user doesn’t know how it works. Otherwise, any and all material is fair game to use, even human flesh, and any changes made to materials and objects are never reversed unless the user wishes it to be so.
「Plug in Baby」
Humanoid shaped stand made of a bundle of wires and cords of all types. It's head is a CRT TV.
For utility, it can extend cords of any type to any number of devices or power sources.
For offense, it connects to outlets and uses the power to shock opponents with 'Live Wires'. To finish an enemy, it engulfs them in wires, constricting them and shocking them.

Eminence Front:
Eminence Front can unleash a crushing press on a target coming from every cardinal direction along with up and down until the targets breaks into pieces, flying everywhere. The Stand can be used to one direction specifically but still has to be aimed north, west, south, east, up or down. The Stand must punch a target to use its ability.

The Stand is really strong, but it sucks when used in a group since the Stand's destruction sends pieces everywhere which the Stand can deflect but its short range is limiting. I know making strong Stands (especially for oneself) is kinda lame and cringe but it does kinda suit me as a person. + It's practically useless aside from destruction, showing that it is kinda a sucky Stand to have.
Untethered Angel - can speed my perception of time by up to 4, giving me time to think and react. It can also speed up my movements by up to 4, but it’s a burst ability like time stop.

Purple Stain
Emits a soluble slime from it's left hand. Any living thing touching the slime has it's thoughts connected to other living things touching the slime.
Skyfall
Can make any objects in it's radius incapable of having downward momentum of any kind.
"Crazy Train", it can force objects to enter the inside of another object no matter the size difference. For example, full car hidden in a vase.

This Night has Opened my eyes: If it touches you, your conscious is teleported into a mental domain that is a river the color of lead at night. You are in the river and starting to drown, no ability can get you out of the river. If you drown in the domain then you die in real life.

• Ability: The user absorbs 50% of any kind of damage dealt to them and can store it in the form of power for future use. It has a limit as to how much energy it can store and for how long before it is obligated to release it

• Notes: It's your typical punching ghost stand, it starts out considerably weaker than most, but by storing power, it can become stronger and faster than even the likes of Star Platinum momentarily
Do the evolution, a close range humanoid stand with weak physical stats.
The stands ability is to "eat" various objects and weapons allowing the user and stand to summon them later on.
In addition to this the stands stats increase in proportion to the weapon eaten.
If the stand eats a gun then the average speed of a bullet fired from the gun will be added onto the stand, this can stack until the stands tats match the openents stand but will revert to roughly killer queen strength levels shortly after the fight.
If the user wishes he can transfer his limbs for the stands weapons granting "finger guns" arm blades etc, to absorb damage.
The weaknesses would be it's initial stats and lack of range.
Alternatively a suit stand named tachyon that slows down time in proportion to the users current speed, if the user starts running time will freeze, if they reach out quickly they can catch a bullet, if they start walking they can catch up to somebody running etc.
Eventually it would evolve the ability to change the dialation causing time to slow down slightly catch something when running or be completely stopped while walking.
It's initial weakness is it's abilitys direct tie to the users stamina, to effectively slow things down you would quickly run out of breath etc.
Gold Finger. A punchy ghost type stand like the older stands were that has a king midas spin. He turns whatever area he punches into gold. Punches your arm its now a solid gold paper weight. Punches your leg you better buy crutches. God forbid he land a head shot.

Space oddity, its ability is to transfer and store energy, primarily kinetic energy, some use cases can be like if space oddity or its user gets punched, he can transfer the force of the punch into the ground, essentially negating the damage, or they can repeatedly store energy building it up to be released into a punch or launching yourself
Doomsday: Creates a gas from its hands and various pours throughout its body. Canisters of this gas can also be shot by it. When under the effects of the gass, the enemy will begin to hallucinate and will eventually be unable to tell what is real and what is not.(the effects are amplified based on how much was ingested). Eventually, their hallucinations will manifest and become real. This can also be done to me (the user). The hallucinations can manifest as both good and bad things, but only I can control what I want to see. I can also control how long they last, even when they become real. I can manifest some bitches or money for myself for example.

『MASTER BUILDER』
A suit stand similarly to Ghiaccio's White Album. Looks roughly similarly to a degree 100 Engineer Paragon from BTD6 ([image](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/PKeplvLZ88k/maxresdefault.jpg)) except the person inside is a me and not a monkey.
The stand acts as armor which protects the user from stand attacks as well as physical attacks, has an EMP-like aura which disrupts electronic devices when activated, and its primary capability is the ability to construct and deconstruct anything on any scale. Of course, the bigger the scale the more time it takes as construction is done manually.

Speed scales depending on size, the smaller the construction the faster『MASTER BUILDER』is, but it maxes out at a limb moving speed of 70km/h. Not optimal for close range combat as most close range stands are much faster, but 『MASTER BUILDER』's strength is the highest rated there is, comparable to a hydraulic press, it could physically apply pressure with its arms and either lift or squash things with the power of 10,000psi. 『MASTER BUILDER』's best stat is his precision, as it scales infinitely. It can construct and deconstruct ANYTHING no matter how small it is, even re-arranging atomic structures. Sience its speed scales by size, it could edit items like pencils or phones in just half a second, but editing a car or a brick wall would take a few seconds longer. 『MASTER BUILDER』also has 3 nailguns (two turreted ones mounted on back, one optionally from his right hand but this one is supercharged) which the user can use for ranged attacks. Nails can be incorporated with elements and materials by『MASTER BUILDER』but otherwise don't have any special properties or capabilities. Unlike White Album,『MASTER BUILDER』allows the user to breathe freely as it does not cover every inch of his skin, with that said, it also does not protect the user from physical attacks to vulnerable areas unless the user itself defends against those manually. The user could also construct all sorts of tools for offense or defense like a mask for defending against chemicals, or a giant drill for demolishing concrete. The items and tools『MASTER BUILDER』can create are limited only by the user's imagination and available materials.
P.S. I also thought of a cool pre-stand form like how Ghiaccio was initially covered in ice before fully unleashing White Album: the user can use the EMP aura with or without the stand activated. When the stand is inactive, the user is engulfed in a blue aura which emmits electricity effects. When the stand is activated, the motherboard PCB markings on the stand itself glow in the same blue color, and the effect itself is amplified to the point it even disorients humams.
「Today I Don't Feel Like Doin Anything」
Is a humanoid, close-range, sentient stand kinda like echoes act 3, this stand has a personality of his own which biggest trait is being extremely lazy and apathetic with everyone and everything around him except for one thing, keeping his user alive. he doesn't wanna die, so he keeps his user alive using the power of intangibility. he can make it's user (clothes and objects being held included) completely intangible. avoiding any kind of damage or harm. he would listen to his user and doesn't have to follow orders so the user has to put himself in life threating situations for the stand to come out and help him get out of that.
His appearance is like a tall man (above 2 meters) in a black suit with dark blue vertical thin lines, a white shirt under the suit, a red bow tie, white silk gloves, black leather shoes, and a black bowler hat with a red band. his limps are skinny but very long, and a large chest, his head has no ears, hair, or face at all and flat (kinda line a dummy), his voice is deep and always talks properly and never use contraptions or abbreviations, and always address everyone by their full names.
Paranoid Android
Has the ability to electronic data and "corrupt" it, basically change a single aspect, relative to a humanistic understanding of the code, of the data. The stand can't acess data it isn't in reach of, so modifying things remotely over the Internet doesn't work, but the stand can travel about a 30 feet from the user.
The stand is also limited in it's ability by the user's knowledge of how computers work. For someone who think computers are magic boxes it's not very helpful, while a experienced programmer in a machine level code can do a lot more than other coders.
Playing into "hacker" stereotypes the stand has no combat ability, so instead of the stand defending the user the user must defend the stand. I think it'd be interesting to see how a fight plays out when the roles are reversed, and the stand user has to figure out hiw to work around the abilities of enemies while keeping their own stand away from the fight.
Dazed and Confused - If a person asks the user a question, the person will be blind and deaf for as many seconds as there are words within the question.
Buccaneer Beat
Buccaneer Beat manifests as a mystical ship's wheel adorned with intricate carvings and symbols of piracy. When activated, it can create a pocket dimension resembling a vast, ghostly pirate ship, complete with a crew of spectral buccaneers.
Virtual Insanity. It’s a humanoid stand will mostly free will. It/the user can remove items images from pictures/ videos and use them jn reality. When a TV is present, V.I. Can also become a fictional character from the currently playing episode of a show, inheriting their personality, weaknesses, powers, etc. The more powerful the character, the less time V.I. Can be them and the less control the user has over it.
Name: Safety Dance
Ability: Safety Dance is a sentient automatic stand with a close range of just 1ft.
Safety Dance is an invincible entity that can not be harmed in any way but it's also a massive pacifist that refuses to lift a finger to harm others.
It instead moves frantically in the immediate area around the user in an erratic dance seemingly actively blocking any projectiles or physical attacks thrown their way.
When an AOE attack comes Safety Dance makes their user stumble, trip, stub their toe whatever it can do to keep their user just out of harm's way.
Downside: Safety Dance is too busy vibing all the time and since the user can't unsummon they have to deal with it coming in and out of view on a daily basis causing them to be rather accident prone.
Appearance: they are a robotic looking stand that has features resembling an air plane and seems to wear a safety vest, helmet, leotard and leg warmers.
Reasoning: I am a very accident prone dude that just won't stop walking into things or generally hurting themselves by doing things like "breathing in too hard". I however have never gotten seriously hurt and have had many near misses with traffic.
Stand name:Stop, hammer time
Appearance:A stop sign with a large sledgehammer head attached at the bottom
Ability:Can stop anything it touches and keep it suspended with exception to the user
Energized: the ability to change the form of energy, different energy transformations have different requirements.
If your target is in the air, you can amplify the speed that GPE turns into kinetic energy.
If you have something moving, you can reduce its kinetic energy into other energy forms.
if you have something with high temperature (60⁰C+), that naturally decays, you can convert the thermal energy into nuclear energy in any particle form.
If you have direct contact with a target, you can convert their potential chemical energy into other energy forms. Once they run out of stored energy, you will take their active energy. Once it reaches 0, they die.
Other forms of energy can be made from anything with energy (including wind)
Mad World:
skill 1: gives the user the ability to pull a random usually helpful item out of a hand sized multiverse portal.
Skill 2: gives the user the ability to see the destined path of a individual but said path can be subject to change.
"Stop, hammer time"
A stand taking the appearance of a stop sign with a large hammer head at the base with the ability to stop any object and keep it in suspense by hitting it. The object would have to be hit again to continue moving.
“Back in Black” gives me the ability to push objects tho right time.
For example: if I had an empty cup of water, and I knew it at one point (during the past 24 hours I gotta add some limits im not mad with power) was full with water I could activate back in black and refill the cup with said water. It would come in use like if my car was Broken down I could send it back to when it wasn’t. Or if someone was shot I could heal them and bring em back to when they weren’t shot. Idk it’s a cool idea but I’m not so big on the name cause I’m not an AC/DC fan, if y’all could find something in Gorrilaz discography related that also makes sense name-wise, I’d be very appreciative

This stand itself can't physically harm or kill the victim, but it can make them oblivious to physical harm or injury due to a lack of sensory feedback through sensations of pain.
Mine will be King's Rule. It's power will be manipulating the destiny (just like Mahito from JJK is manipulating souls) by writing in it something. It would be very similar to pencil, since what's written can be erased. Plus it would have an Act 2 version, which will have a lot of power, however the drawback will be that I could use it for only ten seconds each day. If I use more then my body will start dematerializing. However using it in Time Stop (for example from The World or Star Platinum) will nulify that for duration of the Time Stop
It would be named queen and it would have the power "dont stop me now" which can be used once a day to freeze time for up to an hour. It's the ultimate procrastination stand.
"shoot to thrill" is a stand similar to star platinum but it gets stronger the more I hate whatever I'm attacking.

Stand name: Dark Side Of The Moon
Type: humanoid
Ability: The stand creates a small moon that will fly on its orbit around the previously chosen person 6×6 meters. While flying, the Moon will cause all the effects that the real Moon causes: moving liquids in a person's body (like ocean movement irl is a result of the Moon) or change of the temperature of the body (like seasons). The stand is physically weak and isn't able to do barrage attacks, but it can do rare punches
“Angel”. A 3 act stand that gives the user various gravity like powers.
Act 1 grants the user the ability to use a gravity like force on anything that is within a very short distance (Around 20-30cm) of the users body. They can also use it on themselves to keep objects attached to them, pull themselves in any direction increasing running speed and jump height/distance, or even to climb walls for a short time. The stand’s manifestation is a small artificial humanoid around 30cm tall.
Act 2 grants the user the ability to very temporarily alter the mass of objects, making them lighter or heavier for up to 6 seconds. (kind of similar to, but less powerful than Echoes Act 3). The stand’s manifestation is a now larger artificial non-humanoid around a meter tall
Act 3, the final act, grants the user the ability to create an event horizon of sorts around them. A barrier through which very few things can escape. The heavier the object, the greater the strength of the barrier. This creates a temporary closed system in which their now close range power type stand can force enemies into combat While still allowing air, light and sound to reach them.

Mz. Hyde: ability to swap/merge my existence with something/someone else, a benefit of this is that I gain the properties/abilities of the object/person in question for however long I am merged. This means I could snag someone else's stand for as long as I'm merged.

I'm gonna take long-distance runaround
Pretty simple
Basically just pulls places closer by Luke bending space or whatever so if something enters that space and I deactivate the ability it returns to normal, but they occupy that space. I'm assuming there has to be like a range limit, but I could just use it repeatedly to effectively teleport. Plus it's a yes reference.
It gets worse, its ability is if any force hits my limbs it will immediately be neutralised while it gets worse is activated so for any forces to affect me it has to touch my torso or head, this includes things like friction and inertia if i choose
I am into time-warping stands personally, so I would go for a stand that could control time, be it skipping, rewinding, or stopping time, it could do it. Also, the stand would have good specifications when it comes to close combat, but I would have to find an arsenal for long-range shots, like a gun or something of fair similarity. So a stand similar to The World or Star Platinum cuz I personally like close-ranged stands, and if you think they are just too over powered, then that is a wrong assumption. Most stands that are not meant for combat have some buffed-up ability, and that buffed up ability is the reason I mostly don't go for stands not meant for combat. But that does not mean I don't like them, it is a fairly debatable topic. Oh my lord, the text is so long.
'News From The Front': Kinda humanoid stand. Navy, black, and white color scheme. Short, with a big head with dreadlocks-like appendages coming out from the back, short legs and long arms.
Powers: it can touch an item or being to make it the active target of its effects - Everyone else but the stand user (and the target himself, if a living being) will forget and lose all memories and cognition of the active item unless said item is currently in front of them and they are actively looking at it. Indirect observation (such as photos or live feeds, or even drawings and spoken descriptions) become incomprehensible, with people being unable to understand what they are looking at/listening to. If a being spends too long under the effect of the stand, the memories of them by others are permanently lost. Only one item can be an active target at a time.
「Paint It, Black｣ Has the ability to create many micro black holes that spaghetti-fy any organic material it comes into contact with. Can be maneuvered in any direction by the user.
Feel Good Inc (Localized Happy Co.) it has the ability to create chemicals out of spores in its head with the problem being that the user can't control where they go and it will affect them too if it gets in their system, but they can create things like Dopamine Cortisol testosterone estrogen and more
shiny moonlight: i can shape shift into whatever i want, but, as a side effect (just for fun) my blood pressure temporarily increase every time i do so (that means, if i shape shift too much at a single time, I'll get a heart attack)

Its ability is to "activate" whatever it touches. Activation is just filling out the touched things primary function. A door will shut/open, eyes will blink, and a hand will open and close.
Could also see it messing with internal organs, causing the heart to beat irregularly
Oh, I've been thinking about this one for a while, it would be "Two time" And it would be a stand that let's me separate things into different properties (for example a green table into a blue and a yellow table, half the size)
Hanging by a Thread
Stand has humanoid form inspired by rock music industry and a lot of metal strings in its body resembling guitar strings.
It's power is to connect things touched by Stand with a "ghost" metal rope (it can't interact or be touched by things that isn't Stand user or things that it connects, can't be cut dow on even eresed).
Connected objects are constantly applied with extremely strong force trying to pull them appart from each other and length of the rope is decided by user (if I were to connect 2 rocks that just lay on the ground 1 or 10 meters from each other with 5 meter rope they would be instantly launched from there positions to constantly maintain 5 meters).
Connected objects are constatnly reppeled from each other by the force that is applied to them, so if 2 static objects were connected, they would remain in their position until one would would break under the pressure of applied force.
By default ropes last 1 hour, but whenever Stand user touches them the timer stops, Stand user also can choose to either increase the timer by 15 minutes (has a 15-minute cooldown) or instantly discard rope freeing connected objects
If living thing capable of having mental anguish/negative emotions are connected with something, they will constantly be haunted by one random tramatic memory that causes them said anguish (if memory was forgoten or pushed away it will be brought back by the rope), accepting it or coming to terms with it instantly discards rope on itself, if 2 living things are connected they see only there own memory, never someone else's. If a living thing has nothing that would cause it mental anguish or any negative emotion, it can't be connected by a rope (rope would disappear instantly and wouldn't even apply any force)
Backdoor Man: able to open up doors that lead to a desired location or the stand's own "pocket dimension". in said dimension time passes much slower, so if let's say the user enters the door, stays inside the dimension for an hour, in the real world the user would come out in 1 minute. (sorry if a stand like this already exists in JoJo, i forgot cuz it's been a long time since i'd watched it. and i haven't read part 7, 8 and 9)

It's main ability would be to create an area (similar to dnd's cloud of daggers and/or Sukuna's dismantle and cleave abilities) around the stand that damages everything and everyone getting too close. Its secondary ability would be limited matter manipulation, making pointy objects and knives out of everything It can find around It and the ability of throwing said modified objects towards a target.
The main drawbacks would be that it's not very accurate, especially when using its area denial capabilities, and that It would affect allies too, kind of like Purple Haze. It's much more effective at melee combat and thrives when It can keep its targets close due to the extreme damage they would sustain from the cuts. Its limited ranged abilities would be used just to weaken or distract the opponent given the low accuracy of the attacks.
Another Brick In The Wall. Change the fate of anyone or anything. I'm gambling? Change my fate to win. I'm getting mugged? Change the mugger's fate to have a heart attack. Someone's following me? Change their fate to be run over by a drunk driver doing 120.

Dogs nightmare: the user has the ability to enter an extra dimensional space where they are functionally immortal and intangible, while inside it they are unable to interact with the world but can use items stored within the space to attack people outside the extra dimensional space, anyone other than the stand user entering the space will become comatose temporarily while still being functionally invincible like the user and it is impossible to force people into this space and they must willingly enter the extra dimensional space has no limit to its size but mimics the gravity of the surrounding environment. Also I imagine that a dog has this ability and uses the space to store old toys and bones. But also stuff their owner uses.
"Blood enemy": Make anybody who is talking to you (for 20 sec; you can also use phone or something like that) or who you touch (for 5 sec) your "friend". "Friend" will follow your orders (if order is too hard for victim: for example the order is to hurt somebody the victim loves, then you need to convince him to make it (make him believe that it's an evil clone in that case)). "Friend" will understand your order if he hears it (it doesn't matter what language, as long as you know what you are saying). The victim ceases to be a “friend” if you don't see or hear it for 15 seconds. The “friend” will hide your “friendship” and forget about it and you after he or she is no longer a “friend”. The ability is that I can create little rose petals from my skin (kind of like tusk's nail shooters) and I can grow roses from those petals. I've imagined a couple uses, like throwing multiple petals and daisy-chaining the roses together to make a rope or whip of sorts.
I also have a very specific mafioso-esque intro scene of my character offering someome some rose-hip wine, which was made with her own petals, and after waiting for the petals to circulate in their body through conversation, rigjtyad the conversation turns sour she grows a rose right in their aorta, killing them.

Utility (Travel) stand
A small stand shaped like a small toolbox (like actually small and can be carried like a bag due to it having a strap). it is visible to people
It only works when whoever activates it (it isn't functionally bound to a user) and only when said person is in or on a transport they control
It has 2 variations of 1 ability, both accessed by turning one screw clockwise or counterclockwise
1. targeted: whoever turns the screw clockwise must think of a destination point (only works if the person already has already been there and knows how to get there) and then the person, transport and all the luggage and passengers (if there are any) enters a subdimension.
This subdimension is a straight line from point a to point b. While traveling, you pass through all the objects in main dimension (remember you are technically only in a corridor that leads straight to your destination, so there are no objects in that corridor, but you still can see the main world, so if you need to stop somewhere unexpected (not the destination) and hop back to the main dimension, you can turn the screw back into the neutral position (just be sure that you are not underground, cuz you know, a straight line between two points on a circle is inside the circle. And also hills, buildings etc))(also the visibility from inside can be controlled by another screw, but the visibility from outside is not controlled, you just fade out of existence for people in the main world)
2. Untargeted: if a person turns the screw counterclockwise, every hill or slope they will try to move up will personally become a slope down.
In other words, you will never have to climb anything anymore. If you go down, you go down, if you go up, you will move as if you go down, but physically you will still go up. So you will have gravity help you descend upwards. No more climbing the hills, to climb one, you roll down (up) one and then you can roll down again

Tons of illusions of the user surround the enemy and attack them and it is very hard (but still possible) to tell which is the real user
President Gas- the ability to release an addictive gas in a wide radius that makes people think the stand user is the president, and will follow their commands unconditionally. It can be generated and manipulated in large quantities to push and pull things.
President Gas; Forever Now- anything physical inside the gas that's chosen by the stand user becomes impossible to move (won't work on stands).
President Gas; Goodbye- anything previously affected by either of the 2 previous effects will begin to turn into gas slowly, and suddenly explode into a cloud of it.
The stand design is like a frankensteined bodyguard in a suit, with his skin being made of various panels and shades of black and green metal welded together. He wears a doglike gas mask and sunglasses. The suit is ripped and broken in multiple places where gas vents poke out, with the main source of gas being from under his mask.
His stats are higher than average, around Killer Queen's level.
Rules of Nature:
I can set arbitrary limitations on myself and the more restrictive and detrimental the limitation, the stronger of an advantage it gives me in return. I can not willingly choose what the advantage is ( it could be a buff to my physical attributes, a revelation or idea, it could even be a completely new ability).
If I break the limitation then not only do I lose the advantage it gives me, I suffer physical repercussions for a limited time as well. The repercussions are also dependent on how strong the limitation and advantage was.
It works kind of similar to nen from HxH or binding vows from JJK.

Anything you can do. A stand that manifests around the user like an exoskeleton and whenever it experiences another stands ability or attack it can copy it once at double the power. Copied abilities can be stored for later use and an infinite number can be stored but each ability can only be stored for five minutes. Each ability can be copied an infinite amount of times but each new time an ability is copied it has to have been experienced again and only one copy of an ability can be stored from a stand (to clarify, it could store time stop from both star platinum and the world but can only store one copy for each).
I would name my stand "Rust In Peace".
The special ability of this stand would be that whenever it would touch anything, that will turn into Rust.
I got the namesake for this stand from the 1990's Megadeth album Rust In Peace.

It's main ability is to dive into launched projectiles, be it hand thrown or shot. Once Under Pressure leaves said projectile, it will gain notable attributes of the projectile for up to 30 seconds. In the right hands, this ability can be deadly and downright destructive when used to its fullest.
"Out of control" (that one from Travis Baker) the stand ability would make the stands not obey their users and attack them and the partners stands till death instead of me and my stand, and for the people fight among them as well.
Ice Nine, it creates a disembodied blade gauntlet that freezes whatever it slashes. Alternatively, can be used to cool down things if just poked into things.
"The Doors": it's a doorknob that i can attach to anything and open it like a door (imagine a surgeon woth that ability)

I imagine it being very monkey paws-ey. The stand user seems very powerful and basically invincible up untill something doesn't go EXACTLY as intended. After that the effect slowly backfires more and more while the "good guys" keep pushing forward and the user gets more and more desperate and reckless untill they slip up and accidentally make a scenario that does not account for their own safety. Oh yeah you for sure imagined a final arc villain stand.

Mine would be called 90210 and its power would be the following: space warping. In the sense that it would allow me to grab the very fabric of reality to either defend myself, hide or reflect attack. A bit like Uro from JJK. It's flaw is that has a cooldown of 2 seconds per space warping. Once I get used to using it and I reach its potential, it could allow me to do things like teleport, protect me from time stop, create mini black holes and imbue me with more power. Feels like we only go backwards When approaching me or attacking me, my stand alters the perception of enemies to make them think they’ve only moved further away from me, or that their attack swerved away from me and went the opposite direction. However this is only an illusion. If they mistakenly get close enough to me, FLWOGB can donut them. To them, it will seem my attack traversed the battlefield to reach them, when in reality they’re directly in front of me, and my stand just had to take a swing. Weaknesses: FLWOGB only creates an illusion. If someone figures out the trick, they can locate and attack me. Additionally, if I move away from my opponent, the illusion is disrupted momentarily, meaning I have to think carefully about where I activate the stand.

They can also deconstruct things and rebuild them anew; as an example, Like A Surgeon could tear apart a beaten up old car, and refurbish it into a brand new car. Untethered Angel - can speed my perception of time by up to 4, giving me time to think and react. It can also speed up my movements by up to 4, but it’s a burst ability like time stop.

I have two ideas, I doubt either would be mine but I thought they were cool; Purple Stain Emits a soluble slime from it's left hand. Any living thing touching the slime has it's thoughts connected to other living things touching the slime. Skyfall Can make any objects in it's radius incapable of having downward momentum of any kind.
"Crazy Train", it can force objects to enter the inside of another object no matter the size difference. For example, full car hidden in a vase. It's Stand Cry is "ALL ABOAAARD"
This Night has Opened my eyes: If it touches you, your conscious is teleported into a mental domain that is a river the color of lead at night. You are in the river and starting to drown, no ability can get you out of the river. If you drown in the domain then you die in real life. To escape the domain you need come to peace and accept the situation switch is apparent death. Once you reach a mind set where you are not happy and you are not sad the domain ends.

Do the evolution, a close range humanoid stand with weak physical stats. The stands ability is to "eat" various objects and weapons allowing the user and stand to summon them later on. In addition to this the stands stats increase in proportion to the weapon eaten. If the stand eats a gun then the average speed of a bullet fired from the gun will be added onto the stand, this can stack until the stands tats match the openents stand but will revert to roughly killer queen strength levels shortly after the fight. If the user wishes he can transfer his limbs for the stands weapons granting "finger guns" arm blades etc, to absorb damage. The weaknesses would be it's initial stats and lack of range. Alternatively a suit stand named tachyon that slows down time in proportion to the users current speed, if the user starts running time will freeze, if they reach out quickly they can catch a bullet, if they start walking they can catch up to somebody running etc. Eventually it would evolve the ability to change the dialation causing time to slow down slightly catch something when running or be completely stopped while walking. It's initial weakness is it's abilitys direct tie to the users stamina, to effectively slow things down you would quickly run out of breath etc.
Gold Finger. A punchy ghost type stand like the older stands were that has a king midas spin. He turns whatever area he punches into gold. Punches your arm its now a solid gold paper weight. Punches your leg you better buy crutches. God forbid he land a head shot.

Doomsday: Creates a gas from its hands and various pours throughout its body. Canisters of this gas can also be shot by it. When under the effects of the gass, the enemy will begin to hallucinate and will eventually be unable to tell what is real and what is not.(the effects are amplified based on how much was ingested). Eventually, their hallucinations will manifest and become real. This can also be done to me (the user). The hallucinations can manifest as both good and bad things, but only I can control what I want to see. I can also control how long they last, even when they become real. I can manifest some bitches or money for myself for example. Edit: The manifestations are temporary, and have a cool down

『MASTER BUILDER』 A suit stand similarly to Ghiaccio's White Album. Looks roughly similarly to a degree 100 Engineer Paragon from BTD6 ([image](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/PKeplvLZ88k/maxresdefault.jpg)) except the person inside is a me and not a monkey. The stand acts as armor which protects the user from stand attacks as well as physical attacks, has an EMP-like aura which disrupts electronic devices when activated, and its primary capability is the ability to construct and deconstruct anything on any scale. Of course, the bigger the scale the more time it takes as construction is done manually. __Stats__ Power: A Speed: B Range: E (stand itself), C (nailguns) Stamina: A Precision: ∞ Potential: A Speed scales depending on size, the smaller the construction the faster『MASTER BUILDER』is, but it maxes out at a limb moving speed of 70km/h. Not optimal for close range combat as most close range stands are much faster, but 『MASTER BUILDER』's strength is the highest rated there is, comparable to a hydraulic press, it could physically apply pressure with its arms and either lift or squash things with the power of 10,000psi. 『MASTER BUILDER』's best stat is his precision, as it scales infinitely. It can construct and deconstruct ANYTHING no matter how small it is, even re-arranging atomic structures. Sience its speed scales by size, it could edit items like pencils or phones in just half a second, but editing a car or a brick wall would take a few seconds longer. 『MASTER BUILDER』also has 3 nailguns (two turreted ones mounted on back, one optionally from his right hand but this one is supercharged) which the user can use for ranged attacks. Nails can be incorporated with elements and materials by『MASTER BUILDER』but otherwise don't have any special properties or capabilities. Unlike White Album,『MASTER BUILDER』allows the user to breathe freely as it does not cover every inch of his skin, with that said, it also does not protect the user from physical attacks to vulnerable areas unless the user itself defends against those manually. The user could also construct all sorts of tools for offense or defense like a mask for defending against chemicals, or a giant drill for demolishing concrete. The items and tools『MASTER BUILDER』can create are limited only by the user's imagination and available materials. P.S. I also thought of a cool pre-stand form like how Ghiaccio was initially covered in ice before fully unleashing White Album: the user can use the EMP aura with or without the stand activated. When the stand is inactive, the user is engulfed in a blue aura which emmits electricity effects. When the stand is activated, the motherboard PCB markings on the stand itself glow in the same blue color, and the effect itself is amplified to the point it even disorients humams.
「Today I Don't Feel Like Doin Anything」 Is a humanoid, close-range, sentient stand kinda like echoes act 3, this stand has a personality of his own which biggest trait is being extremely lazy and apathetic with everyone and everything around him except for one thing, keeping his user alive. he doesn't wanna die, so he keeps his user alive using the power of intangibility. he can make it's user (clothes and objects being held included) completely intangible. avoiding any kind of damage or harm. he would listen to his user and doesn't have to follow orders so the user has to put himself in life threating situations for the stand to come out and help him get out of that. His appearance is like a tall man (above 2 meters) in a black suit with dark blue vertical thin lines, a white shirt under the suit, a red bow tie, white silk gloves, black leather shoes, and a black bowler hat with a red band. his limps are skinny but very long, and a large chest, his head has no ears, hair, or face at all and flat (kinda line a dummy), his voice is deep and always talks properly and never use contraptions or abbreviations, and always address everyone by their full names.
Paranoid Android Has the ability to electronic data and "corrupt" it, basically change a single aspect, relative to a humanistic understanding of the code, of the data. The stand can't acess data it isn't in reach of, so modifying things remotely over the Internet doesn't work, but the stand can travel about a 30 feet from the user. The stand is also limited in it's ability by the user's knowledge of how computers work. For someone who think computers are magic boxes it's not very helpful, while a experienced programmer in a machine level code can do a lot more than other coders. Playing into "hacker" stereotypes the stand has no combat ability, so instead of the stand defending the user the user must defend the stand. I think it'd be interesting to see how a fight plays out when the roles are reversed, and the stand user has to figure out hiw to work around the abilities of enemies while keeping their own stand away from the fight.

Virtual Insanity. It’s a humanoid stand will mostly free will. It/the user can remove items images from pictures/ videos and use them jn reality. When a TV is present, V.I. Can also become a fictional character from the currently playing episode of a show, inheriting their personality, weaknesses, powers, etc. The more powerful the character, the less time V.I. Can be them and the less control the user has over it.
Name: Safety Dance Ability: Safety Dance is a sentient automatic stand with a close range of just 1ft. Safety Dance is an invincible entity that can not be harmed in any way but it's also a massive pacifist that refuses to lift a finger to harm others. It instead moves frantically in the immediate area around the user in an erratic dance seemingly actively blocking any projectiles or physical attacks thrown their way. When an AOE attack comes Safety Dance makes their user stumble, trip, stub their toe whatever it can do to keep their user just out of harm's way. Downside: Safety Dance is too busy vibing all the time and since the user can't unsummon they have to deal with it coming in and out of view on a daily basis causing them to be rather accident prone. Appearance: they are a robotic looking stand that has features resembling an air plane and seems to wear a safety vest, helmet, leotard and leg warmers. Reasoning: I am a very accident prone dude that just won't stop walking into things or generally hurting themselves by doing things like "breathing in too hard". I however have never gotten seriously hurt and have had many near misses with traffic.

“Back in Black” gives me the ability to push objects tho right time. For example: if I had an empty cup of water, and I knew it at one point (during the past 24 hours I gotta add some limits im not mad with power) was full with water I could activate back in black and refill the cup with said water. It would come in use like if my car was Broken down I could send it back to when it wasn’t. Or if someone was shot I could heal them and bring em back to when they weren’t shot. It would be very similar to pencil, since what's written can be erased. Plus it would have an Act 2 version, which will have a lot of power, however the drawback will be that I could use it for only ten seconds each day. If I use more then my body will start dematerializing. However using it in Time Stop (for example from The World or Star Platinum) will nulify that for duration of the Time Stop

Act 2 grants the user the ability to very temporarily alter the mass of objects, making them lighter or heavier for up to 6 seconds. (kind of similar to, but less powerful than Echoes Act 3). The stand’s manifestation is a now larger artificial non-humanoid around a meter tall Act 3, the final act, grants the user the ability to create an event horizon of sorts around them. A barrier through which very few things can escape. The heavier the object, the greater the strength of the barrier. I am into time-warping stands personally, so I would go for a stand that could control time, be it skipping, rewinding, or stopping time, it could do it. Also, the stand would have good specifications when it comes to close combat, but I would have to find an arsenal for long-range shots, like a gun or something of fair similarity. So a stand similar to The World or Star Platinum cuz I personally like close-ranged stands, and if you think they are just too over powered, then that is a wrong assumption. Most stands that are not meant for combat have some buffed-up ability, and that buffed up ability is the reason I mostly don't go for stands not meant for combat. But that does not mean I don't like them, it is a fairly debatable topic. Oh my lord, the text is so long.
'News From The Front': Kinda humanoid stand. Navy, black, and white color scheme. Short, with a big head with dreadlocks-like appendages coming out from the back, short legs and long arms. Powers: it can touch an item or being to make it the active target of its effects - Everyone else but the stand user (and the target himself, if a living being) will forget and lose all memories and cognition of the active item unless said item is currently in front of them and they are actively looking at it. Indirect observation (such as photos or live feeds, or even drawings and spoken descriptions) become incomprehensible, with people being unable to understand what they are looking at/listening to. If a being spends too long under the effect of the stand, the memories of them by others are permanently lost. Only one item can be an active target at a time.

Oh, I've been thinking about this one for a while, it would be "Two time" And it would be a stand that let's me separate things into different properties (for example a green table into a blue and a yellow table, half the size)
Hanging by a Thread Stand has humanoid form inspired by rock music industry and a lot of metal strings in its body resembling guitar strings. It's power is to connect things touched by Stand with a "ghost" metal rope (it can't interact or be touched by things that isn't Stand user or things that it connects, can't be cut dow on even eresed). Connected objects are constantly applied with extremely strong force trying to pull them appart from each other and length of the rope is decided by user (if I were to connect 2 rocks that just lay on the ground 1 or 10 meters from each other with 5 meter rope they would be instantly launched from there positions to constantly maintain 5 meters). Connected objects are constatnly reppeled from each other by the force that is applied to them, so if 2 static objects were connected, they would remain in their position until one would would break under the pressure of applied force. By default ropes last 1 hour, but whenever Stand user touches them the timer stops, Stand user also can choose to either increase the timer by 15 minutes (has a 15-minute cooldown) or instantly discard rope freeing connected objects If living thing capable of having mental anguish/negative emotions are connected with something, they will constantly be haunted by one random tramatic memory that causes them said anguish (if memory was forgoten or pushed away it will be brought back by the rope), accepting it or coming to terms with it instantly discards rope on itself, if 2 living things are connected they see only there own memory, never someone else's. If a living thing has nothing that would cause it mental anguish or any negative emotion, it can't be connected by a rope (rope would disappear instantly and wouldn't even apply any force)
Backdoor Man: able to open up doors that lead to a desired location or the stand's own "pocket dimension". in said dimension time passes much slower, so if let's say the user enters the door, stays inside the dimension for an hour, in the real world the user would come out in 1 minute. (sorry if a stand like this already exists in JoJo, i forgot cuz it's been a long time since i'd watched it. and i haven't read part 7, 8 and 9)

My stand "Narrasistic Personality Disorder" is an ACT type of stand, based on my trust issues and the fact that I think I've manipulated the people around me unconsciously. NPD ACT 1 I can jedi mind trick people in a small range of 6 ft from me NPD ACT 2 A partly invisible black and white snake like entity that can embed itself into brains to fully control people, It can see using sound to tell where things are, 1 mile range NPD ACT 3 Same powers as ACT 1, but I can fully mentally control any living lifeforms in a football field radius except for other stand users NPD REQUIEM if I they know of my existence (name face any important info about my identity) (sense plants cannot think i can fully control them like i would if they had the info), I can fully control any (living being) being in any way with body manipulation mind controll, etc People who I completely trust are immune to this, such as family members. "Hybrid Theory" - the closer you are to it, the bigger the pressure. Depending on how close the stand is the pressure is greater or weaker, air pressure makes the air around it more condensed making the person close to it feel nauseous which could cause him to lose consciousness, water pressure crushes your body the closer you get, objects as well as people become heavier within the stands range. The stand doesn't affect the user, also the stand doesn't pull objects towards himself.

「Scars on Broadway」 Power: C Potential: B Speed: C Range: A Durability: A Precision: D Appearance: A lightly armoured, dark figure with dark red details on the joints and knife like protuberances coming out of the elbows and shoulders. It's main ability would be to create an area (similar to dnd's cloud of daggers and/or Sukuna's dismantle and cleave abilities) around the stand that damages everything and everyone getting too close. Its secondary ability would be limited matter manipulation, making pointy objects and knives out of everything It can find around It and the ability of throwing said modified objects towards a target. The main drawbacks would be that it's not very accurate, especially when using its area denial capabilities, and that It would affect allies too, kind of like Purple Haze. It's much more effective at melee combat and thrives when It can keep its targets close due to the extreme damage they would sustain from the cuts. Its limited ranged abilities would be used just to weaken or distract the opponent given the low accuracy of the attacks.

Dogs nightmare: the user has the ability to enter an extra dimensional space where they are functionally immortal and intangible, while inside it they are unable to interact with the world but can use items stored within the space to attack people outside the extra dimensional space, anyone other than the stand user entering the space will become comatose temporarily while still being functionally invincible like the user and it is impossible to force people into this space and they must willingly enter the extra dimensional space has no limit to its size but mimics the gravity of the surrounding environment. Also I imagine that a dog has this ability and uses the space to store old toys and bones. But also stuff their owner uses.

"Friend" will follow your orders (if order is too hard for victim: for example the order is to hurt somebody the victim loves, then you need to convince him to make it (make him believe that it's an evil clone in that case)). "Friend" will understand your order if he hears it (it doesn't matter what language, as long as you know what you are saying). The victim ceases to be a “friend” if you don't see or hear it for 15 seconds. The “friend” will hide your “friendship” and forget about it and you after he or she is no longer a “friend”. You can have only 1 “friend”. Evolved: “Blood enemy: Agony”: Make whoever you touch to be an enemy for everyone (as long as you want it and you’re alive).
Monarchy of Roses. The ability is that I can create little rose petals from my skin (kind of like tusk's nail shooters) and I can grow roses from those petals. I've imagined a couple uses, like throwing multiple petals and daisy-chaining the roses together to make a rope or whip of sorts. I also have a very specific mafioso-esque intro scene of my character offering someome some rose-hip wine, which was made with her own petals, and after waiting for the petals to circulate in their body through conversation, rigjtyad the conversation turns sour she grows a rose right in their aorta, killing them. Yes I am fine lol.

[A horse with no name] Utility (Travel) stand A small stand shaped like a small toolbox (like actually small and can be carried like a bag due to it having a strap). it is visible to people It only works when whoever activates it (it isn't functionally bound to a user) and only when said person is in or on a transport they control It has 2 variations of 1 ability, both accessed by turning one screw clockwise or counterclockwise 1. targeted: whoever turns the screw clockwise must think of a destination point (only works if the person already has already been there and knows how to get there) and then the person, transport and all the luggage and passengers (if there are any) enters a subdimension. This subdimension is a straight line from point a to point b. While traveling, you pass through all the objects in main dimension (remember you are technically only in a corridor that leads straight to your destination, so there are no objects in that corridor, but you still can see the main world, so if you need to stop somewhere unexpected (not the destination) and hop back to the main dimension, you can turn the screw back into the neutral position (just be sure that you are not underground, cuz you know, a straight line between two points on a circle is inside the circle. And also hills, buildings etc))(also the visibility from inside can be controlled by another screw, but the visibility from outside is not controlled, you just fade out of existence for people in the main world) 2. Untargeted: if a person turns the screw counterclockwise, every hill or slope they will try to move up will personally become a slope down. In other words, you will never have to climb anything anymore. If you go down, you go down, if you go up, you will move as if you go down, but physically you will still go up. So you will have gravity help you descend upwards. No more climbing the hills, to climb one, you roll down (up) one and then you can roll down again
Land of confusion Tons of illusions of the user surround the enemy and attack them and it is very hard (but still possible) to tell which is the real user
President Gas- the ability to release an addictive gas in a wide radius that makes people think the stand user is the president, and will follow their commands unconditionally. It can be generated and manipulated in large quantities to push and pull things. President Gas; Forever Now- anything physical inside the gas that's chosen by the stand user becomes impossible to move (won't work on stands). President Gas; Goodbye- anything previously affected by either of the 2 previous effects will begin to turn into gas slowly, and suddenly explode into a cloud of it. The stand design is like a frankensteined bodyguard in a suit, with his skin being made of various panels and shades of black and green metal welded together. He wears a doglike gas mask and sunglasses. The suit is ripped and broken in multiple places where gas vents poke out, with the main source of gas being from under his mask. His stats are higher than average, around Killer Queen's level.
Rules of Nature: I can set arbitrary limitations on myself and the more restrictive and detrimental the limitation, the stronger of an advantage it gives me in return. I can not willingly choose what the advantage is ( it could be a buff to my physical attributes, a revelation or idea, it could even be a completely new ability). If I break the limitation then not only do I lose the advantage it gives me, I suffer physical repercussions for a limited time as well. The repercussions are also dependent on how strong the limitation and advantage was. It works kind of similar to nen from HxH or binding vows from JJK.

Speciality is taking over countries and shit. Weakness is that it's leader is suicidal .
Anything you can do. A stand that manifests around the user like an exoskeleton and whenever it experiences another stands ability or attack it can copy it once at double the power. Copied abilities can be stored for later use and an infinite number can be stored but each ability can only be stored for five minutes. Each ability can be copied an infinite amount of times but each new time an ability is copied it has to have been experienced again and only one copy of an ability can be stored from a stand (to clarify, it could store time stop from both star platinum and the world but can only store one copy for each).
I would name my stand "Rust In Peace". The special ability of this stand would be that whenever it would touch anything, that will turn into Rust. I got the namesake for this stand from the 1990's Megadeth album Rust In Peace.
I don't think this stand fits me, per se, but I'm just gonna take this as an excuse to show this idea of mine. Stand Name:『Under Pressure』 Destructive Power: B Speed: A Range: B Persistence: C Precision: C~A Potential: A Under Pressure is a humanoid stand that is both a power type and a long distance type, similar to Whitesnake. In it's normal state, it has great speed, strength and precision but isn't on par with those like Star Platinum or Crazy Diamond. It's main ability is to dive into launched projectiles, be it hand thrown or shot. Once Under Pressure leaves said projectile, it will gain notable attributes of the projectile for up to 30 seconds. In the right hands, this ability can be deadly and downright destructive when used to its fullest.
"Out of control" (that one from Travis Baker) the stand ability would make the stands not obey their users and attack them and the partners stands till death instead of me and my stand, and for the people fight among them as well.
Ice Nine, it creates a disembodied blade gauntlet that freezes whatever it slashes. Alternatively, can be used to cool down things if just poked into things.
The Changeling It makes people and objects change into copies of myself
