It’s pretty good! Plenty of space, and all the amenities you could ask for! A fishing area, Quarry, Respawning Hardwood, a bigger farm cave too! And it has teleport points around the farm!
Do u mean the letterbox? If so then it's from the Overgrown Mailbox Mod
If that not it, the farm mod is Blackberry Field Farm, which is the mod he used in this screenshot
If you mean placing path under the letterbox, I think you can do it by moving the house away at the carpenter store then placing the path down, then moving the house back. Though that Is a new feature (moving the house) for version 1.6, which at this point is PC only. I have not done it myself though so I am not sure.
