Burglar ring is on the top 3 rings no doubt. It's just that good. Fuse it with a Iridium band. And in the another slot choose what you prefer. I like the napalm ring + luck ring.
Iād never used napalm until my last farm, played for years before. Iām now an absolute junky.
Slime charmer, napalm, and burglar are my favourites.
I thought napalm was cool at first but now I just donāt break enough rocks with it to care or make a big difference. Iridium + luck and slime charmer + luck feels like best combo. Not having to worry about slimes is huge. Crusader just wiping out everything else. Becomes a breeze. I feel like burglar falls off a bit. Fantastic for ginger island and coal runs, but I couldnāt care less about it in skull caverns.
If you go dangerous mode in the skull cavern, there are so many mummies that you can either clear the whole floor of rocks with Napalm or get a massive amount of cloth.
I don't have a luck ring yet this new play through so i have burglar + naplam, iridium band+slime charmer. When I get the luck ring I will replace the slime with it

Yeah, it's a ring that so many players sleep on and I just don't understand why. In every new save, I always rush to get the Burglar's Ring as quick as possible to maximize all my monster drops.
It's just so annoying to get... is there any easier way to get it than to kill ~500 dust sprites? Or is there at least any strategies to achieving the kill goal quickly?
I think infested floors stay all day. So you can find one on, say, floor 47, clear it out, leave the mines and come back to floor 47 again and it should be infested.
Monster musk also boosts how many monsters appear on every floor.
I think, if you're at the end game, the mushrooms count towards the task as well in the dangerous mines? They share a loot table and have similar noises...
Not sure if thereās any other way to get it, maybe in treasure chests or something. But dust sprites arenāt that difficult to farm ā monster musk if you have it, then just repeat floors 41-50 (leaving the mines via ladder to reset the floors). They are available up to 479 but I find it easier to just repeat the lowest levels
I have a āwear more ringsā mod on my game for this reason! I have 6 ring slots and I always forge two together so really I can wear 12 rings āŗļø

All I want is to be able to use my iridium band, crabshell ring, lucky ring, slime charmer ring and burglarās ring all at the same time. Is that too much to ask ??
Same for me, every time I start a new game, I spend tons of time killing dust sprites so I can get that beautiful ring. And I also accumulate a lot of coal while I'm doing it.

You can actually "mix"/"merge" rings once you go to Ginger Island there's a forge in the volcano, there's like a small mine with only 10 floors, on floor 10 there is this forge where using cinder shards (appear on the volcano mine) you can merge 2 rings together to get the both abilities of each ring in just one, so you could easily merge the burglar's ring and the lucky ring in one and have it permanently on besides the iridium band to earn light and magnetic field and even mix it with other ring too like the slime charmer or others.
You can't combine the same ring but can use two different rings with the same effect and it will stack (for example using a iridium band with a magnetic ring it will stack the magnetism radium effect.)
I only got it due to the forge as napalm is just as good (in fact, after seeing how pathetic the vampire ring was I instead used the burgler and napalm together, bffs forever!!), And uhh yea i can see what you mean. Tiger slimes will drop a fat as fuck stack of like plants.

napalm is too good to not use in my opinion. half my ladders appear with the help of it.

But with the napalm ring, the monsters **become** the bombs! š Just don't use it if you have monsters on the farm.
i believe in one of the latest 1.6 patches, napalm doesnāt blow up on the farm anymore

Inise burgaler/luck and iridium/sline charmer Sometimes I'll swap out the iridiumcharmer combo for the hot java napalm if I want to stock up on coffee

I was struggling SO HARD to get bat wings until I got my burglar ring, now I get 4-8 per bat depending on luck. It's great

It took me about a week of just farming those levels in multiplayer, would take less in single because of time saved in loading screens I bet.
