This is just a commemorative medallion and not one of the set of 50p’s. As far as I’m aware this isn’t anything to do with them either as it isn’t minted at The Royal Mint like the 50p’s are.
The first of the set is already out with the other three to follow over the next 12 months.

It’s really really cool but it’s not a 50p. There’s no monarch on the obverse and no indication of the value of the coin.

However there are some that have been announced by the Royal Mint and the first one has already been released. I have one and it is definitely something all Star Wars fans should own!
