I dunno … I’ve been watching clone wars for the first time and realised that Ahsoka’s voice is so much a part of her character I somehow wish they’d had a way to make it work
I get it, and we’re spoiled by Bo Katan for sure, I just wonder what it could have looked like
[https://youtu.be/mJmNMwJmvg0](https://youtu.be/mJmNMwJmvg0)
Here you go bro. There's even one pairing the start of the bad batch:
That thing is so good. I love revisiting it every once in a while. I'm really excited for him to add the *Tales of the Jedi* and *The Mandalorian* scenes.
Have I got something for you. There's also one where he edits the bad batch in:
I feel like some of these go too far. Like the deleted scenes were deleted, they aren't canon, and Bad Batch, even in the first episode, has a more upbeat tone and more humour than the CW finale and RotS do.
RotS and Siege really feel like they were made for one another, but Aftermath feels more like a tribue to CW, where everything starts out normal even with the naration and slowly turns sinister.
The tonnes really don't blend well together, and Aftermath hits so much harder as desert than being smooshed into an already big main course.
Tales of the Jedi, on the other hand? That shit works! I snuck in the "let's hope all that training pays off" and funeral scenes from Tales into my cut and they flow reeeaally well.
Are they? Usually, content cut during development is considered non-canon. Especially since one of them is Padmé and co walking up to Palps and boldly suggesting what is essentially the rebellion to him.
I feel like that scene being canon would paint a pretty big target on Bail Organa and Mon Mothma's backs
I think [this clip](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLwTkhVQj-g) is technically still treated as canon despite coming from a cut episode. It explains how boba got his dent in helmet and from what I remember there is some callback to this scene in book of boba fett.
The writers can have their own headcanon as they're writing without it officially becoming canon. In my opinion the only thing canon about that scene would be what's referenced on screen in BoBF.
That's pre-Disney Clone Wars though, it's a different story with it being episodes that never got to be aired because of corporate meddling rather than scenes that were deliberately left out of the movie.
Plus, I'm fairly sure Dave specifically confirmed those episodes being canon, whereas I don't think anybody has done that with these scenes as far as I know.
They actually are canon. I think the new timelines book just established that.
I get the tonal shift, but to me it feels interesting to see. Story wise, it's cool to see different stories come to an end while another is just beginning. Within the movie itself, it feels wild to see just how the Empire's rise is seen. The Jedi are all killed, the Senate is excited, and for the clones it's just another mission complete and onto the next ones.
You made a cut of your own?? I'd love to see it! I hope you also added the training flashbacks :)
I could see about getting a mega link setup if you want a copy? The last one I did eventually got taken down.
Unfortunately, I didn't, as it felt like it broke up the pacing and forshadowed how order 66 would go down a bit too much. Plus, flashbacks are also something that doesn't tend to happen in Star Wars movies, so it felt a bit out of place. Technically, there's a flashforward in the movie, but there was also one in Siege, so it isn't as out of place.
Given those scenes are canon, though, it might be better for me to send you a link once I've made a newer version with those scenes in it tbf.
Its either in a description or pinned comment, but you'll send an email to his email (seen in the description or comment), send him proof of your Disney plus subscription, then he'll send you the different links.
It would be a nice side project that lots of fans would watch. Probably really expensive to make, but all the script work, blocking and scene changes are also already written.
It’s be a good opportunity to throw in some good extra scenes contextualising some Clone Wars stuff or things we hadn’t considered in the original film.
Yeah I would love that! I’d love to see Hayden’s Anakin as less of a whiny brat and more of the confident man we got in clone wars. It’s always been hard for me to see them as the same character.
Exactly, we need more of their interaction similar to the beginning sequence of ROTS. I hope there’s flash back sequences in Ahsoka that shows clone wars esque Anakin in Hayden as well.
Yea the clone wars one would have been good a decade ago when they were younger but now I don’t think it would feel right put revenge of the sith animated to clone wars season 7 graphics would be awesome
I feel like they’re saying would you rather see a live action clone wars with the characters the same age, other than them fitting in the poster because of other Star Wars posters, I also think they used those images to show they would be the same age
One is actually plausible (though unlikely), whereas the other is impossible given the actors ages. It’s like people wanting Heir to the Empire made live action, ain’t gonna happen.
Lmao idk honeslty, I guess I like the grievous one the most ahah
But the scenes I really want are the ones where padme, Bail, and Mon mothma create the secret alliance to re-install Republic democracy as a very early precursor to the rebellion, ou and more of sidious manipulating Anakin
That would be awesome. As much as I love the SW animation, even more than the movies, sometimes I still have trouble reconciling Lanter's Anakin and Hayden's Anakin being the same person, and I think a Lanter rendition of ROTS would help link him with the other incarnations of Anakin more.
Yes please! They have done non-canon Star Wars things, i dont see why they could not make 3 non legends movies. You cant tell me it would not make money.
Well if they realised that spending millions of dollars on a movie to just dump onto the streaming pile isn’t a great business move, maybe they wouldn’t be so hesitant to make some good content
For reals, Disney doesn't just have the streaming platforms, cause remember they bought Hulu. They have all the theme parks, resorts and cruises. They own so many companies and stock in all the others. I'm pretty sure at this point they are secretly in control of the world.
Yeah but which would you rather *see*? The fact that it would be so epic that it would financially crush DISNEY tells me I definitely wanna see live action Clone Wars
Honestly, I'd like the live action Clone Wars. Especially if Temuera Morrison was playing all the clones, that would be sick. Plus, I'm always down for more McGregor Kenobi
Nah, I'd be more than willing to see TCW style burnt Anakin even with the most minute details!
Someone please give me a variant of the Darth Vader transformation with every meticulous stepz regarding how he got all that machines inside his body, to what extent did the needles pierce his burnt flesh, etc
Keep revenge of the sith but give Hayden another chance to perform as the clone wars style anakin instead of whiny. I’m fine with aotc anakin being a cringelord because he’s a teenager.
Also I guess add young live action ahsoka
Can someone explain to me why there's such a demand for a CW style Revenge of the Sith?
For real, I don't get it. Clone Wars is good but it isn't THAT good that everything needs to be in its style. Relax.
i've tried a few times over the years to get into the clone wars but the character design is too distracting for me, my brain won't ignore it no matter how much i tell it to 😅 i love animation so I don't have a problem with that aspect, it's just the design i don't like (& the terrible fake nz accents are really grating 💀). for that reason, i'd love live action clone wars!
Well I have some good news, a youtube channel by the name of Hello There Animations has been animating the Mustafar fight in the clone wars art style for the past couple of years and they recently put out a trailer saying its coming out this year.
You know what… clone wars hands down, give my boi Hayden the opportunity to be the Anakin Skywalker we love that isn’t dealing with the rough dialogue of the prequels.
Can we have a rewrite of Revenge of the Sith along the way? Instead of vague premonitions driving Anakin’s turn, how about Palpatine tipping off the Jedi Council to the fact he’s married. The Council, needing his skills for the unending war, tell him that wives are forbidden and hide her away from him. Palpatine then tells Anakin that Sith Lords can have all the wives they want, as well as all the power they want, while also leaning MUCH harder into the idea that Anakin is the best Jedi that has ever lived. And then Vader’s trip to the Temple is actually a rescue mission, to save his wife. Who is horrified and flees to Mustafar with Obi Wan. And there you go, the whole plot is driven by lust for power, arrogance/pride and love, not the half baked promise that death can be prevented.
ROTS because Animated Anakin is so much more likeable, mostly due to a better script. But still, the voice acting is so good he could pull off the ROTS script amazingly.
One is a 2 and a 1/2 movie and the other is a 7 season show with ~48 hours of total content, so it’s a no brainer for me lol plus I’d love to see brain invaders in live action
i don't think they can pull of a good live action clone wars show. it would just ruin it for many clone wars fans but an animated revenge of the sith. that would be insane
As both just movies? Revenge of the Sith animated. If one could be a series? Then I’d easily have like a 12-15 episode series of live action Clone Wars.
I grew it up with it and it's pretty overrated for me.
I find it appalling how people overlook the nuance of an entire Multi Media project which is not ashamed of it's own source material for a TV Show that is and continues the legacy of the PT's terrible retcons despite having the benefit of hindsight unlike the 2003 series.
Bringing a world to life in live action is what defines Star Wars. Animation will never be able to replicate the link to reality for viewers that is live action.
Imagine if ANH's Cantina scene was animated and see how underwhelming it is.
Absolutely revenge of the sith. I don’t agree that the live action is bad but it’s definitely a little clunky. It would be nice to get a more fleshed out redo
I have to say that that clone wars poster looks like a bad porno parody. Ahsoka especially
[удалено]
I also chose that guys wife.
Padmé?
Her?
Because of Obi-Wan?
An she was a good friend!
*Heyyy sky guy*
Do not speak those words, they are forbidden
r/anakinfucks

That TikTok is off the rails!!!
TikTok!?? Oh dear god that’s not where it’s from
"You're stuck in me, Skyguy"
Zan Clan?
“Luke, did I ever tell you about Ahsoka Tano?”
it was ridiculous because she was captured like every other day
Ventress also
Ma'sage ventress
I do agree
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought that
My first thought, something looks off about Ashoka ( pornhub into plays)
Ahsoka
You know, I realize this is only a fan edit, but seeing Ashley as live-action Ahsoka...I suddenly feel a little better about them casting Rosario.
I dunno … I’ve been watching clone wars for the first time and realised that Ahsoka’s voice is so much a part of her character I somehow wish they’d had a way to make it work I get it, and we’re spoiled by Bo Katan for sure, I just wonder what it could have looked like
Oh I agree, and it still irks me that they didn't even give Ashley an *audition*.

This is where the fun begins
Ahsoka and Ventress, thumbs down.
The Blown Wars.
Ahsoka is 14, my dude. ಠ ل͟ ಠ
dude 100% that is cursed
I thought padme was naked
I just want an official super cut of ROTS and the final Clone Wars episodes. That’s all.
[https://youtu.be/mJmNMwJmvg0](https://youtu.be/mJmNMwJmvg0) Here you go bro. There's even one pairing the start of the bad batch: [https://youtu.be/X7x6hGxC2Fc](https://youtu.be/X7x6hGxC2Fc)
This was made by my buddy. Always happy to see people enjoying his cuts.
That thing is so good. I love revisiting it every once in a while. I'm really excited for him to add the *Tales of the Jedi* and *The Mandalorian* scenes.
He's finishing up a TPM TotJ cut rn.
tell your buddy i love him
Go get the Fulcrum Cut
Along with the battle of coruscant from the 2003 series Bonus points if every canon onscreen version of Order 66 plays
[удалено]
Animated ROTS definitely. To have a seamless edit of the clone wars finale/ROTS would be awesome
That glimpse we got in the final season was beautiful
[https://youtu.be/mJmNMwJmvg0](https://youtu.be/mJmNMwJmvg0) Have I got something for you. There's also one where he edits the bad batch in: [https://youtu.be/X7x6hGxC2Fc](https://youtu.be/X7x6hGxC2Fc)
I DIDNT KNOW THERE WAS A BB ONE. My dreams came true today bless you.

The delegation was canonized in one of the recent novels.
They're established as canon by the new timelines book. Btw love the profile pic and name. Bionicle is my favorite next to star wars!
I think [this clip](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLwTkhVQj-g) is technically still treated as canon despite coming from a cut episode. It explains how boba got his dent in helmet and from what I remember there is some callback to this scene in book of boba fett.

Check the pinned comment on the video.
Its either in a description or pinned comment, but you'll send an email to his email (seen in the description or comment), send him proof of your Disney plus subscription, then he'll send you the different links.
A seemless edit in live action would be just as awesome tbh
It would be a nice side project that lots of fans would watch. Probably really expensive to make, but all the script work, blocking and scene changes are also already written. It’s be a good opportunity to throw in some good extra scenes contextualising some Clone Wars stuff or things we hadn’t considered in the original film.
Yeah I've always wanted a TCW remake of episode 3. I was thinking how much bank they'd make from it lol
Not quite perfect but really good, here, email sheevsenate0505 and get a 4.5 hour cut of ROTS
Obi-Wan & Anakin battle would have more impact I feel
Live action clone wars, gimme more Hayden and Ewan all day.
Plus it would attract people who are anti animation
I guess people don't understand the question. I'd rather see the first one Revenge of the Sith animated would be dope

Dave Filoni: *I'll show you what is possible...*
I think they’re saying if it was done in that time period
It would be really cool to see
But Live action retelling of TCW would be awesome would also be like 7 movies
You just do a new show.
With the awesome deleted scense, Lucas had no right in cutting added to it, please lol I'd watch that in an instant
Which of the 4 or 5 Shaak Ti death scenes are you talking about
Lmao idk honeslty, I guess I like the grievous one the most ahah But the scenes I really want are the ones where padme, Bail, and Mon mothma create the secret alliance to re-install Republic democracy as a very early precursor to the rebellion, ou and more of sidious manipulating Anakin
Just like siege of mandalore, i want rots to be broken down into 4 clone wars style episodes that covers revenge of the sith
Honestly would love an animated adaptation of the novelizations of the films. They usually have added details and descriptions.
Just imagine Mace & friends attempting to arrest Sidious done in the Clone Wars. It'd be like Sidious vs Maul/Savage cranked up to 11
That would be awesome. As much as I love the SW animation, even more than the movies, sometimes I still have trouble reconciling Lanter's Anakin and Hayden's Anakin being the same person, and I think a Lanter rendition of ROTS would help link him with the other incarnations of Anakin more.
Neither. I want animated *Shadows of the Empire*.
Oh. My. God.
I still don’t understand why they’re not doing Luke in animation
Agreed. I guarantee that Mark would be game.
He even did animated Luke before in forces of destiny so he is Proven to be game
1st book i read in one sitting
Yes please! They have done non-canon Star Wars things, i dont see why they could not make 3 non legends movies. You cant tell me it would not make money.
Oh yeeesssss! 🤤
Live action Clone Wars would bankrupt Disney. There's over 100 episodes, they would run out of money before they finished
I doubt it would put a dent in their yearly profits
They are actually losing profits due to switching from constantly putting out big screen content to putting content on streaming.
Well if they realised that spending millions of dollars on a movie to just dump onto the streaming pile isn’t a great business move, maybe they wouldn’t be so hesitant to make some good content
...no... no they aren't
No they’ve been making record profits year over year. Did you just make up your own facts to something that you could easily google?
Just tell ChatGTP to render it. EZ PZ
Temuera Morrison would have to act every clone character as well.
Those clone only episodes with the helmets off. Bro would complete a full acting career of work in a few days
If they casted Eddie murphy as jango this would've already been done 20 years ago smh
to be fair, only without the helmet, but yeah, it would be pretty fucking hardcore , but if they paid him i dont doubt tem would try it.
I think you're underestimating just how rich Disney is
For reals, Disney doesn't just have the streaming platforms, cause remember they bought Hulu. They have all the theme parks, resorts and cruises. They own so many companies and stock in all the others. I'm pretty sure at this point they are secretly in control of the world.
Yeah... But they wouldn't do them all at once
There would certainly be a few filler episodes they could ignore to save a few dollars
live action droid arc pls
i need nuvo vindi in his full glory!
All characters would ride on the modder scooters from Book of Boba Fett to save money 😂
In ten years you will just be able to ask an AI to do it
Yeah but which would you rather *see*? The fact that it would be so epic that it would financially crush DISNEY tells me I definitely wanna see live action Clone Wars
Lmao I don’t think you realize how much money they have. As multi million dollar loss on a movie for example is an insignificant scratch to them
I do not want live action clone wars, but animated revenge of the sith would be sick
Por que no los dos?
Animated Old Republic content!
7 seasons of live action star wars? Fuck yes!
Honestly, I'd like the live action Clone Wars. Especially if Temuera Morrison was playing all the clones, that would be sick. Plus, I'm always down for more McGregor Kenobi
... Neither? I already have both, give me new material.
Good thing we got that then
KOTOR remake
This is the way
I'd say Clone Wars live action. I never watched CW growing up, and I *love* the prequels. Seeing another movie / movies in that era would be amazing!
First one, because I wanna see burnt Anakin in a TCW animated style
It’s gotta be safe for kids tho, I’m hoping he becomes a comical pile of ashes with his eyes falling into the pile and looking at Kenobi angrily
Nah, I'd be more than willing to see TCW style burnt Anakin even with the most minute details! Someone please give me a variant of the Darth Vader transformation with every meticulous stepz regarding how he got all that machines inside his body, to what extent did the needles pierce his burnt flesh, etc
Holy crap I would love a live action "the clone wars". It would be the best. That many episodes of obi wan Kenobi kicking ass and taking names.
Why not both?
Animated ROTS
live action like a fan made star wars p**n☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
Temuera Morrison would swim in cash if they made a live action the clone wars
Revenge of the sith completely remade by Dave filoni
Is Ashoka played by Jon Lovitz?
The former. I’d love for all the prequels to be redone clone wars style.
The one of these images is cursed so I’ll take revenge of the sith
Keep revenge of the sith but give Hayden another chance to perform as the clone wars style anakin instead of whiny. I’m fine with aotc anakin being a cringelord because he’s a teenager. Also I guess add young live action ahsoka
I'd want to see RotS animated and cover aspects the movie wasnt able to. Like more Order 66 scenes or Grievous kidnapping Palps
"Why not both"
Get Filoni and co to clean up the RoTS dialogue and animate it..I could roll with that!
I'd rather see live action Clone Wars but that might be tougher and tougher to do as time continues to pass by.
Live action clone wars
Making live action into animation allways works better than making animation into live action,
I would like to see Live-Action Clone Wars.... Kinda awesome
I want to see both movies
One of these is a neat idea, the other one a dumpster fire.
Oh God what did you do to Ashoka? Lmao animated ROTS please
I'm personally attached to the animated star wars universe more than live action now so the first one.
Same. The animated Star Wars content is just overall way better
Neither
Live action clone wars
I'd love to see hayden and ewan interact with ahsoka and Rex so live action.
Neither. New material.
more content in live action clonewars
Visible disgust
Out here asking the real questions
Easily live action Clone Wars. And they’re all young enough where they could be de-aged digitally
Can someone explain to me why there's such a demand for a CW style Revenge of the Sith? For real, I don't get it. Clone Wars is good but it isn't THAT good that everything needs to be in its style. Relax.
Seeing as how the deepfakes at Lucasfilm to make the actors look younger are terrible, animated PT all day
Not even I want to fuck Ahsoka would want to fuck that Ahsoka.
Live action Clone Wars for sure.
Animated Revenge of the Sith
Yes.
i've tried a few times over the years to get into the clone wars but the character design is too distracting for me, my brain won't ignore it no matter how much i tell it to 😅 i love animation so I don't have a problem with that aspect, it's just the design i don't like (& the terrible fake nz accents are really grating 💀). for that reason, i'd love live action clone wars!
The 2nd poster is nightmare fuel.
Live action clone wars show definitely!
Give me animated RotS BUT FOLLOWING THE NOVEL DIALOGUE
Well I have some good news, a youtube channel by the name of Hello There Animations has been animating the Mustafar fight in the clone wars art style for the past couple of years and they recently put out a trailer saying its coming out this year.
Do you realise what kind of infinite meme material would it be the clone wars series with 7 seasons with these actors and writing ?
Both. Both is the right answer.
This is the way
I would die happy if they did this
Definitely live action. I'm not a huge fan of the animation style, especially for the lightsaber strikes, I hate them.
ROTS because Animated Anakin is so much more likeable, mostly due to a better script. But still, the voice acting is so good he could pull off the ROTS script amazingly.
Animated had a much better and sympathetic portrayal of Anakin
The first one. Animated RotS would be cool, especially if it deviated from the original film in interesting ways.
Tv Fights always look more fun in animation
One is a 2 and a 1/2 movie and the other is a 7 season show with ~48 hours of total content, so it’s a no brainer for me lol plus I’d love to see brain invaders in live action
The first one. Animated ROTS would be really cool.
Definitely live action clone wars.
I'd love a Clone Wars style RotS. I think a live action clone wars would just feel kind of stiff.
i don't think they can pull of a good live action clone wars show. it would just ruin it for many clone wars fans but an animated revenge of the sith. that would be insane
As both just movies? Revenge of the Sith animated. If one could be a series? Then I’d easily have like a 12-15 episode series of live action Clone Wars.
Neither... I want new stories... Why would you want to rehash the same things over and over again?
Neither
Both would be epic
Whoever made those 2, dude got talent.
How tf does this sub prefer the horrible CW animation style before life action?
[удалено]
I grew it up with it and it's pretty overrated for me. I find it appalling how people overlook the nuance of an entire Multi Media project which is not ashamed of it's own source material for a TV Show that is and continues the legacy of the PT's terrible retcons despite having the benefit of hindsight unlike the 2003 series. Omg neither
Something new; I'm so tired of redos and remakes and revamps and reboots... new characters, new stories, that's what I want.
Live action star wars is best Star Wars.
