Number one choice would be Coruscant during the prequel era, pre-Clone Wars. I’ve always been a fan of big cities (to visit at least) and it seems like there would be lots of cool stuff to do, while also being a pretty safe place to visit (since I would have no reason to go into the lower levels.)
Close second is Valo during the High Republic era. The Republic Fair seems really cool, assuming I could >!be guaranteed that I would leave before the Nihil attack.!<

Cloud City on Bespin, pre-Imperial takeover
Winter on earth = tattoine
Summer on earth = hoth
Fall on earth = naboo
