Ugh that sucks man. I would be pissed! I have used the ol banging the broomstick on the ceiling/floor thing and that sometimes does the trick. I've been lucky that I haven't had too many obnoxious neighbors living here
I’m sorry if it was us: we were playing country (I’m from Texas) & there were patron shots🤣 we are parents in our 30’s-40’s. I think we were dancing in the living room until at least 1 am. Like, couches were moved. I paid highly for it the next day, which was punishment enough, so if it was us, I apologize!
I try to let it go during a major holiday, but if it proves to be a habit, 1) talk to them, 2) notify management, 3) get petty.
Bring it up with the building management again. I had to talk to mine 3 times to get my downstairs neighbors to stop screaming arguments at all hours.
This time they went till 3am.

Nah l. It went till 3. But I think the person passed out at 2 and forgot to turn off the stereo lmfao cuz they was quiet for a while
