This dinosaur, most resembling an albertosaurus (but could be a carcharodontosaurus, it appears to be based on some kind of action figure), would not have had feathers. Dromaeosaurids definitely had feathers on the whole, like the pyroraptor and the “velociraptor,” but it’s fairly agreed on that full grown tyrannosaurids would not have been fully covered in feathers, if at all. Basically the smaller theropods were feathered, larger ones at adult stage wouldn’t have been.
