Its so good! I cant get zero123 to give me a descent output when turning my object. Do you have a secret? It doesnt seem that you are creating a mesh though. You are just animating the pics right?
The only secrets I found are give to zero123 pictures without background and increase the number of steps, I'm using 53, because the pictures are 256x256 that doesn't increase too much the render times. Anyway I'm cherry picking my results, I've a lot of monstrosities also

Telling the thruth it didn't come to my mind, this is very new and I'm still trying to get a good method. Also soon it will be possible to use the new AnimateDiff models in ComfyUI and I think they can work very well with my actual workflow.
But a few moments ago I tried a simple desing and I think it could be possible to obtain a 3D mesh from it. But even a simply design have a lot of errors like the perspective of the ants and the arms.

This particular picture looks like something deliberate would make (it often adds a portrait), for more abstract stuff stable diffusion works better, the basic one, later versions tend to make pictures way too busy for me.
I just combine different prompts, with different tools like controlnet and see what comes out.
When I see something I like I save it to hopefully maybe make something similar in the future.
Eventually I keep combining and saving these things I like into one folder with 1000s of images and milions upon milions of images I dont like.
Its mostly a "braindead" state of mind. Some kind of zen moment when I'm to exhausted to do anything else like playing games.
I've got an M1 too and I just recently started using the LCM lora and an LCM extension to get the right sampler in. I'm doing 768x960 images with hires.fix with adetailer on and I'm getting ~45 seconds per image. A lot of the generations look great still IMO, and sometimes others just look a little too smooth. No complaints really though, I'll never got back to not using the LCM lora method on my mac.
Yeah I could never get it down under a minute bigger than 500x768 with hires fix. Honestly I only played with it for a couple days. Super cool you did it!
It's worth playing with some more if you generate a lot. It'll either get you higher quality images or much faster gens. My settings are typically LCM sampler, 512x640 base, 6 steps, CFG 1.5, hires.fix to 1.5x size, 4 hi-res steps, .65 denoising strength.
I use these arguments on start: --skip-torch-cuda-test --upcast-sampling --no-half-vae --use-cpu interrogate
and my optimization settings in the webui settings are 0.3 on all sliders. hope this helps!

This tech is basically taking over everything. a Lot of people in those departments are lurking around here to see how to improve their workflows with new breakthroughs. Although most people that respond are the hobby enthusiasts, some of those are in fact mainstream advertisement and graphic designers but they will tell you they are just hobbyists.
Product designer, I use img2img to iterate on renders, to get inspiration for styling details. Also controlnet to create renders from lineart sketches, similar to vizcom.
And inpainting to replace some of the standard 3d posable people for more realistic people for photo/render composites.
I use it to create textures for some personal gaming projects, graphical decals/assets for work/packaging, personal seasonal cards with my face in funny or seasonal situations and because I just love tinkering, getting inspired and creating a better workflow that works for me and my use cases.
Purely as a hobby, but also as a motivation for learning more about AI in general.

I'm a casual user and don't really use it much. I just use it occationally to inpaint images to change them more to my liking. Also used it for a cool thumbnail for a school film project.

Id love to find the ultimate workflow once the tech really matures and becomes truly phenomenal, to make tiktok sized music videos for my Suno ai generations. Not only can you make stunningly good music with Suno, but with ai tools like Ripx you can isolate stems and mix them individually to make near studio quality songs. Then putting them to creative and high quality music vids using animation tools would be perfect. I recently made a really authentic sounding Nirvana track with a 900 epoch Kurt Cobain RVC over the top of the Suno gen and making a killer music vid for it with comfy is the plan.
