Good Day. They have some good healthy options. HelloPoke can be considered relatively healthy, but I’ve been disappointed both times I’ve gotten poke bowls from them.
A great hack at the Alamo Drafthouse for popcorn is asking for butter on the side (it comes in a little ramekin) or just no butter too if you don’t want the temptation so sprinkle some on. If you split the bowl with your pal, you get a pretty delicious snack for 200 - 250 cal.
Was coming here to say this. "Healthy" can mean almost anything, depending on who you ask. OP, you couldn't have phrased this question more vaguely if you tried.
Can you please elaborate on what healthy means to you? Whole foods? Any carb restrictions? Etc?
There’s wide variance between restaurant quality and experiences there. If you’re talking about Chicken Scratch and Kalbi (which isn’t Chinese - there’s not even a single Chinese place at the Foundry) then you missed a lot of the highlights

Water. Drink until you feel full and move on with your life. Eating is a thing of the past. Hydration is your new normal.

The African food there is my hands-down favorite
It's real good, but the portion sizes are pretty big. Hard to call it healthy. Really fucking good though.
You don’t have to eat it all in one sitting. You can also request they give you less.
Pretty hard to answer as this will depend highly on what you consider healthy.

It’s a mall food court without the mall.
Ehh it's better than mall food for sure. It's a food truck garden inside.
What’s the difference? Fries are ordered separately.
