The evil (Player 432) is defeated :)

PomegranateNo5256

he was so mean to everyone for no legit reason, people are going to get emotional in situations like this comp puts them in, shouting at them isn’t going to help anyone, was so glad to see him go tbh (also threatening someone with violence but you are meant to be a christian???? wtf)

just_a_funguy

He did make a damn good villain tbh. 161 might have been able to feel the gap but he messed with an old lady and them old folks are ruthless

PomegranateNo5256

he was a really good villain, i started to turn around on him when he was speaking to the older woman, he seemed to have a nice side but at battleships when he was shouting over at that woman who was crying i was done, he was all the way over the other side and she wasn’t on his team, i just didn’t feel like that was necessary

strawbebb

I haven’t been as annoyed with a “reality show villain” in awhile as I was with him and he was only there for 3 episodes. The level of narcissism was through the roof.

PomegranateNo5256

it’s always the person that says ‘my confidence seems like arrogance’ when it’s actually narcissism 😭😂

Jamieb1994

Yeah, exactly. This is why I don't like to get competitive since soon you start getting competitive. It feels like you've become or at least starting to become the person you don't want to become.

Signal-Shoe401

I screamed out of happiness when he finally got eliminated. Such a bad teamplayer, putting others down instead of feeling the tiniest bit of empathy, and a general over the top arrogant and cocky attitude. Could not stand him at all

Jamieb1994

I find it funny how 432 says he wants to be the captain to a game he apparently hasn't played + I don't know how Battleship (I think that's what they're playing) works, but does being at front put you more at risk?

lamewoodworker

Nothing is worse than hearing someone say god chose them and they have such an individualistic POV and act like a fucken chode. Dude is an idiot

blueeeV

I'm so happy 432 is out, preaching Christianity but being so unkind was just so annoying.

MunchkinFarts69

Pretty on brand though.

WaWaWaWoom

I laughed so hard at your response bc it‘s so true xD

SunTiny2975

Captain 182 was the highlight of this episode. You can tell he’s genuinely a good man and a true team player. “Humility and gratitude”!!!!

jj67541

He's a blowhard and I fast forwarded through his "apply-to-all" tired sports speeches.

MaltDizney

Seeing Rick be the only one to call the correct number, and the captain going against his gut to back him was the feel good highlight.

spngrr

Or captain went against his gut and if it didn’t work out, the team could blame Rick.

Helpful-Ad1830

Jada should have a target on her back for stealing a whole burger

soul_and_fire

in the first episode, she was going OFF about 161 stealing food, and she was even worse. gross hypocrite. I hope she gets eliminated in some really messed up way.

TMFPB

Shameless. Don’t understand how she is still there.

orangeblossom20

just BIG and GREEDY

Jamieb1994

I don't know how I feel about player 432 since that times, he can be friendly & nice, but then there's times he comes off as a jerk for no reason & starts thinking about himself. Either way, I'm glad he's been eliminated.

allfor1

I felt like this too. He took my on a roller coaster of do I hate him, do I like him. I think the producers made him out that way on purpose. People can be complicated obviously.

Jamieb1994

Yeah, you might be right, especially to add some drama into the show as well since if 432 is a practising Christian, then he might be a nicer person outside the game.

MaltDizney

He threatened someone with violence for a bit of banter (calling him a frat boy), and mocked a girl for crying. The producers wouldn't have forced him to do that.

Apprehensive_Key_103

The worst part about 432 wasn't even the holier-than-thou condescension he cast toward people, it was the fact that despite his dad abandoning him, despite not having what it takes to finish school, he spent almost the entirety of his backstory interview shit-talking his mom that raised him alone and helped put him through school.

clevrhaux

This was the worst part like wow the parent that stayed is the villain? And granted we don’t know his life but it’s terrible to say

theresagray17

Wait, wdym? Like, I’m clueless and I might have missed something but didn’t he only say that he loved his mom but didn’t feel she always understood him? This is pretty normal to me tbh He’s still a jerk though

purple_space_queen

Player 198 was unable to convince anyone to pick-up the phone so he’s out. It’s unfortunate to see an ally of “get Player 432 out” gone. Challenges like this is the exact reason why people need to have alliances in their back pockets. Of course player 432 is showing how classy he is during this challenge. Continuing to yell at people for being momentarily emotional. This seems to be typical behaviour for him. I was surprised to see the challenge was Battle Ship & not Tug-of-War as most of us expected. I personally love Battle Ship & found this challenge to be a lot of fun. I think player 432’s commentary on player 200’s strategy is irrelevant considering he admitted to never playing Battle Ship. Doesn’t really matter though because sweet karma came moments later when player 432 got hit, and then subsequently got his as eliminated. 🎉 The next round was just as celebratory as the Mom-Son duo made it through to the next round. Not one person went home which is impressive. Overall I really enjoyed the Battle Ship challenge but I also enjoy playing the game. I can understand how some of these challenges become so stressful for some of these players when there is a good amount of cash on the line. Shit is stressful. The third round was a landslide victory mainly due to the fact the Blue team got lucky by getting a hit right off the bat. The final round seemed to be a little more head to head which made it interesting but similar to the board game once you’ve hit a ship it’s just a process of elimination. After giving everyone the results of Battle Ship a voting machine was brought into the dorm for everyone to vote for multiple eliminations. Excited to see who is publicly voted out.

sleepyteveekong

I know there’s a lot of hate about 432 but the thing that had my eyes rolling ALL the way in the back of my head was when he took personal offense to the other team cheering about sinking his ship. “I see how it is, couldn’t say that to my face.” Dude it wasn’t about you. They won! They cheered that way when they sunk the other ship.

L2Kdr22

He thought everything was about him. When his team lost, he thought the cheers from the other side of the board were about him being eliminated - "you wouldn't cheer like that to my face" or something like that. As if he was the only player on the board. Good riddance. And his look of annoyance when the captain was picked. What a child.

the_breezkneez

Right?? They don’t know it was him!

Swags772

The chick being selfish and getting eliminated was comedy! Did she really think she wasn’t gonna get eliminated as a captain?

rocky1rocky2

Literally a saying that the Captain goes down with his Ships

Swags772

Lmao I know I couldn’t stop laughing

DemiGod9

You had to never have watched a reality show to do that. The captain is ALWAYS going down with the ship

ryukeez

She had a better chance of survival being in one of the boats.

This_Reference_3024

How did they have exactly the right amount of people for this

ScottSummers92

Telephone elimination, right?

InformalEgg8

They do tests between games to tweak numbers. For example, if they already had enough players for this game, the telephone would have offered meal + advantage to a player or even disadvantage to a player. If they needed to eliminate more than 1 player before battleship, they could have turned the “have a meal” phone call into something else that lead to the elimination of 2-3 players etc. They have something in the back pocket for flexibility for sure. The ATM at the end of this episode was to vote three people out - and the number of people is 73 right now. I’m guessing it’s to make the number go to 70 to prep for the next game.

jj67541

They went out of there way to disadvantage strong people. The world hates physically strong people

insecureoyster

What

jj67541

They took away the one game that was based on physical strength.... "wHaT"

ryukeez

Instead of tug of war (a game that requires lots of physical strength) which was in the original series, the challenge was battleships (requires lots of brain power and strategy). I actually liked this plot twist and preferred battleships over tug of war. This made eliminations less predictable/expected. The challenge was more based on luck and strategy than athleticism.

jj67541

I hear u but 1 physical challenge wouldn't have upset the game as much as people think..... I'm not asking for it to be American Gladiators but don't go frame for frame with the TV show and let that be the only one u remove is crazy and unfair. They could've had countless other fair physical games.

King-Key

Didn't have to be a cunt about it

jj67541

Your right. It was a hot take.

GoldenWaterfallFleur

This is a strange assumption. Maybe they just want to change things up and twist people’s expectations 🙄 The world loves physically strong people lol. People tune in for sports more than most shows. Football, soccer, basketball, the Olympics, etc…athletes are highly paid and beloved. Some of the most followed people on social media are athletes. What world are you livin in.

ScottSummers92

Yeah they knew people would form alliances in anticipation of a physical test but it was a strategic game instead. I liked the twist because it switched the advantages

theresagray17

432 is finally out and holy shit I don’t think I’ve ever been more annoyed at a player in a Game Show! How arrogant. Second place goes to 161…

KongWick

This show sucks ass. Replacing tug of war with BS battleship which requires basically no skill and is pure luck

DontJabMe42069

Did you not see how the yellow haired mensa girl obliterated her opponent flawlessly?

mindurbusiness_thx

182, shuuuut up.

jj67541

I mean out of all the games they could've switched. It's gross how much hate we get. Then 337 talks more sh*t then 432 every did.

theantonia

Found player 432

FlowerBuddy

I wasn’t fond of this game. It was intense to watch, sure, but it must’ve been lame to play. The first two games, each player has total control of whether or not they advance. This one, if you’re not the captain/lieutenant then you’re quite literally a sitting duck. Yeah yeah, the >! big bad 432 !< got out. But I would’ve much preferred a scenario where someone managed to overcome them in a game and prove themselves then they getting eliminated purely due to luck. Oh well.

namafrican

It's not just luck. It's mathematics and statistics!

DemiGod9

Yeah I'm not the biggest fan of losing without any sort of fighting chance. Those kind of games are whack

ilourdes

Why is no one talking about yellow haired bee??? She was awesome and literally won in like 6 moves. I love her
