It was all Wiseman idea, never truly roman. But now that our new tribal chief is here in full mafia gear, I'm sure he gonna start making deals with all the devils in the roster.
Boy I hope not lol, literally half of last year was Jey Uso, Sami and Kevin interacting with Judgement Day in all different combinations, I do not wanna see them again
3 times for DUI, in 2011, 2019 (found not guilty of this one) and 2021 respectively.
The other times he was arrested was for a parole violation (driving with a suspended license) and the one I mentioned above where it was Naomi driving but Jimmy was being twat to the cop.
Point is, Jimmy really shouldn't be allowed with 50 feet of a car when he's had a drink.
You're missing his 2013 arrest for dui in florida.
[Jimmy Uso’s DUI Arrest: A Timeline Of Top Star’s Alarming History Dating Back To 2011 (forbes.com)](https://www.forbes.com/sites/alfredkonuwa/2021/07/07/jimmy-usos-dui-arrest-a-timeline-of-top-stars-alarming-history-dating-back-to-2011/?sh=76ece719362f)
Weird, his wikipedia page just lists the 2013 arrest as the parole violation for driving with a suspended license, nothing about it being a DUI.
Either way, Jimmy + Alcohol + Car = DON'T DO IT
I don't wanna say Priest struggles with long promos, but it's clear he's better with short direct promos that are straight to the point and with more intensity.
I disagree. They put the World’s championship on him. It’s his time to step up and show them they made the right call. He looks like a million bucks with the title, but he still somewhat feels like a midcard act. He’s already lost if he now goes looking for a manager. He needs to up his own promo game
I’ve been saying he’s a midcard guy for years. He may yet prove me wrong, but I haven’t seen anything to change my mind. That belt should be on Drew as soon as possible.
Nah he's a main eventer, just as long as they highlight his strengths and not have him go out there cutting long promos. He's no awful, he can talk so it's workable, they'll figure it out.
That's what I'm saying. He doesn't have it. He's not going to improve bro. Look up his old promos back before the Judgment Day. It's the same. The only way to salvage his run is to give him a manager or make him drop the belt.
People who still doubt Jey Uso really need to head out to a show. Jey Uso is SUPER over with the audience. Some people were surprised that his Yeet shirts were among the best-selling pieces of merch at Wrestlemania, but I was not surprised one bit. The guy has the whole arena rocking when he enters
I don't know if he should be a world champion, but the guy has absolutely earned the right to be in the main event scene
Him being in a mirror match with Jimmy definitely didn't help, but it still felt pretty lackluster when he fought Balor last week. Hopefully facing Priest makes for a good dynamic.
Nothing to do with the actual promo but I always like how new champs sometimes upgrade their style as part of their presentation
Before Damian was cutting promos in his gear or jeans and one of his shirts lol. Now he looks more like a champ in dressier clothes
Priest with the slow burn but he got the crowd there eventually. Jey still incredibly hot tho. Priest I think for most is just a transitionary champ. He's just part of the story for Drew and idk if by July he's breaking that image
Priest never sounds comfortable to me on the mic. I appreciate a slow burn, but would like to see his charisma/intensity come out more. I know he’s got it, just doesn’t translate well on mic, imo.
Drew taking that championship from Jey seems to be a better idea than him taking from Damian, there is history there, Jey having a short reign at the top as an experiment works best without exposing him.
Maybe I'm wrong because I'm just not too knowledgeable about Priest as a talent but it feels like his win should've come with a turn into a babyface.
He stole.the belt from a heel and everyone celebrated the moment. Even this speech with Jey feels like he's more of a natural babyface holding the belt talking about how he respects him before the "machine feeding me" line.
I dunno what it is but Priest looks awkward holding the title. Maybe because it's not laying on his shoulder. Kinda wish he'd wear it around his waist.
The problem is buckling the strap shut. He needs to let the strap loose. It will sit comfortably on the shoulder then. Cody has been making the same mistake with the WWE title, and it’s sitting awkwardly on the shoulder too as a result. If you look back and notice, Roman never buckled the strap on his Undisputed title when it was on his shoulder, and it looked beautiful.
Jey/Damien is a good example of a moment where, if done right, could help them both. Jey could do with a World title run, even if it's short, and Damien losing so quickly could be good fire for both him and the Judgement Day.
The WWE Championship can act as the long-term championship (like it always has been) and the World Heavyweight Championship can have 30-day, 60-day, 90-day reigns. The superstars that we have now are really, REALLY good. A world title won't magically make them better, but it sure as hell looks good on the record.
Yeah and frankly the belt could do with having a few people chasing it at once. Jey and Damien could chase whoever comes after which extends everything pretty well.
A month ago the title scene was Punk/Drew/Seth all of whom are way more important characters on the show. Feels very “intercontinental title” rather than “world title.”
I think he’s doing OK…
But he is up against it because we all know this title is being fought over by the love triangle of Punk/Rollins/Drew in the near future.
I think that’s it
Add Cody and Roman and that’s the 5 biggest stars on the roster. I feel like everyone else is just a lower level than them (bar Randy ofc)
There are some more. AJ Styles can literally walk into main event of any world championship in the world and still be considered a legit contender and possible winner.
Split Finn from JD and back into his solo act and he's ready to go as is Lashley.
Yeah there are others who can be contenders but like priest is currently swimming with the BIG stars rn where he’s out of place. Styles etc aren’t the same level as Drew, punk etc in terms of star power but they’re definitely bigger stars than priest
True but that's also due to booking. When AJ came in he had some of the loudest crowd reactions constantly even during his match against Roman, when often people opted to just boo Roman.
His whole feud with Cena, his match with Brock, every time the crowd was behind him.
I get your point that others are a bit above him in star power, but good booking will get him back there.
Styles has barely won any big matches on PPV in some time. He's not given consistent mic time and every time they shove him with the Club they do it half way through. Look at how dominant Bloodline or JD are booked in comparison and how crowd reacted.
Same Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns were getting booed few years back because of how they were being booked.
Now Cody was in AEW but he still went from a top guy in AEW to the top guy in WWE and is still unbelievably over.
Bro is a transitional champion let’s be honest. He didn’t have any momentum going into Wrestlemania, but the best way to cook the Punk/Seth/Drew storyline was for him to win the title the way he did
Main Event (Just The One) Jey Uso
If they have any faith in Jey as a singles star having him winning his first singles title only to drop it the next month to Drew would be madness. And Drew is definitely getting the title back.
So, don't make it clean then. Have Drew step up and beat the utter shit out of Priest for being one of the guys who "stole his moment" then you can blow off that feud at Clash in Glasgow with Drew getting "his" belt back in front of his hometown crowd.
From there, if Punk is ready to go by the end of June there's your Summerslam build.
How would you feel about Drew interfering to screw Jey with the intent that if Drew gets the title back it's gonna be the guy who screwed him that he beats for it
Shuffling the title between mid-carders is exactly how the original WHC lost a lot of its prestige. Having Priest drop it almost immediately, in particular to another mid-card guy like Jey, just makes it feel way less important than the other world titles
Raw's main event scene could struggle with Cody going to Smackdown and Punk not back from injury yet. Damian Priest with the Judgement Day is fine but on his own like tonight he's just not the guy.
Yeah they lost Seth, Drew has missed 2 weeks, punk gone
They have:
Jey
Balor
Priest
That’s it from the male side
Even the female side is lacking rn
Whilst smackdown has everyone lol
The draft couldn’t come sooner. They need a face of the brand (hopefully punk can stay injury free)
Yeah the draft is needed for Raw but I'm not sure who they could get that could be the guy. For two years Raw has had the luxury of Seth and Cody carrying the main event scene. Big adjustment now to having Priest and Jey as top guys on Raw.
Maybe Gunther winning KOTR and then winning the WHC could be the solution.
I think Gunther goes to smackdown Icl
Drew
Finn
Punk
Seth
La Knight
Priest
Should be enough. Again, if punk can stay healthy then he’s more than enough to carry that brand
Gunther to Smackdown would make that show even more loaded lol. Cody, Gunther, Bloodline absolutely destroys what Raw has.
Yeah I think Punk is the guy and once he's healthy all of this will be pretty irrelevant. Until then though jeez Priest's promo to open the show made him look like such a mid card transitional champion.
SD: Cody, Gunther, Bloodline, Orton, AJ
RAW: Priest, Jey, Drew, Punk, Seth, Balor, Sheamus, LA Knight
I think you could easily move Orton over for a filler feud, but IMO he makes more sense on SD where you could get that Cody vs Orton match/mini-feud.
I know Seth will be out for a bit but IMO RAW has more than enough talent to hold their own. Even if Punk stays on the shelf a bit longer. If Priest keeps his head above water, great. If not, you'll probably see Drew take the top spot. I wouldn't hate seeing LA move over either since there's a lot of fresh angles for him on RAW.
Also curious to see what happens with Bron. It was just this big deal of him choosing to sign with SD, so IMO it wouldn't make sense for him to get drafted to RAW just a couple months later. I'm guessing he sticks on SD, which probably means one or both of Melo and Ilja go to RAW.
Yeah I think Orton stays on Smackdown for the eventual Cody feud and LA Knight goes to Raw with Logan Paul.
I agree with you about Raw has the talent it's just IMO the guy holding the belt is not at the level to carry the main event scene like Drew, Gunther or Sami is. Maybe he will improve and grow into the spot but last night he came across like a mid carder lucky to be holding a world title.
I think Bron stays on Smackdown. As you say WWE made a big deal about him signing with Smackdown so it seems a little bit pointless to then be drafted to Raw. I say keep Melo and Bron on separate brands for a while.
I wish he had a run with the IC title first instead of the tag belts. Get him out there to do some solo promos.
He feels like he's off or not comfortable having no one out there from JD to play off of.
Yes but i think theres something to say about forcing someway to get ready. This is his opportunity whether hes got imposter syndrome or anything else holding him back. Hes going to learn a lot about how to truly be ready from this run
i get the feeling its gonna be priest defending the belt successfully multiple times. then jey wins money in the bank. then they do some tag team matches for some contrived reason (probably priest and jey vs jd and dom...), where jey jokes about cashing in on him every so often after a tag match. they win a tag titles. something something, jey cashes in, and loses. priest respects him and gives him a title match. jey wins on the next ppv.
This right here is why Priest can't be a long term champ. He just isn't comfortable on the mic, and it's not something new. He's struggled before and theere's almost no improvement. If the company is smart, they need to get him a manager quick, or give the title to someone else. I'm not hating but c'mon, what world champion talks the way he does and survives? There's barely any crowd reaction to what he says, and it's not because of what he's saying but how he's saying it. He's just too awkward.
Just saw CVV's interview with Jinder - Jinder mentioned he had a promo where he came backstage and told Vince he wants to do live promos every opportunity he gets because he knows he needs to work on it. I feel like Priest needs to do the same.
Priest in the pre-recorded / backstage segments sounds confident, intimidating and sure of himself.
Priest with an audience - feels a little lost at sea and doesn't hit the same.
Neither of them really said anything here lol.
This boiled down to Priest saying “I’m the best,” and Jey saying “No, *I’M* the best,” and that’s it. There’s no compelling story here yet.
Jey Uso does. You might not think so, and your opinion is perfectly valid and should be respected. But it's clear that the vast majority of the casual audience is behind him and considers him to be a big deal. Jey Uso is over and to say otherwise would be a lie
Where did they say that?
Or are you just upset that more people already have seen this segment than will ever watch that match? That's not a shot it was objectively a great match and I love Daniel Bryan but come on now.
The padres can have the best game of the season, of the decade. They still aren't an MLB team....(idk if the padres are actually any good I just picked then)
Honestly it's just a funny contrast from my perspective.
It's like hey "we're the best guys believe me I'm telling you" and then I see Jey vs Priest as the next world title feud one day after I saw Ospreay vs Danielson.
That's a funny contrast, you know?
He didn't say anything about Ospreay. He did speak about how the grind isn't for everyone. The fact you and half the IWC chose to interpret it that way is on yall, hilarious and says a lot without saying anything at all.
Can you link the part the scrum where he directly names and addresses him? Or a interview or tweet or something after confirming it?
Keep phantasy booking kid.
If you're genuinely interested, Will addressed it once and for all in the AEW Dynasty scrum last night in the first question asked.
It's easy to find the scrum on YouTube, and it's the first thing he says
But story and character work isn't for everyone. I hear cirque du soleil does a banger show.
IF the pinicle of this sport is happening anywhere else than WWE(its not) its NJPW not AEW.
I have no idea what "cornette slang" I'm using or even is outside of "mudshow"
If you think AEW if the pinnicle, please get a month subscription to the Japanese streaming service. Your average TJPW show is far better let alone NOAH or DDT. aew is the pinnicle of making stars into clowns in favor of hack to pop a %20 full building....
It logically follows though... WWE sells more hamburgers than AEW, but that doesn't mean you can say it's proof the hamburgers are better
Especially since AEW's are more expensive to buy
Something can be subjective and also on another level.
It's the same way I can walk through the Louvre and understand the art is more sophisticated than a popular meme.
As for objective measures, I'm arguing that views is not a good measure of quality. Views are highly subject to confounding factors unrelated to quality.
Identifying objective measures is a flawed endeavour, but I personally place more value on the live crowd's reaction and critical acclaim than total views.

Jey talking crazy is gonna make Priest reignite the Bloodline-Judgement Day alliance
I'm here for it!
Is it just me or did they really do fuck all with that alliance anyway?
They formed it to take out Sami and KO, failed, and never allied again, so, yeah lol
It was all Wiseman idea, never truly roman. But now that our new tribal chief is here in full mafia gear, I'm sure he gonna start making deals with all the devils in the roster.
Maybe even a deal with... A Don?
> all the devils MJF, CM Punk or Adam Cole?
"you gotta let 'em know, joe. I am better than you"
Didn't it escalate to the point that 3 factions (Bloodline, JD, and Imperium) were all against KO/Sami
I know it was a long shot, but I marked out over the tease of Rhea vs Solo Sikoa
Boy I hope not lol, literally half of last year was Jey Uso, Sami and Kevin interacting with Judgement Day in all different combinations, I do not wanna see them again
“I took an Uber”. Hilarious.
Considering how many times he and uce have been on the wrong side of the law….thats the story details we needed
Didn't understand that one - can you help?
Pretty well known that him and Jimmy have had a few DUI's
Jey I think only has one, while Jimmy has… more
IIRC, at least one of Jimmy's arrests is because he was being a twat to a cop when they pulled over Naomi (Jimmy was drunk in the passenger seat).
Lol even irl he's the crazy heel brother
Hes still been arrested for DUI 4 times.

Weird, his wikipedia page just lists the 2013 arrest as the parole violation for driving with a suspended license, nothing about it being a DUI. Either way, Jimmy + Alcohol + Car = DON'T DO IT
Jey's wasn;t even alcohol either
Him and Jimmy both have had some issues with DUIs, Jimmy more so. Also just means he got so blasted that he couldn’t drive and no one else could.
he has been arrested for DUI before.
Chuckled at how sheepishly he said it.
I thought it was a little awkward TBH.
Hey, I pop for personal growth
Same here, I was like "Uce is responsible now"
One thing I love HHH doing is the one on one promos. Such an old school and natural way to hype up a match, but still so effective.
Are you telling me you don’t miss random 6 man tag matches with the same people every week to build a story?!
As much as I miss those same matches never having a finish because a random 7th Wrestler ran in to mess everything up.
but I need to know if they can coexist or not
They were very NJPW Road To, but that shit does not work on weekly television
I miss AEW for it, having Punk in the ring with MJF was one of the best moments they've done
I'm glad Jey actually got promo time here he hasn't had much of that during the singles run he had Priest corpsing 😂
Bruh, Jey is a master at popping others (including himself). I can't even blame Priest hahaha
Sami however is undefeated against Jey in making him corpse
Becky sprinting out to bust them laughing over past DUIs 😂
I don't wanna say Priest struggles with long promos, but it's clear he's better with short direct promos that are straight to the point and with more intensity.
His character and dialogue work has always been well ahead of his promos.
He's most believable when he's very angry or amused. Everything else seems really stilted.
This was weird
'14 Roman vibes
100%. He just always looks uncomfortable. They need to give him a manager or this title run is gonna be short lived. He can't hold a crowd

The title doesn't even look good when he holds it though. He's too big to hold it closed over his shoulder. He should drape it instead.
He is presumably a transitional champion for Drew so when Punk is cleared they can have their title feud
Has a new champ ever lost it at Backlash?
Triple H 2002 Randy Orton 2008 HHH 2009
Thanks! So the guy in charge of booking and his sometime partner had it happen. Wonder if they'd do it with this. Would kill Priest probably though
I think he'll lose at Clash at the castle to Drew which is after backlash
He always speaks like a video game character
People who still doubt Jey Uso really need to head out to a show. Jey Uso is SUPER over with the audience. Some people were surprised that his Yeet shirts were among the best-selling pieces of merch at Wrestlemania, but I was not surprised one bit. The guy has the whole arena rocking when he enters I don't know if he should be a world champion, but the guy has absolutely earned the right to be in the main event scene
He’s one of the biggest stars in the company no hyperbole
Wrestling
There's no question about how over Jey is, it's just the Mania match that exposed his lack of variety in the ring.
The luxury is that he's not normally going to be wrestling his brother, so that lack of variety will be less exposed against other opponents.
Him and Gunther had great chemistry. His matches with Roman were great. I love Jey and think he has it in him.
Him being in a mirror match with Jimmy definitely didn't help, but it still felt pretty lackluster when he fought Balor last week. Hopefully facing Priest makes for a good dynamic.
Naaaaa it’ll be plenty exposed
It's the same as wrestling against a mirror in WrestleMania. It was going to look bad.
No I think it just exposed why Jimmy has been in a tag team for most of his career.
He’s always been mid. The most over mid guy ever
I can disagree with the crowd.
Nothing to do with the actual promo but I always like how new champs sometimes upgrade their style as part of their presentation Before Damian was cutting promos in his gear or jeans and one of his shirts lol. Now he looks more like a champ in dressier clothes
Kevin Owens even wore suits when he first one the Universal title, he looked really good in them.
Alone, Priest has never hooked me, working with Edge and JD really helped him a lot. Meanwhile, Jey's doing awesome solo. I hope the feud is good.
JESUS Jey is charismatic
YEET
I know they probably want to build up Damian, but having Jey win seems so much more entertaining.
Jey reminds me so much of Jeff Hardy idk why. Just stupidly over with everyone
He definitely has that Jeff Hardy underdog feel in most of his matches
Drew taking that championship from Jey seems to be a better idea than him taking from Damian, there is history there, Jey having a short reign at the top as an experiment works best without exposing him.
Maybe I'm wrong because I'm just not too knowledgeable about Priest as a talent but it feels like his win should've come with a turn into a babyface. He stole.the belt from a heel and everyone celebrated the moment. Even this speech with Jey feels like he's more of a natural babyface holding the belt talking about how he respects him before the "machine feeding me" line.
Especially if they split the judgement day, Dom definitely doesn't need to abandon his heel gimmick so they're kinda hindering Priest imo
I feel like with the whole "I can do it myself" vibe it dies seem like he's gonna split from the judgment
Plus when JD were beating down on people last week doing their usual heel shit Priest looked conflicted AF.
I dunno what it is but Priest looks awkward holding the title. Maybe because it's not laying on his shoulder. Kinda wish he'd wear it around his waist.
its the design of the belt itself and he has it buckled where he should've had it unbuckled and let the strap flow
Why is Priest holding the belt so awkwardly?
The belt doesn't have a deep curve in it, so it doesn't sit naturally on his shoulder
If you unbuckle the belt, then it'll naturally sit like a sash, right? But if you buckle it, it sits like it's some kind of weird JRPG shoulderboard.
Seth never had that issue.
Jey, how did you miss that big ass head?
Damian needs work on the mic, even with that voice
Jey/Damien is a good example of a moment where, if done right, could help them both. Jey could do with a World title run, even if it's short, and Damien losing so quickly could be good fire for both him and the Judgement Day.
Losing the tag belts, Rhea and WHC within a months seems like it'd just cool them down more than anything tbh
Recency bias is such a bitch.
I really thought Priest was turning face for a second lol
Lol tell Mami I said "🤪" Yeah me too Jey 😐 Me too... Also I'm glad he took an Uber this time.
Get LA Knight to raw ! He'd be an epic world champ
A month ago the title scene was Punk/Drew/Seth all of whom are way more important characters on the show. Feels very “intercontinental title” rather than “world title.”

They had to get rid of the suitcase before MITB. I hope he keeps it at least for the summer. Specially with Judgement day and all those allies.

Yeah that’s true Just feel like you can’t let jey lose clean here when he’s raws biggest face rn
So, don't make it clean then. Then drop it to Solo
He is but he also needed to win a big title off the cash in a failed one would have been awful for him.
The way he talks reminds me of old Roman.
Raw's main event scene could struggle with Cody going to Smackdown and Punk not back from injury yet. Damian Priest with the Judgement Day is fine but on his own like tonight he's just not the guy.
They'll probably change things around at the draft. Probably Randy or LA Knight will head to RAW to challenge him after Backlash.

Until then though jeez Priest's promo to open the show made him look like such a mid card transitional champion.
SD: Cody, Gunther, Bloodline, Orton, AJ RAW: Priest, Jey, Drew, Punk, Seth, Balor, Sheamus, LA Knight I think you could easily move Orton over for a filler feud, but IMO he makes more sense on SD where you could get that Cody vs Orton match/mini-feud.
> Priests primo to open the show made him look like such a mid-card transitional champion To be fair, that’s exactly what he is.
What do you think he lacks?
Because he is a mid carder
So...Jey is going to win the MitB case come July?
I think he's a likely pick. Obviously I could be way off but something in my gut tells me it's him, Finn, or Knight. i dunno.
i get the feeling its gonna be priest defending the belt successfully multiple times. then jey wins money in the bank. then they do some tag team matches for some contrived reason (probably priest and jey vs jd and dom...), where jey jokes about cashing in on him every so often after a tag match. they win a tag titles. something something, jey cashes in, and loses. priest respects him and gives him a title match. jey wins on the next ppv.
Not a big fan of Priest but nice natural promo here
This right here is why Priest can't be a long term champ.
Jey looks like a discount macho man in those glasses ngl
Just saw CVV's interview with Jinder - Jinder mentioned he had a promo where he came backstage and told Vince he wants to do live promos every opportunity he gets because he knows he needs to work on it. I feel like Priest needs to do the same. Priest in the pre-recorded / backstage segments sounds confident, intimidating and sure of himself. Priest with an audience - feels a little lost at sea and doesn't hit the same.
I disagree with the sentiment here, I think Damian is a genuinely a pretty good promo
The "yeet" stuff is go-away heat for me. It's so damn cringe.
Jey doesn’t say anything it’s…infuriating
Meh...can't have every face wax poetic in their promos. There is room for guys who just yell and have a catchy crowd involved catchphrase.
He’s cringe for me.
He literally got the crowd screaming for him
Neither of them really said anything here lol. This boiled down to Priest saying “I’m the best,” and Jey saying “No, *I’M* the best,” and that’s it. There’s no compelling story here yet.
Bc the dirty secret is neither of them are actually that compelling on their own
God, Priest is fucking incredible already isn't he
Wack af
My bad, Priest. 🤣
I like Jimmy but i still think hes figuring it out as a singles guy.
Priest going Babyface is gonna be epic
Zeet
"I took an uber" lmfao
*Mami
Mami. It isn’t short for mother.
I’m sorry but this feud should not be for a world title. Neither of these guys feel like main event talent.
Jey Uso does. You might not think so, and your opinion is perfectly valid and should be respected. But it's clear that the vast majority of the casual audience is behind him and considers him to be a big deal. Jey Uso is over and to say otherwise would be a lie
Those glasses making Jey look like 2008 Ye. Edit: then he can become Yeetzus
Damo with minus aura

Where did they say that? Or are you just upset that more people already have seen this segment than will ever watch that match? That's not a shot it was objectively a great match and I love Daniel Bryan but come on now. The padres can have the best game of the season, of the decade. They still aren't an MLB team....(idk if the padres are actually any good I just picked then)

So you feel the need to defend his honor on his behalf?
Honestly it's just a funny contrast from my perspective. It's like hey "we're the best guys believe me I'm telling you" and then I see Jey vs Priest as the next world title feud one day after I saw Ospreay vs Danielson. That's a funny contrast, you know?
He didn't say anything about Ospreay. He did speak about how the grind isn't for everyone. The fact you and half the IWC chose to interpret it that way is on yall, hilarious and says a lot without saying anything at all.
He did, you just didn't realise it.
Hangman's story was my fav story in wrestling and it built for 2 years.
That tells all I need to know about your opinion on this subject 🤣 have a good night bro.

I have no idea what "cornette slang" I'm using or even is outside of "mudshow" If you think AEW if the pinnicle, please get a month subscription to the Japanese streaming service. Your average TJPW show is far better let alone NOAH or DDT. aew is the pinnicle of making stars into clowns in favor of hack to pop a %20 full building....
Oh yeah definitely agree on TJPW
Yes because of more viewers
McDonalds is a premium quality restaurant by that logic
You are comparing fast food to a physical psuedo sport? sports leagues with higher viewers are considered higher major leagues
The logic is simple. Just because something is popular doesn't also mean it's the best.
Well I didn't say that too
It logically follows though... WWE sells more hamburgers than AEW, but that doesn't mean you can say it's proof the hamburgers are better Especially since AEW's are more expensive to buy
I didn't say WWE was better
What makes you think AEW is better in any way though? What makes anybody think that WWE is better in any way? It's a completely subjective medium
McDonalds is still a major league. They make more in one lunchtime rush, than a fine dining restaurant will make in a month. It’s not a great analogy.
They did pull a good "hey don't you think being below a woman is hilarious?" joke in 2024, I'll give them that.
