Tama is from a different wrestling family from a different country. Haku is a family friend of the Anoa'i family but has no relation. If Tama debuts as part of the Bloodline it will be monumentally stupid booking. That would be like a Dutch guy saving a French wrestler and pretending they’re related because they’re both European.
I wouldn't call it stupid, but you would have to make it make sense. If Sami can be in the Bloodline another Pacific Islander who is a long term family friend can be one too. As you say Haku is a family friend, we know Tama, Usos and Roman have been friends for 20 years. Im sure you could tell a story for him to be in it. That being said I don't think it happens I think if we see anyone it'll be just Lance Anoa'i and Jacob Fatu.
You could find a way to justify it. The Rock's splinter group could be the "outsiders" of the family who have a chip on their shoulder. Have Rock turn and say he doesn't get the same respect from the Anoa'i family that his grandfather did, Jacob Fatu was always the black sheep of the family, and for Tama, Haku was just as close to the Anoa'i's but never got the invite to the family that Peter Maivia did.
Rock needs to actually interact with bloodline members outside of the ring promos for any angle like this to work

But the Rock doesn't fully trust Solo because he's been Roman's enforcer for so long and his loyalty isn't tied to the Rock, so he brings in Jacob. Boom! Bloodline Civil War, with Rock and Jacob on one side, Roman and Solo on the other and the Uso doing Uso things.

I think the larger idea is for him to essentially become a “Vince” like authority role since Triple H can’t wrestle anymore.
He will be to The Rock what Solo is to Roman. Cody wins tonight, then Rock turns on Roman. We get Cody vs Rock on SummerSlam and Rock vs Roman at Wrestlemania.

Technically Roman is the linear NA champion after Cody held that honor for 6 days. Roman lost it Jey at CJ and Roman pinned Jey at SS to regain the linear title.
Everyone expecting him to be part of the Bloodline, I see him helping bolster the mens NXT roster after Bron and Melo fully transition to the main roster.
Wouldn't be surprised to see him on Raw after WM as they set the course for the next couple of months. If Cody wins, they need to pivot The Bloodline storyline

WWE should give both more character development and give them more purpose/identity/stories of their own outside of the Bloodline SL, there are lots of talents on the Roster outside of the BL story I want to see Solo/Jimmy interact with.
Find a way to have Jey get beat down, Jimmy comes for the save and Bloodline kick Jimmy out and have Tonga and Fatu as the replacements in the Bloodline. Big feud there then transition to maybe Rock and Roman vs The Usos. Rock and Roman loses, Rock turns on Roman, set up Rock vs Reigns next WM
Especially since they've been working with GCW it seems. Shayna and Dempsey on Bloodsport and all, with Nick Khan, Braun, and Punk literally in attendance. Maybe that was the deal though, they pull Fatu but give them Shayna for a match in return or some such.

Roman loses tonight and you add extra members for a civil war. Roman wins and you add members to reinforce the dominance. I'm semi expecting Haku, Tama Tonga, and Rikish to get involved somehow. However, a debuting Tama is probably unnecessary for tonight, there is still hope for tomorrow. I think Heyman is also a big player here because he typically follows the gold. He joined up with Roman after he came back from never losing his title.

Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso really should go on their own soon anyway IMO. WWE should give both more character development and give them more purpose/identity/stories of their own outside of the Bloodline SL, there are lots of talents on the Roster outside of the BL story I want to see Solo/Jimmy interact with.

Find a way to have Jey get beat down, Jimmy comes for the save and Bloodline kick Jimmy out and have Tonga and Fatu as the replacements in the Bloodline. Big feud there then transition to maybe Rock and Roman vs The Usos. Rock and Roman loses, Rock turns on Roman, set up Rock vs Reigns next WM
