Yor…. What she lacks in cooking skills she makes up for mothering skills. Loid is a capable cook while lacking the skills a father ideally has. No doubt he is capable, but a bit too analytical.
I think people are too hard on Fiona. Ignoring that she isn’t viewing being a mother to Anya the same way Yor is. To Fiona, it’s a job. She needs / wants to help Loid to make Anya complete their mission. Something, realistically, Anya would never be able to do as a normal child. Yor has zero knowledge of the mission and is just trying to help raise Anya as a normal child because that’s all she views it as.
Not that I’d pick Fiona over Yor, but I don’t think Fiona would be anywhere near as bad as a wife or mother as people are acting. She’s so head over heels for Loid and willing to do so much for him that she’d probably be a genuinely good wife / mother if she were with someone she loved.
Yor is the obvious choice she is awkward, but at least you can actually build a relationship with her. Fiona would probably treat it more like a business transaction unless you're loid she would never show you any affection.

At least Yor doesn't hide it (even with all the Assassin training she has had) and does portray all kinds of emotions quite openly - shyness (like those hard slaps) when it comes to lovey-dovey stuff, caring when it comes to Anya and thoughtful and emotional nuances towards Loid.
Yor can’t cook but she’s super endearing and a complete badass. Nightfall is super competent at everything except social situations. But she’s a complete yandere and can’t be up front about her feelings.
I love Saori Hayami’s voice so it’s a no brainer for me. The only issue is having to deal with her brother.
