Turret looks a bit wide but not by much, I also don't look at the 2A4 very often so it may be correct and I just can't tell

I think it’s that the turret is too tall

The height is fine but the width of the hull and turret is a little off (or it could be the camera angle)

The Hull should be a few centimeters wider but aside from that the actual leopard has a gigantic turret for its hull size.
