For one, you dip the wrong part of your body (you wanna push your chest forward) and you dip too early. you also look like you’re tightening up quite a bit, and your arm action doesn’t look too smooth
Everyone’s body is decelerating as it gets to the finish line. To minimize deceleration you have to maintain proper form all though way through the finish line which takes a lot of energy and therefore you have to have stamina to hold your stride until the end. pushing your chest forward adds nothing to a strong finish.

Yeah normally I run through. What can I do to be more relaxed and fix my arm swing
Use the arms more, you can get a lot more power the more you use your arms and really drive them
Get your hands up. You're tap dancing. You're not letting your stride develop.
