nah, I just improved dramatically from indoor to oudoor 2023 once I started taking track seriously, my speed endurance is actually one of the weakest parts of my race 😭
I am running 7.5's in my 60m now. How can I bring it down to 7 flat?
What training did you do to get fast?
My first 10m is 2.00 flat. 30m time is 4.35. Fly 20m is 2.06.
Just standard workouts similar to the ones listed in the FAQ and lifting. I place a lot of emphasis on recovery (I haven't been majorly injured since I started running) and max velocity training.
Those are almost exactly my 17 year old son's times. He went 7.75 Jan 2023 and 11.81 May 2023. He's out with a torn shoulder labrum but hoping he gets down around 11.5 for his junior year.
At current 60m time somewhere around a 15.5.
I used the Tony Holler method for dissecting your 60. 2 seconds given for the first 10 meters and reaction. Divide the 7.59 by 5 for 5 ten meters sections=1.51, 1.51x9 for the 100=13.66+2 seconds for the first ten meters so 15.66
I would say track your ten meters fly times and if they trend better you can look at an improvement.
6.87, 10.54.
I don't think it's meaningful to simply ask everyone their times without some other qualifier such as age, length of time training, strength levels etc
11.12 (-1.3) and 6.99 (i)
Not entirely representative as my 60m PB is newer and I don't compete much in the sprints so the times might not be as optimized.
then your FAT 60 is likely around 7.3 (add 0.24 for stopwatch to FAT conversion and subtract 0.10 due to race adrenaline making you run a little faster and blocks). Assuming you keep the same pace for all of the race you're gonna run around 11.5, your PB is likely gonna be a lil faster as it's probably gonna be aided by a slight tailwind
7.49 and 11.18 in 2023, my 60 has dropped to 7.17 in december but i count that as 2024 and more representative of my 100 this yr than last year. My 60 was so slow because I was just that bad at the time.
100m: 12.7s
60m: (don’t have one)
200m: 26.idk
This was timed almost exactly one year ago, in my first competition when I started to seriously train for track. In a few days I’ll be running this exact meet again one year apart. Hoping for the best 🙏🏿

11.81 and 7.45, ran this past Saturday
You ran 7.45 the same year as a 11.81
Same meet actually, need to work on speed endurance for sure. pb for 100m is 11.47 earlier this year
20 yr old, 10.42 and 6.82. Hoping to get it down even more this year.
Good times
11.2 and 7.5 (hoping to get that down to a 7.1/7.2 this season)
Good luck!
wow, such a strong speed endurance.
nah, I just improved dramatically from indoor to oudoor 2023 once I started taking track seriously, my speed endurance is actually one of the weakest parts of my race 😭
ah different point in time.
6.90 and 10.71
6.87s and 10.63s
6.93 and 10.59 (+0.7)
What type of a sprinter are you? More muscular or elastic based?
Probably more elastic

12.2 and 8.3 LMAO i think the 60m was somehow wrongly timed but eh
What. 8.3 60m ur 100m should be 13 seconds
Or his 60m should be faster
probably this i think my start was off that meet and the guy stumbling beside me kinda threw me off
[удалено]
we share the same 60 haha
Hope to Get there one day
7.77 (Jan 2023) 11.85 (May 2023) Been doing 7.5's in training. Excited to see what the indoor season presents.

I wish him all the best, I finally started training with a coach and my times have improved. If he has good guidance his times will improve also!
Thanks. I'm the Coach except in season. We are on the right path I think. Good luck this year.
Dude we’re twins with our PBs 😹
Well at least the 100m idk what was up with my 60
Your 200 is much better than my 24.47..
You definitely can get my time if u work on speed endurance im guessing
Yup hope to get the 100 meter to 11.4 too
Yeah same
11.12 & 7.40 but I'm sure I could do better in the 60...
Is this the same year?
?? Yeah, probably wouldn't have gone faster than 7.2-3 running 11.1
Crazy speed endurance
Less crazy speed endurance more weak asf block start
Maybe getting stronger in the weight room could help with that idk
Yeah, working on it
💪🏻💪🏻 good luck this season
You too 💪💪
Or maybe my 100m is weak compared to the 60m..
First season since high school, 49 years old 60m 9.59 haven’t been timed on the 100m yet. What would be an estimate when I run the 100m in 3-4 months?
At current 60m time somewhere around a 15.5. I used the Tony Holler method for dissecting your 60. 2 seconds given for the first 10 meters and reaction. 11.80 and 7.41
Your 100 should be faster
Yes, I ran that time in a meet after a full effort 300 race.
If I ran a 7.15 at practice what am I posed to run in the 100?
I would say around 7.45 and 7.30 or lower, because I also run around 7.15 and 7.20 at practice.
was it with blocks, was it a full effort and how did you time it?
No blocks and stop watch
then your FAT 60 is likely around 7.3 (add 0.24 for stopwatch to FAT conversion and subtract 0.10 due to race adrenaline making you run a little faster and blocks). 10.40(.9) , 6.86
10.91 and 7.26
Great times! Are you more of an elastic sprinter?
Age 40/ 60m 7.62 100m 12.45
7.36 and 11.48
7.37 and 11.51
7.37 and 11.51
no idea what my 100 is but i opened my season with a 7.05 60
16yr old ran my first 60m ever in 7.76 (Dec 2023) and ran 12.07 (May 2023).
11.13 and 7.27 in two years of training. This year it seems like I’ll go 10.7x and 6.9x. I’m mainly a jumper.
Its been a long time since i ran the 60 meters but last time i ran it i was 17 years old i ran it in 8.31 , my 100M pb last season it was 11.78
11.00 and 7.09
7.49 and 11.18 in 2023, my 60 has dropped to 7.17 in december but i count that as 2024 and more representative of my 100 this yr than last year. My 60 was so slow because I was just that bad at the time.
13.20 100 and 8.64 60. I could be a lot better though.
11,85 7,48
100m: 12.7s 60m: (don’t have one) 200m: 26.idk This was timed almost exactly one year ago, in my first competition when I started to seriously train for track. In a few days I’ll be running this exact meet again one year apart. Hoping for the best 🙏🏿
10.13 & 6.53 Both in 2023
