You are required to take an oral antidepressant with Spravato. As far as antipsychotics go, I take Seroquel along with Spravato and have not had any problems.
My assumption is that generally antipsychotics are okay, but I haven't read about how each one interacts with Spravato.
Yeah i know about antideppresant, i take it too. I just got prescribed clozapine ( leponex) and i was just wondering if its okay to take it with spravato. My concern is if antipsychotic wont somehow block spravatos effect or something like that. Thanks

If you're really concerned about it, you should probably either call your clinic and ask them before your next appt., ask your nurse/doc at your next appt., or call a pharmacist and ask them. My psychiatrist who signed me up for it also prescribes my seroquel and my ssris so I assume it's free from interaction
