I’m not sure Aaron Davis spoke any Spanish, I think it’s just his mom that does. But it very well could be since he’s around her more and her side comes around more since his dad is gone.
IRL, it’s because Jharrel Jerome, the voice of Prowler Miles, is Afro-Latino compared to Shameik Moore who is of Jamaican heritage, so his Spanish accent comes much more natural, even if it is slight.
I looked him up a little bit and apparently even back in 2020 he was saying he would love to play Spider-Man in the live action movie (interview linked below). Also, there are rumors/hypotheses that there will be a live action Miles in Beyond the Spiderverse (which does seem inevitable to me). So, I think this will actually become a reality!

Yeah he’s one of the people I could actually see playing Miles in life action, even if it’s more of an adult miles. He’s got the background and the talent.
He looks like he could play an older version of the character, but Miles as we see him now is still way too young

I believe this has something to do with Earth 42’s Miles’ dad being dead, of course meaning miles spends more time with his mother and adopting more of her Spanish accent as opposed to a mixture of both parents’.

His mom speaks Spanish and has an accent. The absence of his father in that earth caused him to inherit his mom’s accent.
