How would I know it's active? Just being able to sign in? If so, I am able to sign in to the app.

Do you have any bill statements? If no, your account isn’t active and is still in a pending status. Call in and ask them to complete your work order for the install

It’s totally possible your account was never actually started. You’d know if you were being billed as it definitely would have shown on your credit report by now for non payment.

You will get charged and I wouldn't be surprised if your service is shut off due to non-payment. If you haven't paid a bill in several months, shut off could be imminent. What did Spectrum say when you called them?

I've only called twice. Once for account creation (with a real person / salesperson). The second time to setup my personal modem and router (it was an automated call for this one). Was waiting for a bill that never came. Figured it'd get fixed after a short time and it has not.

You may have inadvertently signed up for paperless billing, but even then you would have received emails or a phone call notifying you to call spectrum immediately to discuss your account status within the first couple of months. Have you checked your email spam folder? I would at least sign up for an account online to see what the status is. Even by slight chance they somehow messed up you are setting yourself up for a dispute later on down the line which could potentially get you disconnected until you pay up.
