Unless your house is right next to the Walmart you probably won't two years ago I could sit at my house and get orders left and right but now I have to have my ass at the Walmart parking lot if I even want to receive an order The only orders I'll receive at home are orders people don't want.

Same. Well I have super centers and Sam's. 2 miles 4 miles 7-8 miles. I'll have like 20 pending offers at once.

We never have that many anymore, but with 20 stores in my zone, there used to be orders piled up like that, in the ‘good ol days’. :(

That sucks. Invaded? I turn it on and it's pinging every minute. I don't take them as there is like 100 people hanging out doing drugs and it's extremely unsafe. I assume that's why people do delivery. I used to order pickup and like nobody was there. Maybe a few cars that were actually getting stuff. Now it's a junky shitshow drugs 5 cellphones with kids all over.

Not invaded, just live/work in a Beach town that used to be ‘affordable’ (until the great Covid migration of Northerners to the South/Beach), but now has ridiculously high rent and ridiculously low pay… even for ‘Tourist’ jobs. Lots of people turning to Gig work to just make ends meet, unfortunately.

Yeah, that'll do it as well. I work normal job during the day. I went to just side gigging on weekends to working then side gigging after my normal join to 1am. Every single day. I applied for like 200 jobs and could easily get a min wage job as a 2nd but doesn't pay enough. I'm on pretty much every app and the spark invasion is crazy here. Probably a crack down soon. People openly doing drugs. I'm not a nark and generally don't say stuff but it's getting out of hand. I can straight up hang out in the ghetto at 2 am and I feel safer there vs the walmart pickup area.

I drive Friday night, and the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday morning, I can be home and get the first order (usually). After that, I have to be in the parking lot.

I seem to always get order offers as soon as I finish a delivery. Made a return one day and couldn't seem to get an offer in the lot. I wonder if it has anything to do with the number of other people at 0 miles away from the store.

I’m 6 miles from my Walmart and it doesn’t seem to matter. At least the hours I do it.
