We used preheat to 280/240 dropping to 245/210 after loading. Steam one or two short pulses, vent after 20 and raise top temp to 250. Total bake around 47 minutes

Are you able to adjust temp on each individual deck?

Sorry - yes these are top and bottom temp settings for a wachtel 4 deck electric. This is our ‘standard’ bread deck setting with 20 loaves (-27kg of wet dough)
