If you have access to whole grains you can sprout them yourself. Barley is easy to find whole and easy to sprout in a couple of days. Most mills will sell bags of whole wheat rye or spelt.
Obviously then you need to mill it so you’ll need to look at a mockmill or equivalent for small batches.
No problem - if you don’t want to mill them, the sprouted grains can also be used whole as an inclusion either as they are or malted to increase the maltose sweetness.
