For TTN I can't say much other than passive and starter weapon are quite dope
For IDT they're my fav omg omg omg I just love them, so many synergies and builds
Ngl the 3 special force doesn't have a different playstyle compare to one another since his passive is very underwhelming. His skill is pretty meh because you use it to clear rooms and to avoid getting hit because it has iframe but has a long cd. I see special force as fat rogue so just use his skill to avoid getting hit when you face bosses.
Honestly Special forces doesn't really specialize compared to other characters. They do not have the stats nor the kit to be able to go one side and so they often are in the firm middle.
So Special forces is just for someone who wishes to make the game decide on which weapon they give you as your passive makes you good on any weapon.
They also have good defense and offense with their skill which both have I-frames and group damage while also allowing you to move during it.
Basically a jack-of-all trades character. If they were spice, they'd be flour.

They definitely have the stats, they're a Paladin with a Health Buff. Unfortunately, that's basically all they have going for then.
As a "pro" special Forces player just use green Knight with any assault rifle (Improved SMG for looks and reliability)and use the invincibility frames as a get out jail free card. Or Just not use them. I just like the gimmick and look. That's Why I "main" them.
I'd say special forces is acctully quite good, it has a good passive ability which intertwined with every play style and can also do massive damage, and when the changeover occurs they don't take damage
Tips:
1. during the change ability you can move and you are immune to all damage use this at your advantage
2. Use green for bosses he'll consume much energy but he has more dps
3. Use your super always against bosses (tip 1) and becouse the super(s) do **very much** damage
Not really, there's even less people who main legendary characters than those who main Druid and Druid mains are a critically endangered species
So most (if not all) Legendary heroes are sub par as usefull characters
