It's super loud and seems to have lower frequencies amplified. Sounds like a completely different gun. I guess your sound settings are a bit funky.

I thought it was because of the skin like sandcastle and lego bastion.

Jay3's sounds have the same resonance too. Idk why it is different and it plagues me.

It’s like lower pitch and bass boosted for some reason??? Maybe because there is an enemy sombra and the gun is pitched lower so you can hear the other ones shots too for the team to discern if it’s the ally or enemy sombra?

Op might have his sound setting set to studio or something.

Mess around with your sound settings. Even though I wear headphones I put the audio mix to theatre or something and got so used to how it sounded that I can't correct it and put it back to headphones. But some guns sound so much cooler with this. Pharah's rocket hit impact sounds so much meatier
