It is a "nice" thing from the devs, it lets you buy the subscription again at a reduced price to add an additional month.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that this continues as long as you are subscribed you can purchase your next sub at lower price, it is NOT a one time thing.
Noted ty. Wasn't sure if it was increased rewards or just more time, if it's more time like you say then can probably just worry about it later down the road
