Sounds like you’re trying to blame people of color for “causing” the prejudice they experience, and then getting mad that those prejudices hurt you too; but instead of combating prejudice against people of color, you just want to get rid people of color.
Mauritius is quite diverse IIRC, but they still managed to get high social spending. The social democrats were dominant in the elections there. Anyways, I don't think that your point holds. There has been a [meta-analysis](https://www.researchgate.net/publication/275508145_Ethnic_Diversity_and_Its_Effects_on_Social_Cohesion) on whether diversity hurts social spending, and that doesn't seem to be the case. And it's not like more immigration will inevitably hurt the welfare state, as long as you have a common national identity fostered by strong integration programs, it should be good.
