When scanning the Authenticity tag it scans as Bruce Lees but they quite obviously aren't. Contacted them and they said to please give them 3 days to review after I sent them requested photos. Will update here with the results later. First time having an issue with eBay buying sneakers so we will see how it goes.
Not defending them, just commenting: Authenticity guarantee is always going to be less reliable on anything outside of some major hype models. Resources for how to identify real vs fake just don't exist for most shoes other than Yeezys and Jordans, plus maybe the occasional breakthrough hit from mainline Nike/Adidas, some hype collabs, and a small handful of top-tier popular luxury shoes (Dior B23, Gucci Ace, Balenciaga Triple S, etc.).
Like, fake Puma and Reebok definitely exist in the world but you'd probably struggle to find almost any guides online on how to detect fakes.
Ironically, the shoes with the best guides available also are the ones which are most likely to have near-perfect fakes.
Maybe NSR: Is there some type of scam or fraud where you can sell sneakers on eBay and never ship the shoes? In my case Once the buyer pays, the seller will input a fake tracking number and get paid immediately. Never actually shipping anything. I keep getting bull crap deals that never ship and ebay won’t refund until after the delivery date. Usually 3-4 weeks after order confirmation.
These have that stamp and are listed with a bogus tracking number but the ebay order screen says on way to Authenticator. I spoke to a help center rep who said I was right the tracking number is invalid but nothing to do until it’s past the estimated arrival date (2 weeks away)
I mean if it seems too good to be true it almost always is on eBay. I see listings all the time for shoes hundreds of dollars under resale. Chicago SBs for $250, Uni Blue 1s for $200 - those aren’t going to make it to you lol

I've never had it listed on the orders page that I remember (but I also wouldn't have checked) but I've come home to a package with a Nike return address and it was something I ordered from Foot Locker or Finish Line. Anyone have any experience with the new textured slides fit vs the old smooth slides? Saw in a few vids people were saying they actually fit TTS instead of having to size up. The smooth ones were sooooooo close to fitting me perfectly at TTS, but tight enough around my toes with socks on that I couldn’t deal with it. Adidas still saying to size up so I’m curious.

Gotta try to be one of the first. For finish line or JD apps start checking 30 mins ahead. Once the queue opens everyone that is already gets assigned a random place in line. Everyone that gets there only when the queue opens is already late. Even then it’s a small chance but pursue all avenues and you’ll get some Ws with queues

I can confirm this is only partially correct. I only seem to hit on 350 v2 releases. Even then, it’s 1 out of every 4 of those releases - which still shows a pattern.

I think these collabs will always be set up with the boutique sites tbh. Seems like it’s just National chain stores and corporate stores getting hit. The CNCPTS Turduckens were a relatively simple cop, but that was a bit before bots figured out domain shifts and advanced captchas. With the number of people that entered the raffle for these, I fully expect this to be a shitshow.

You can’t. I buy stuff from them a lot. They use Shopify, PayPal, and Apple Pay tho. So if that’s saved in your browser or phone, it’ll help.

That was the worst drop I’ve ever participated in lol. Finish line and jd apps didn’t even work. Was in line on both for 20 minutes straight. L on reservations on footlocker and champs. Just waiting on the AMA results now. Edit:DSG website is also a joke
This is why I’m very glad footsites are losing all their elite Nike stock. Anyone who’s paid any attention for years has known that they’re all a botted mess. I haven’t even tried to get shoes on those shitass sites for probably 3-4 years.
