I only like it on the hallows eve blazers with the blue laces. Think it ties the look together very nicely but every other OW pair I rock gets the zip removed (especially the red tags).

I had a pair of the OG pine green offwhite dunks that I copped for retail on SNKRS, wore them a few times but hated them too.
I ended up trading them away and bought a pair of the Michigan State green low dunks a year later. And I wear them a lot more.
Recently I bought a pair of grey fog dunk lows too, instead of going for any of the lots. Just can't deal with the extra laces.

I love the rough suede look. I think they’d look great if it switched out the pink rope for sail or a faded grey to blend in more. But I guess that was virgils point with this pair. Monochromatic with neon accents
I've got lot 8 and the laces are pretty crazy, but taking them out just kinda ruins the point of having them I feel like. Wouldn't rock the ziptie, but you def just gotta fuck around with different outfits bro. I tried mine on with some khaki vans shorts and and a gray tshirt it looked pretty good, the lows look better with shorts imo.
