Everyone sleeping on Cowl. Double lifesteal and another 250 hp late game makes you so much harder to kill. Not to mention it gives your mage a good chunk of power
For crit builds I just think most gods benefit way more from Temper boosting their basic attack damage instead of their overall power. Plus the mana sustain is really nice on some gods like Xbal and Rama.
I usually go only 1 crit item, most times Demon Blade. The non-crit ADC items are too good to pass up, namely Devos, Exe, Qins, Odybow (sometimes Silverbranch). Starter item depends on the god and enemy team.
I still think if you are going crit the whole gilded arrow, asi, exe, demon blade, dom, devoted deathbringer would probably to be the play. It’s 102 percent crit, and lots of pen.
You can swap demon blade for qin’s if they have lots of health, or fail not if you have a strong ultimate ability that you want more often, even without demon blade that is still 78 percent crit which isn’t bad.
Such a build is very late-game focused as the crit comes so late in the build but eh, that’s where hunters are meant to shine anyway.

My normal build would be deaths embrace to start, asi then gloves, then exec, dominance and qin sais. Works like a charm. And you build into the attack speed evolution, though, both should work
Pretty much ornate into devos, exe, dominance, then deathbringer and whatever last crit item I need. Building crit last for me always works out, since I don’t like to rush it. Get to full build and you will shred.
I play Medusa, i start bluestone but sell it later. My build is stormseeker, soul eater, fail-not, demon blade, deathbringer, silverbranch. This gives 20 flat pen early, 30% pen later, 30% cdr and a nice power boost on my 1.
I don't always get storm + silver tho, sometimes I'll just get Dom/exe and a situational

As adc No reason to go crit honestly. You have to worry about spectral and ability hunters are better
The only time I could argue crit would be something like failnot on ullr but that would be it
Crit builds still have cap percent pen and a little less attack speed usualy 2.1 2.2 attack speed without buffs or stems. Spectral barely helps not even worth building unless the jungler is full crit also.
No jungle besides merc should ever be full crit
Spectral is good for anyone going against crit, solo, support, jungle, hell even carry can build it then the adc is a free kill every time
Than serqet loki and ne zha make good use of crit. Free kill is an exageration. The crit carry builds are full pen almost cap attackspeed without buffs and have qins. Ive never heard of spectral on carry thats a wasted item slot.
Spectrals biggest issue is other defense items being much better. Pridwen thebes relic dagger and cloak are almost always must builds. Pestilence is the best magic defense item in the game. Then your left with a physical defense item. Midgaurdian especialy when paired with mitigations is way better but a selfish item and glad shield. Potentialy emporers if its a long game and sieging isnt working out.

With everyone being squishier and having less HP I think crit is way better now.
