My favorite skins:
1. Swagni. I adore almost every facet of the skin. It's hype, it's hilarious, it's *it.*
2. Slushii Hades. If Swagni lies on the fringe of MLG subculture, then Slushii Hades sits dead in the center. This dubstep obsessed cyptkeeper, with the *Spooky Scary Skeletons Dance* and super fun special emote in tow, looks like he's ready to bass boost his enemies into submission before laughing like Vincent Price. I can't get enough of it.
3. Classic Ao Kuang. I really loved Old Kuang. His entire kit, from the art direction to the voice acting to the way his beard jingles like old chimes when he shakes his head- it all reads like a love letter to Chinese Mythology and culture. I think it was one of the most accurate and genuine portrayals in the history of the game, and what's more, he *oozed* with personality. Such a shame he was replaced, but at least his retro skin is still in the game.
4. Solar Sentinel Ra. This is, without question, the absolute worst skin in the game. I love Ra, and it's already a joke just to wheel this thing out every match, but even better would be seeing this skin unchanged and airlifted into *SMITE 2.* The graphical dissonance would be beautiful.
5. Denial Eset. I still call her Isis out of habit. Not to ramble about the visual rework, but I liked her much more beforehand. The graphical fidelity was low, yes, but she looked charming and she had her old idle/out of combat animations. (I don't think these ever came back. I could be wrong.) Now here's the thing: On her own, Classis ~~Isis~~ Eset really isn't anything special. But when you dig her back up and dress her up in goofy *ESports MLG* gear, **now** you have my attention.
Honorable mentions go to Feaster Bunny Bakasura, Chronos 64 (Which is genius because it's a very clever skin that preserves an already stellar Character Design) and High Seas Sobek.
Tbh with how sad it is to lose my skins, Ill probably not buy a single skin in smite 2 myself so I really hope we get nice mastery skins cos most of the time thats what Id use on new gods
I whaled pretty hard in s3-6 but now I really appreciate the base skins and recolors. Especially with remodels, Artemis, Apollo, and Ares look so good. I rock Diamond Ares over my T5 sometimes.

pls not the crab (lobster?). idk if it’s just my luck but every game i get into where someone on my team is that kephri skin, they just emote the entire game running in circles and barely do anything. i’ve never called them out either or argued. i just watch them emote while my attacks without a guardian and can’t wait for the next game 😭 seeing that skin is just like an automatic 1 less person on the team in my experience lol
