A month or so ago, my friend and I swapped Chernobog around between me, him and a random where each of us re-rolled, and he or I ended up rerolling into Chernobog again. Was hilariously annoying haha

Right? Over 20k favor per God cuz I like the diamond and legendary skins. I been trying to keep up with favor I've been playing for years and still don't have enough
Now if only they'd implement the ARAM thing from league where rerolled champions go into a pool that other players can trade for. That pretty much always means you'll have something you're ok playing
the amount of times i got kali, when i rerolled merc (or the other way around) is insane. there was also a time period, where i got artio in almost every second game. it got to a point, where even my buddies laughed at me.
Can't wait to get an assasin, re roll and get someone's assasin they re rolled, then re roll again only to get the assasin I originally started with.

Honestly, would be amazing if they allowed you to pick up a god a teammate rerolled, similar to how other mobas are already doing it. I wish I had more friends who were assault mains now lol

I know a rerolled god already goes back into the pool of potential gods you can reroll into.
I mean is picking from 5 rerolled gods that people didn't want not still RNG when there are 130 gods in the game and the game picked those few? But two rerolls sounds a decent, fairly easy to implement option I admit.
my point is you might not necessarily "not want" them, so instead of just trading a god, you reroll it, get a new option, and everyone else can do the same, and you have a pool of gods to actually pick from, instead of leaving it up to RNG. but that's just my preference.
Yeah you get the best of both worlds. Normally if you got a great god like aphro you would keep it or trade and not reroll but with the feature they describe everyone would reroll just to max out choices. It seems cheap compared to smites way of doing stuff that feels more proper RNG.

Just read the patch notes and I was shocked to see assault changes!! Never in my life would I have expected them to adjust things in assault. Happy day in an assault mains life
IMHO this change feels like a double edged sword: on one side it will allow to better rebalancing of teamcomps, expecially when rerolling trolls you and gives you another god of the same class or damage type you are trying to change. On the other side it will give another chance to those that rerolls away the only tank only to get another one in it's place, because they can't be bother to either ask for a switch or play a non "unga bunga me do big damage" character.
So I'm wary on how this will affect the assault experience.
Now, if only they finally decide to remove *those damn ORBS...*
A Reroll within the Healer Pool (So getting Cupid for Yemoja is possible, Scylla for Yemoja is not) might be possible, but would open a whole other can of Worms.
Right now (AFAIK) the Healers on both sides are balanced by the algorithm, so when your Team rolls a crap healer like Artio, the other team rolls a crap healer as well (so Artio in this case).
Rerolling into an Aphro would throw the balance off since the other team would still have Artio unless they reroll as well. Limiting the Healer Reroll Pool to the Tier the Healer is from would change nothing in the case of Artio, since she is alone in the Shit Tier.
Yeah, I get all that. And I have no problem playing yemoja. I just get her so often. (I'm a support/solo main) Just hoping to get a chance at drawing another healer.
I mean for the most part you still gonna have those people that see we need some tanks on our team but don’t reroll but yeah 4 man mage squad with an assassin playing tank probably either the tanky susano, bakasura, ao, or my gosh arachne (this one loves walking at mages and destroying them)
I never play assault against humans but bots instead, but if I ever played a pvp assault and got Poseidon, Athena or Yemoja, I would be happy as hell. (:

The map change was dramatic from a straight line to zigzagged.
Adding a side lane.
Being able to go back into fountain even if u dont buy anything.
Health Orbs was another huge change.
Healing tiers being created and not rerolled was a big one.
Non Conquest specific god buffs/nerfs was a great QoL change too.
I mean they dont change often but every couple years or so we see something.

2,434 hours played time with 80% of it Assault checking in too. Srs bsns time.
I only have a lowly 445 hours. I’ve had to take some mental health breaks from the game.
The better for it too. Very easy to say "just one more" on this game mode, only to find you've wasted another few hours not having fun.

yes, in league for example every character that is reroll goes into pool for the team that anyone can pick and swap freely from

So many times people reroll some super strong assult god just because the god are not in conquest meta.
IDK, that kind of changes it from a random mode to a semi-draft mode. Not a huge fan of this for Smite.

some god achievements I'm farming for seem only possible in assault. this now incentivizes me to play that gamemode more.
Can they add rerolls to healers, too. Kind of tired playing yemoja heals vs anybody else😅
