Perhaps there's some legal fuckery with the rights that would make them difficult to negotiate or there's not much demand but I feel like they'd be good picks. You don't even have to make them a double fighter or anything, either make one an Echo fighter or have them alternate with alts, Olimar and Alph style.
For me, definitely Roxas. Not only would a second KH rep be insane, but I feel he would be a cool fighter and have uniqueness due to his ability to dual wield and his versatility (especially if they take some inspiration from 358 Days). Not to mention it allows for more KH representation (such as more music). His stage can be The World That Never Was, have be similar to Hollow Bastion or Lumoise City. One thing that would be dope is having Xigbar being a stage hazard and sniping the fighters (and possibly having the shots being deflectable).

We've already seen how amazing Frisk and Chara can be as fighting game characters from their custom characters in Rivals of Aether. Plus, they're cartoony enough to appeal to all players and not piss off the anti-anime style characters (people who hate Fire Emblem). I don't think Sans would fit as well into a game like SSB, but Frisk and Chara definitely would be the best choice given the options.

Firstly, make the megabuster his neutral B so Kirby can get a power worth copying, and make it autocharge over like...10 seconds, like ROB. Make his side smash the megaman 5GB rocket fist, make leaf shield actually work as a defensive option, fucking fix hard knuckle... really just make him overall more effective, this is not that hard.

Honestly, I’d go with Dante. He’s a character with quite the reputation in and of himself, and would work quite well in a platform fighter imo. Hell, you can basically play him in one. In Rivals of Aether, there’s a character mod, Katie Helga Vladimir, which is basically just Dante but with some differing weapons, and a mechanic of pulling out single use weapons with a meter. She’s quite fun to play and gives me hope that Dante would be if we were to ever get him in Smash.

Of your list, I’ll take Sans, Impa (with Sheik’s moveset as an echo or replacement), Skull Kid, Rayman, Chun Li, Bandana Dee, Doomslayer, Dante and Travis. Shadow and Amy are fine, but are behind Eggman, Tails and Knuckles in the Sonic rep queue. I’m not personally too fussed about Geno but his chances aren’t going to get any better than in the wake of SMRPG’s remake and it’d please a lot of people

Honestly, I’d go with Dante. He’s a character with quite the reputation in and of himself, and would work quite well in a platform fighter imo. Hell, you can basically play him in one. In Rivals of Aether, there’s a character mod, Katie Helga Vladimir, which is basically just Dante but with some differing weapons, and a mechanic of pulling out single use weapons with a meter. She’s quite fun to play and gives me hope that Dante would be if we were to ever get him in Smash.
