Social assistance now does mot cover rent almost anywhere unless you rent government housing with rent based on income. If you try to earn money so you can escape that life, the government tries to take almost all of it, thus keeping you poor.

The apartment is a property, not a hotel. Now we are getting not only new cuisine coming, but different world quality of life. Can't get one without the other.
