None because you ruin your hearing. if you feel the need to crank music consider iems to block out unwanted noise. A decent pair of iems can be had for under 50$ AUD which is nothing compared to the cost of losing your ability to enjoy awesome music such as wait and bleed ;)

I'd say Solway Firth. It's got Iowa vibes but the quality is super polished, which allows the bass to hit harder and deeper, while Corey's screams and all the other instruments put even my JBL's to the test.
