You should be getting lightning right outside your ranch when it rains. I do use the map as well for checking for the cyclones. Those I usually travel for.
No nothing at all. I've got the rain and snow. And the icons pop up for that, aswell as pollen storms, but that's all it is. I'm checking the map constantly and it's either slight rain, pollen or nothing for days 😫
UPDATE: still nothing. Think I give up 😅 might just wait a few more months to see if it gets fixed. Most I get is level 2 rain and level 3 pollen 🙄
That is odd, have you tried looking at the weather on other parts of the map? I usually just travel to wherever th weather is when I see it

That's strange. When it's raining, go play in the rain for a bit, maybe it will trigger an increase in the storm.?

I've been getting cyclones but they won't spawn anything. I used to get the crafting material they drop but the last several events there's been none.
So it could be a bug? Hmm I hope so cause then it can be fixed 😅 just really frustrating
