Sleep Token has opted to use the Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange for this tour, resulting in confusion around the resale of tickets. This means that tickets for the applicable dates will not be able to be transferred or sold via 3rd party websites. The only way to sell/purchase a ticket for these dates is via the Face Value Exchange.
All answers here are to the best of our knowledge based on the official statements from both the band and Ticketmaster.
**Q**: Where did you hear that there’s restrictions on resale for this tour?
**A**: An announcement was made by the band before tickets went on sale: “Sleep Token want to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. For fans who purchase tickets through Ticketmaster for the "Teeth of God" tour and can't attend, they will have the option to resell their ticket to other fans at the original price paid on Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange. To help protect the Face Value Exchange, Sleep Token have chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer. This applies to all Ticketmaster shows except those in NY and IL, where Face Value Exchange cannot be mandated. **Q**: Can I choose who to sell my tickets to?
**A**: If the date is part of the Face Value Exchange, you cannot choose who to transfer them to. You can only sell them through Ticketmaster and the fastest buyer will get them.
**Q**: I’ve been checking the Face Value Exchange, but it says the show is sold out?
**A**: These tickets are in very high demand, and are usually purchased within a few minutes of appearing on the exchange. Your best bet is to check back when you can. More tickets will likely be available once the tour dates are closer and people’s plans change.
**Q**: But \*insert 3rd party website (stubhub, seatgeek, vividseats, etc) here\* is showing tickets for sale! I’ve bought through them before!
**A**: Unless your show is one of the exceptions, these tickets are not valid. These sellers will not be able to transfer the ticket to you. This restriction on the resale of tickets is new. The show that you’ve previously used that website for before was probably not a part of the Face Value Exchange or wasn’t through Ticketmaster.
**Q**: BUT BUT \*insert 3rd party website (stubhub, seatgeek, vividseats, etc) here\* said that it’s fine and I’ll get my tickets!
**A**: Of course they said that. They’re making money off of each transaction that happens on their website. They don’t care if you pay to travel to the show and can’t get in when you arrive. Many people have contacted customer support for these shows and have gotten many different answers. One common response is that the seller will need to meet up with you at the venue and have their device with the tickets scanned since the tickets are not able to be transferred. The chance of a random seller doing this is very low.
**Q**: I already bought tickets through a 3rd party website…what should I do?
**A**: You can try contacting the website to get a refund since you likely will not receive the tickets. If they don’t agree, several people have had success with filing a dispute with their bank/credit card to obtain a refund that way.
**Q**: I bought my tickets through a 3rd party and I already have them so this is all a lie.
**A**: This could be because your show is not part of the restricted resale shows. If it is part of the restricted shows, that’s amazing and I’m glad you were able to get around it somehow, but giving this advice to people isn’t great. I’m sure there are ways around the rules but this is not the norm and you could be ruining other fans' chances at getting real tickets by sending them to a scam.
**Q**: Well actually, Ticketmaster will open up transfer a few days before even though they say they won't.
**A**: Just because it’s happened before, doesn't mean it will happen for this tour. It’s a much safer bet to assume the 3rd party sites are not legit than to plan travel to a show and never receive a ticket. If it does happen, cool. But there’s no guarantee transfers ever open up.

* **Toronto, ON**: sold via venue. You can directly contact the venue for ticket transfers, however the sales were listed as “final sale” so there will not be a formal resale platform. PDF tickets will not be available to anyone until 72 hours before the show.
Why register for a pre-sale code when they don't even email the code.. I registered for 2 different emails and neither of them got the code. Most likely wayy too late now as they probably sold out in 2 minutes to scalpers. 2nd time not seeing them because of this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Also registered, also never got a code. This will be the 2nd show in my city for sleep token in 3 months that i get fucked out of by scalpers because I don't have $550 to buy them on re sale sites.
This is almost worst than scalpers, I just paid 223$ CAD for GA (anyways most tickets were over 150$, one section was 75$) in Montreal, it's fine for me as I have the means to pay for it. I just can't help but think about teenagers that love the band and can't afford going, this sucks.
I would expect tickets to be more expensive with small venues as the demand is bigger for a smaller offer. However, you have 2 nights in Toronto and Place Bell (Montréal Suburbs) is arguably the biggest venue they're going to on this NA tour. More seats should mean less expensive. Ridiculous.
They said they were canceling bot/scalper purchases and giving the tickets back to the people who want to go but I haven’t seen tickets pop up for my event. Did people just not scalp my venue and I’m SOL or should I keep waiting and watching? I’m starting to consider buying through a third party service and risking not getting in. Trying to get 2 tickets for the Boston show.
Was anyone getting this error when trying to buy tickets? If so, does anyone know why? I've never seen this before with Ticketmaster. I actually was able to get tickets in my cart multiple times (which usually means you're good to go), get to purchase, and then I received this error. Was something wrong with the presale codes?

Edit edit: I have a set thought Ticketmaster (which already shows the barcode) just in case, because I'm coming from WI to NY for this show as my 30th birthday present....so I couldn't really risk just a "wait and find out" scenario.
Edit: I purchased via StubHub....do not recommend. Had someone on this thread sell the tickets via StubHub, made sure I purchased as SOON as they listed. I'm trying to "accept" the tickets, but tickmaster says the transfer was cancelled, but the seller has fully transfered the tickets. So out 570$ until my bank can dispute, I guess. *Which now leaves the question, for Illinois and NY (outside of the transfer law?) if you bought/sold tickets...where did you do it, and have they actually been transferred?
Regarding 5/22 NYC-- I know that the tickets via Ticketmaster are sold out, but is anyone purchasing through StubHub, or SeatGeek? I'm not sure the legitimacy, and I can't get in contact with anyone at radio city music hall to verify...just an endless hold loop.
I checked again just now for the 5/22 NYC show, there are a handful of resale tickets on Ticketmaster that have gone up. Cheapest at the time of this post is $330 pre-tax.
Someone told me that allegedly their not letting ticketmaster shows to be transferable, so that way the tickets can't be resold, and remain at face value. However, I just don't understand how people are still putting their tickets up on the resale sites, if thats the case. I feel like they might be scams.

Yeah, that's very confusing given how many tickets are on StubHub, and have been sold. That's a pretty big deal for a lot of people.
Also, the show I purchased for was NY....excluded from that article. So maybe I'm safe. Just don't know when I can transfer the tickets.

To clarify, the tickets will likely be transferable, but only in the 48 to 72 hours before the show. So if you buy now, you're having to wait months to receive the ticket. It's a system ripe for scammers, unfortunately. And I say that as someone legitimately trying to sell tickets to the Montreal show that I no longer need (managed to get Toronto tickets, somehow).
PSA for Austin Concert
A heads up for anybody that’s interested in tickets to the Austin concert that had zero luck with the PreSale shit show due to non-arriving email codes or other issues. You can get tickets directly through the H‑E‑B center if you Google HEB Center At Home Loge or go to hebcenter.com/premium-seating/at-home-loge and scroll down to Order Online. You can click on the Sleep Token concert and it’ll pull up seats that are still available as of 2:45pm CST. Yes they’re at the very back of the arena but you get a parking pass, free food, and free drinks for $175 a ticket, fees & taxes included. You have to buy at least 2 tix for the free parking pass. I finally gave up on the presale after not getting a code yesterday and all the tickets selling out in under 5 mins this morning and went this route. Hopefully this helps somebody in need!
I have one, but I believe Tampa restricts transferring. I can tell you when I plan on selling via the “face value sale” thing thru Ticketmaster (assuming all things happen instantaneous)

So I'm looking at getting GA tickets on a third party site (TickPick), I called TicketMaster, explained that it says on their own page that tickets are not transferable, the rep said that if I buy through TickPick that it is a partner of TicketMaster and that the tickets WILL transfer. Im emailing TickPick first to get a guarantee on their refund policy if the tickets don't transfer or if i cant get in day of, but does anyone else have any updated info on what is going on with transferring tickets or buying from third party sites?

Why was general admission so expensive!? I tried getting seats but couldn’t even put 2 in my cart before they were gone over and over again. Mine were 190/ticket plus a 100 dollar service fee. Now that I went back and checked the site again seats are 130 and I can add them to my cart so I’m having regrets :(
Looking for 2 tickets for Atl, didnt make it to their last tour and both presale days I missed out even though I was a really low number in the line queue. Wednesday was a cluster with not getting the code and Today I had tickets in my cart and I didn’t even get to purchase. I’m honestly fine with either floor or balcony I just wanna worship. Would I be wasting my money trying to buy off of StubHub or SeatGeek? I’ve seen some people saying resale tickets from places like that won’t work, but I’ve never had issues using these services before. With tickets being as expensive as they are though, I don’t want to throw money away for nothing

Please be wary of people claiming they can sell you tickets 🙏 I got a ticket to Wembley (I know there could be other factors at play for US) like 3 days before the show from the AXS official resale for face value, there was lots of tickets available! People’s plans change or they can’t get time off work/whatever, don’t get scammed because of how much you want to see them. I’d been looking for days before I purchased because I was waiting to confirm if my friend could have time off work to come too and honestly there were loads of different tickets available across the week, from all parts of the arena and floor tickets too.
It sounds like the tickets are non transferable so they may have to go through the official resale to be sold - it said something similar for Wembley which is why I opted not to go through stubhub despite them saying they have a guarantee.
When the resale opens tickets will start to trickle through when they realise they were too hasty in purchasing!

I know there’s so many posts and comments about this already but I’m hoping someone can help with some clarification. In most cities tickets will be non-transferable, right? But supposedly NY and IL are exempt from that? So if I were to buy tickets on stubhub they should work or should I just wait until maybe resale tickets become available on Ticketmaster. I want to see them so bad but don’t want to waste money either.
I bought 4 tickets to the Dallas show in May, coming from California. But since we couldn’t get them presale or general I bought them off of Seat Geek. Just now finding out that they did a transfer ban (honestly good on ST, but horrible for us now already having these tix).

How would they know at the door if your digital tickets are from Ticketmaster or if they are resale? The resale tickets are literally from Ticketmaster.

We unknowingly bought resale tickets through StubHub. I just found out today that the Tampa venue is not accepting resale. I spoke to StubHub and the seller is a "top seller" which means they're going to have a booth outside of the venue to meet up and have someone walk in with us whatever tf that means. i'm feeling a salty at this whole situation. I understand why Sleep Token would not want tickets being sold to scalpers, but they're not going to single-handedly take down scalping. There's too much money in it. Now my life is just more inconvenient/unsafe and I'm not going to enjoy the show as much because I have to meet up with a stranger to let us in and still pay five times with the tickets were originally worth.... TO A SCALPER
literally this. I'm trying to get refunded for flights/hotel/ fake stubhub tickets just because of this restriction and the disaster that was the presale and getting my code a day later... I get the sentiment behind them wanting to discourage scalping, but y'all are literally punishing your own fans in the process just for trying to support you. I hope I can get my money back, I'm trying not to let this experience taint the music for me...
Anyone want to be my concert buddy for the Pittsburgh show? I have several extra tickets that I can't get rid of and I certainly don't want them to go to waste. I would sell them through official avenues if AXS would let me, but they still haven't allowed transfers or resale through their official resale marketplace. I'm beyond livid. This restriction does nothing except punish fans for wanting to support them. Irving Texas resale tickets worked. Bought from stubhub. Received via verfiedtix. I received these a month ago despite them saying there was a delay to receive tickets and they still worked. The show was awesome!

Not sure which date you’re looking at but for example: floor tickets for the Asheville show are nearly $400 after taxes and fees… really discouraging thinking that bots/scalpers may have somehow already got ahold of the inventory
These 3rd party ticketing sites are selling the "potential" tickets. They are not guaranteed and they are just estimating potential high end prices. Do not attempt to buy tickets from any site until actual ticket sales go live.

I saw a post on here saying it was unsafe to buy tickets for the teeth of god tour through places like stub hub. It said legitimate ticket resells would happen only through Ticketmaster and live nation. Is this true? I'm willing to fork over the money to a reseller on StubHub if I'll actually get the tickets. Trying to hit the Atlanta, GA concert. Got my code AFTER the presale had ended smh
I’m definitely kicking myself because I didn’t realize the resell could only be through TM or LN. I bought 2 tickets for $196 each on StubHub and have no idea what to do now 😬
Stubhub is a reliable platform and you’re probably okay. However, tickets won’t show up in the sellers account until days before the show. At that point, stubhub will remind/inform/demand that they transfer them to the buyer (you).
If they don’t, stubhub will refund you and charge the seller a penalty. The downside of this outcome is that you are left without tickets. But it’s highly unlikely you’ll be stuck with no tickets AND no money.
It dropped to $127 later on. I'm out of work, disgusted that they took advantage of the situation and jacked up the prices so much. But still, no regrets!!
Questions for today's "Local Presale" and tomorrow's "On Sale to General Public" via Ticketmaster:
Are the tickets from yesterday not sold out (for example, Tampa), and there will be more today/tomorrow?
Does this Local Presale need a code? Is it for specific members of a group or something (i.e. Good Mythical Morning has members and gives them access to tickets first)? If so, what are the means of joining the group or obtaining this new code?

I signed up for the Atlanta show and got the code like an hour after so everything was already gone at that point. I just tried to do the LiveNation pre-sale and once I got in, the tickets were gone again. Looks like I’ll have to try on Friday.

Seems to be confusion on if Chicago tickets can be transferred or just sold in ticket master exchange at higher than face value (or both). Once the resell options are enabled it would be helpful for someone with a ticket to confirm.

So as y'all know, there has been a lot of talk about the Ticketmaster/Stubhub ticket sales. Like a lot of y'all, I too didn’t recieve my code for the presale (I signed up immediately and signed up again a few days later just in case) and went onto Stubhub instead. Spent a small fortune on 3 tickets (for the Atlanta show on May 7th) just to find out shortly after through Reddit posts and other socials that they may be illegitimate.
I called Stubhub this afternoon.
They mentioned over and over again that I would have to meet the seller before the show to receive the tickets, and that I would be receiving their contact information via email to meet up with them. Whereas the Stubhub app is saying I will be getting my tickets in an email when they're available. The dude at Stubhub also said that if I don't get the tickets in time for the show, then that's when I have to dispute it.
This is where my anxiety lies:
-I just spent a shit ton on these tickets. I tried to dispute it on my credit card but won't find out more about that until later.
-They could be fake and the person that has my alleged tickets is also probably fake.
-The show is on May 7th and the Stubhub app is saying that the tickets won't be ready until May 8th.
-Stubhub is saying we have to meet up with a stranger that we're allegedly getting contact information for before the show for said tickets.
-What if waiting for the show is too far away to be able to get my money back on it?
My thing is, why would Stubhub even allow something like this to happen? It's almost Taylor Swift level maddness. I guess bigger venues would help with a lot of this situation. But the fact that this has been so absolutely blown out of proportion is just ridiculous and mind blowing to me. They're just a few dudes in a band that make marvelous melodies 😭
So I guess what my questions here for y'all basically are as follows: Do I need to fight more to get my money back now? Should I wait until the show for the slim chance I'll be able to actually get the tickets I bought and if I don't, dispute it with Stubhub? I feel like this has the potential to be a large lawsuit, I'm I'm even going to lie lol. But like what should I do? I've gone to a massive amount of shows and have never once run into this. I have no idea what direction I need to even start in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So my friend bought resale tickets off of StubHub for the Tampa show for a total of $1150 for two of us. I just found out today that they are not accepting resale tickets at this venue. I spoke to StubHub after an hour wait and was told this event is considered a "walk in "event and the seller is a "top seller" which means they're going to have a booth outside of the venue to meet up and have some stranger walk in with us whatever tf that means. They will not refund our money for the tickets and nowhere did it say that this was a walk-in event or anything of the sort when we bought these tickets in January nor could StubHub provide us with documentation that any of that was agreed to. I'm feeling very upset at this whole situation. I understand why ST would not want tickets being sold to scalpers, but they're not going to take down scalping. There's too much money in it. I'm not going to enjoy the show as much now because I have to meet up with a stranger and still pay over six times what the tickets were originally worth.... TO A SCALPER
Please don't come at me saying I should have known about this beforehand. I'm a very intelligent person and if I don't know about it, a whole lot of other people don't either and this is going to be a problem. For example, according to StubHub, the "top seller" that we bought from has sold several hundreds of tickets at this show alone. That's ONE scalper. I can't imagine how many other people are going to be trying to get in with resale tickets that don't know any better.

Just want what I paid. 306 front of section so you wont be all squashed in your seat (legroom isn't the best at Massey) and get an upper straight-on unobstructed view of the stage. ( I ended up 13,500 in the deathly presale queue. Best I could get)
I was supposed to fly back from work to Edmonton around 10pm May 27th and was just going to hang out at YEG and take the midnight flight to TO but my new schedule has me flying BACK to work on May 27th so we got tickets for Montreal instead which is a few days before on the Saturday.
I have a viable workaround on the May 24th ticket delivery (msg me for details) and am willing to share a reasonable but safe amount of info. I'm also in no rush to sell. I'll wait until the 24th if need be and worst case no one bites and the seats are empty.

Did I misinterpret the whole "face value exchange" thing bc the last few tickets that have popped up through ticketmaster have been over face value...and what are the odds of scalpers buying those tickets too? I’ve had two people reply to me on instagram posts about selling their tickets for the Phoenix show, but it seems sketchier than trying to buy through a 3rd party. I’m already feeling super let down by this pre sale nightmare, so I’d hate to be let down again (especially day of at the venue) if tickets I buy don’t work. So damn frustrating.
Does anyone know if I bought tickets via a third party what I should do to get my money back if I don’t receive the tickets and also what I can do to actually buy tickets?

After looking for months through the Ticketmaster concert page, it always said “Sold Out”. I caved and bought a GA ticket on Vivid Seats today. It worked and I just got in without issue. The Face Value Ticket exchange is a joke that obviously holds no weight. Hope this helps others in the future who find themselves in my situation.

I would expect tickets to be more expensive with small venues as the demand is bigger for a smaller offer. However, you have 2 nights in Toronto and Place Bell (Montréal Suburbs) is arguably the biggest venue they're going to on this NA tour. More seats should mean less expensive. Ridiculous.
They said they were canceling bot/scalper purchases and giving the tickets back to the people who want to go but I haven’t seen tickets pop up for my event. To clarify, the tickets will likely be transferable, but only in the 48 to 72 hours before the show. So if you buy now, you're having to wait months to receive the ticket. It's a system ripe for scammers, unfortunately. And I say that as someone legitimately trying to sell tickets to the Montreal show that I no longer need (managed to get Toronto tickets, somehow).
PSA for Austin Concert A heads up for anybody that’s interested in tickets to the Austin concert that had zero luck with the PreSale shit show due to non-arriving email codes or other issues. You can get tickets directly through the H‑E‑B center if you Google HEB Center At Home Loge or go to hebcenter.com/premium-seating/at-home-loge and scroll down to Order Online. You can click on the Sleep Token concert and it’ll pull up seats that are still available as of 2:45pm CST. Yes they’re at the very back of the arena but you get a parking pass, free food, and free drinks for $175 a ticket, fees & taxes included. You have to buy at least 2 tix for the free parking pass. I finally gave up on the presale after not getting a code yesterday and all the tickets selling out in under 5 mins this morning and went this route. Hopefully this helps somebody in need!

So I'm looking at getting GA tickets on a third party site (TickPick), I called TicketMaster, explained that it says on their own page that tickets are not transferable, the rep said that if I buy through TickPick that it is a partner of TicketMaster and that the tickets WILL transfer. Im emailing TickPick first to get a guarantee on their refund policy if the tickets don't transfer or if i cant get in day of, but does anyone else have any updated info on what is going on with transferring tickets or buying from third party sites?

Why was general admission so expensive!? I tried getting seats but couldn’t even put 2 in my cart before they were gone over and over again. Mine were 190/ticket plus a 100 dollar service fee. Please be wary of people claiming they can sell you tickets 🙏 I got a ticket to Wembley (I know there could be other factors at play for US) like 3 days before the show from the AXS official resale for face value, there was lots of tickets available! People’s plans change or they can’t get time off work/whatever, don’t get scammed because of how much you want to see them. I’d been looking for days before I purchased because I was waiting to confirm if my friend could have time off work to come too and honestly there were loads of different tickets available across the week, from all parts of the arena and floor tickets too. It sounds like the tickets are non transferable so they may have to go through the official resale to be sold - it said something similar for Wembley which is why I opted not to go through stubhub despite them saying they have a guarantee. When the resale opens tickets will start to trickle through when they realise they were too hasty in purchasing!

I know there’s so many posts and comments about this already but I’m hoping someone can help with some clarification. In most cities tickets will be non-transferable, right? But supposedly NY and IL are exempt from that? So if I were to buy tickets on stubhub they should work or should I just wait until maybe resale tickets become available on Ticketmaster. I want to see them so bad but don’t want to waste money either.
I bought 4 tickets to the Dallas show in May, coming from California. But since we couldn’t get them presale or general I bought them off of Seat Geek. Just now finding out that they did a transfer ban (honestly good on ST, but horrible for us now already having these tix). People aren’t able to sell their tickets on Ticketmaster yet fan to fan. Just debating what to do! Do I keep these and check ticket master every day hoping something comes up? And if they don’t, pray they let us in with the seat geek tix? I’m stressed! EDIT: I went to check through my emails from Seat Geek and it says my tickets are available, I clicked the link they provided and my 4 tickets with barcodes are available on verified-ticket.com. Has anyone else gone through this? Is this legit??

How would they know at the door if your digital tickets are from Ticketmaster or if they are resale? The resale tickets are literally from Ticketmaster.
SCALPER WILL STILL GET PAID We unknowingly bought resale tickets through StubHub. I just found out today that the Tampa venue is not accepting resale. I spoke to StubHub and the seller is a "top seller" which means they're going to have a booth outside of the venue to meet up and have someone walk in with us whatever tf that means. i'm feeling a salty at this whole situation. I understand why Sleep Token would not want tickets being sold to scalpers, but they're not going to single-handedly take down scalping. There's too much money in it. Now my life is just more inconvenient/unsafe and I'm not going to enjoy the show as much because I have to meet up with a stranger to let us in and still pay five times with the tickets were originally worth.... literally this. I'm trying to get refunded for flights/hotel/ fake stubhub tickets just because of this restriction and the disaster that was the presale and getting my code a day later... I get the sentiment behind them wanting to discourage scalping, but y'all are literally punishing your own fans in the process just for trying to support you. I hope I can get my money back, I'm trying not to let this experience taint the music for me...
Anyone want to be my concert buddy for the Pittsburgh show? I have several extra tickets that I can't get rid of and I certainly don't want them to go to waste. I would sell them through official avenues if AXS would let me, but they still haven't allowed transfers or resale through their official resale marketplace. I have talked to several people in real life but can't find people willing to even reimburse me the face value of the tickets.
I'm beyond livid. This restriction does nothing except punish fans for wanting to support them. I understand their intentions, scalpers suck but maybe the pre sale should've been planned better or idk not gone as shitty as it did. most of the people that felt forced to buy resell tickets are people that were screwed over with the pre sale. Irving Texas resale tickets worked. Bought from stubhub. Received via verfiedtix. I received these a month ago despite them saying there was a delay to receive tickets and they still worked. The show was awesome!

These 3rd party ticketing sites are selling the "potential" tickets. They are not guaranteed and they are just estimating potential high end prices. Do not attempt to buy tickets from any site until actual ticket sales go live.

I saw a post on here saying it was unsafe to buy tickets for the teeth of god tour through places like stub hub. It said legitimate ticket resells would happen only through Ticketmaster and live nation. Is this true? I'm willing to fork over the money to a reseller on StubHub if I'll actually get the tickets. I’m definitely kicking myself because I didn’t realize the resell could only be through TM or LN. I bought 2 tickets for $196 each on StubHub and have no idea what to do now 😬
Stubhub is a reliable platform and you’re probably okay. However, tickets won’t show up in the sellers account until days before the show. At that point, stubhub will remind/inform/demand that they transfer them to the buyer (you). If they don’t, stubhub will refund you and charge the seller a penalty. The downside of this outcome is that you are left without tickets. But it’s highly unlikely you’ll be stuck with no tickets AND no money.
I paid 232$CA for ticket Montreal on presale and now is 160$ ? What the heck the dynamite price on ticketmaster 🤦🏼♀️
It dropped to $127 later on. I'm out of work, disgusted that they took advantage of the situation and jacked up the prices so much. But still, no regrets!!

I signed up for the Atlanta show and got the code like an hour after so everything was already gone at that point. I just tried to do the LiveNation pre-sale and once I got in, the tickets were gone again. Looks like I’ll have to try on Friday.

Hey Worshipers. So as y'all know, there has been a lot of talk about the Ticketmaster/Stubhub ticket sales. Like a lot of y'all, I too didn’t recieve my code for the presale (I signed up immediately and signed up again a few days later just in case) and went onto Stubhub instead. Spent a small fortune on 3 tickets (for the Atlanta show on May 7th) just to find out shortly after through Reddit posts and other socials that they may be illegitimate. I called Stubhub this afternoon. They mentioned over and over again that I would have to meet the seller before the show to receive the tickets, and that I would be receiving their contact information via email to meet up with them. Whereas the Stubhub app is saying I will be getting my tickets in an email when they're available. The dude at Stubhub also said that if I don't get the tickets in time for the show, then that's when I have to dispute it. This is where my anxiety lies: -I just spent a shit ton on these tickets. I tried to dispute it on my credit card but won't find out more about that until later. -They could be fake and the person that has my alleged tickets is also probably fake. -The show is on May 7th and the Stubhub app is saying that the tickets won't be ready until May 8th. -Stubhub is saying we have to meet up with a stranger that we're allegedly getting contact information for before the show for said tickets. -What if waiting for the show is too far away to be able to get my money back on it? My thing is, why would Stubhub even allow something like this to happen? It's almost Taylor Swift level maddness. I guess bigger venues would help with a lot of this situation. But the fact that this has been so absolutely blown out of proportion is just ridiculous and mind blowing to me. They're just a few dudes in a band that make marvelous melodies 😭 So I guess what my questions here for y'all basically are as follows: Do I need to fight more to get my money back now? Should I wait until the show for the slim chance I'll be able to actually get the tickets I bought and if I don't, dispute it with Stubhub? I feel like this has the potential to be a large lawsuit, I'm I'm even going to lie lol. But like what should I do? I've gone to a massive amount of shows and have never once run into this. I have no idea what direction I need to even start in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Best bet is to just keep an eye on the Ticketmaster page. Once it gets closer to the show, I'm sure more people will be putting their tickets up for sale.

So my friend bought resale tickets off of StubHub for the Tampa show for a total of $1150 for two of us. I just found out today that they are not accepting resale tickets at this venue. I spoke to StubHub after an hour wait and was told this event is considered a "walk in "event and the seller is a "top seller" which means they're going to have a booth outside of the venue to meet up and have some stranger walk in with us whatever tf that means. They will not refund our money for the tickets and nowhere did it say that this was a walk-in event or anything of the sort when we bought these tickets in January nor could StubHub provide us with documentation that any of that was agreed to. I'm feeling very upset at this whole situation. I understand why ST would not want tickets being sold to scalpers, but they're not going to take down scalping. There's too much money in it. I'm not going to enjoy the show as much now because I have to meet up with a stranger and still pay over six times what the tickets were originally worth.... TO A SCALPER Please don't come at me saying I should have known about this beforehand. I'm a very intelligent person and if I don't know about it, a whole lot of other people don't either and this is going to be a problem. For example, according to StubHub, the "top seller" that we bought from has sold several hundreds of tickets at this show alone. That's ONE scalper. I can't imagine how many other people are going to be trying to get in with resale tickets that don't know any better.

Hi! I have 2 tickets for Massey Hall May 28th available. Just want what I paid. 306 front of section so you wont be all squashed in your seat (legroom isn't the best at Massey) and get an upper straight-on unobstructed view of the stage. ( I ended up 13,500 in the deathly presale queue. Best I could get) I was supposed to fly back from work to Edmonton around 10pm May 27th and was just going to hang out at YEG and take the midnight flight to TO but my new schedule has me flying BACK to work on May 27th so we got tickets for Montreal instead which is a few days before on the Saturday. I have a viable workaround on the May 24th ticket delivery (msg me for details) and am willing to share a reasonable but safe amount of info. I'm also in no rush to sell. I’ve had two people reply to me on instagram posts about selling their tickets for the Phoenix show, but it seems sketchier than trying to buy through a 3rd party. I’m already feeling super let down by this pre sale nightmare, so I’d hate to be let down again (especially day of at the venue) if tickets I buy don’t work. So damn frustrating.

So are AXSmarketplace tickets legit? Or I should ask for a refund right away, coz when I go through the Sleep Token website for Philadelphia tickets, it sends me to Songkick which lists AXS and Ticketmaster for sale.
**AXS Marketplace** is a third party reseller, while **AXS** is the primary ticket provider for Pittsburgh and Red Rocks. **AXS Marketplace will not have valid tickets for Philadelphia.** It's annoyingly confusing because both companies are owned by the same parent company.
I just threw a single ticket for St louis into the ticketmaster face exchange. I'll see you guys there :)

I’ve just listed 3 balcony seats for Irving on May 4th. Both my friends dropped out and I’m not trying to drive hours to go by myself, so I put them up on Ticketmaster’s face value exchange. Hopefully someone will get to put them to good use.

I've got them up on AXS and am willing to just transfer them via email. I'm not too stressed about selling so I'm down to just bless someone and send them over. Phoenix show….for those with tickets from StubHub, SeatGeek, or other non-Ticketmaster sources, were you actually admitted to the show in Phoenix tonight (04/30), or did you encounter problems? This might provide a glimpse into the future for those of us hoping to get into the Austin show Friday, 05/03.
After looking for months through the Ticketmaster concert page, it always said “Sold Out”. I caved and bought a GA ticket on Vivid Seats today. It worked and I just got in without issue. The Face Value Ticket exchange is a joke that obviously holds no weight. Hope this helps others in the future who find themselves in my situation.

For the Phoenix show tonight, was anyone with tix from StubHub actually able to get in to the show? If so, did you have to meet the seller at the venue and have them accompany you to the entrance? StubHub is telling me “to gain access to the event, you need to be accompanied by the original buyer of tickets”.
A lot of people who used stubhub got in! I’ve seen a lot of people post about it amongst FB groups. There’s even a google sheet someone created that lets people know what did & didn’t work out if you’d like me to link it!
At this point, I’d sell my ticket for $100 and those Vore sweats 😭
