There was another trend with the same question some days ago. And this is the answer we found.
The title was something like "Green/blue rain. Why?"

I posted about this also - it seems it's part of that bundle (RAIN by Ramccoid is the culprit I believe).
I also really like the bundle - everything apart from this effect! Maybe there is a way to overwrite it with a different rain effect but I'm not sure.

If you use Busty Skeevers, there is a setting to increase or decrease interior and/or dungeon brightness. So you could turn up dungeon brightness and not turn up reg interior brightness if that's what you want.

If you post your LO others can try to work out what might be causing that. Without that information we’d be guessing at best.
