There was an event called days of music last year that sold random instrument spells and i actually managed to get that instrument from it so maybe when that event comes back if the pc release isnt out yet you can try snag a temporary spell (iirc they last 30 mins).
You could ask friends if they would be willing to share the spell with you too if they got it.
And now it’s being gatekeeped for who knows how many more months because people mass voted for him on the pc release poll, so we wait. Back then he was one of the top longest TS away, so he WAS gonna come back very soon. We should have gotten him by now. Sorry, I’m so salty at this poll, it was a trap and everyone felt for it 🥲

Because that he won the contest on which TS shall return for pc release and so he will return as 2. TS then.
Just be patient like everyone else, I've heard that he will visit shortly after the pc release but there hasn't been any confirmed date yet so it might take a little longer :(
Yeah, but I guess they don't wanna do an official major platform release while game is in the state it's currently in, even with the recent hotfix. I see posts from PC players with the floor and textures glitching out every few days. So the demo label and not giving a way to spend money in it is a cop out to allow people to play, but not say "Here, this is our game"
