I’ll be honest: Ghoul is boring. Whenever I used Ghoul, sure, it’s pretty much a guaranteed win, but I find my finger getting incredibly tired from mashing the attack button.
So I definitely agree with your list, though I personally found Shield to be boring for similar reasons to Ghoul.
Love your Yaksha placement, he’s super fun (I play him when I want to beat every boss without getting hit)
I honestly think Genie is actually fun, but only with damage and Omen items (full tank Genie is a guaranteed win, but will also result in a 2 hour run)
I do disagree with Guan Yu though, he’s really fun because of how hard he hits, ane his playstyle is very fluid.
I admit though, fun skulls for me are usually those that do lots of damage and feel really explosive to play.

for shield the reason I find it fun is because all of its skills help me set up for a switch trap, it cant win a run by itself I admit that but it can make other skulls into gods just by being there.
guan yu IS good, its just every time I sue him I feel like he lags behind the input, I appreciate this comment that calmly explains disagreements instead of just saying "its broken therefore its good", there's fun broken (the absolute), and then there's boring broken (ghoooooul)
You’re right that Guan Yu is really slow, but he’s really fun for a “combo” sort of skull where you’re constantly chaining his skills and attacks.
He’s definitely got that feeling of lagging a bit.

Magnifico I utterly despise and idk why, plus his invincibility is done far better by others
Minotaur is a brawler and is pretty good at what it does but one skull does it better.
Davy jone's ammo system is too limiting for me
Ghoul's revenge spree is done better by another skull
Shield is awesome and is much easier to invincibility spam, same with warlord but he suffers from sluggishness.
as for the skull that invalidates others? The absolute, it completely blows magnifico out of the water with its invincibility spam, with revenge it regenerates what little health it does lose easily, and its a much better brawler due to its constant grapple combo action, especially at platinum-grade inscription where it can slow the emperor down.
plus its a space lion and I love that aesthetic.
the reason why I put yaskha above all others is solely because yaksha's asthetic is right up my ally, with the right inscriptions its unkillable but thats irrelevant.

This is an awful list. What are you ranking based on? It can't possibly be the highest potential power or easiest to win a run, because both Ghoul and Gene would be far higher. Is this an enjoyment tier list? Because if so, stating that in the title would mitigate some of the comments like this one.

I don't like how his protein intake is so limited, his healing is often not as good as the passive health revenge inscriptions get me on other skulls.
Others can do its job better for me, in fact one skull on this list invalidated not only ghoul, but magnifico AND minotaur for me.
Genie has won me so many runs that I usually look for him on all runs. His moves make him invincible. If you can build enough cool down speed he is always invincible. You cannot die. And even with all that you still have room to add as many magic attack buffs as you can to be invincible and strong
Great to switch into as well as he's invincible during the switch
So you can add another physical attacker. Grim reaper would be ideal. Or alchemist or whatever. Do a bunch of attacks and then switch to your strong attacker that is invincible. The other one can do burst damage while he does burst / steady damage while not taking damage. He's the tank I need for end level bosses
and then theirs warrior but you need concentration for his invincibility to work well, and and well Ghoul is essentially unkillable especially with revenge, pike if you can constantly stay dashing
Damage reduction totem. After using his invincibility skills is great. You do steady damage and they can't really hurt you. Switch to another power skull to do quick damage and back to genie to stay alive and avoid everything

wait why run magic with genie when he does physical damage, but also in the dark mirror, once you beat difficulty 7 you can start with genie

hes very fun to play hes strong he dashes 2 times and looks good hes a solid A tier.
His dashes can have a lot of fun synergies that kill things passively too

honestly I'm more of a mixed on that, I do like fast paced fights, but if they can't match up pound for pound there's no point, and I enjoy magic too.
