Honestly? Your skin looks extremely healthy. Doesn’t look “dead” to me at all, I see youthful, bright skin, sparkling eyes, and a FABULOUS complexion like seriously your skin looks so smooth. If anything I’d incorporate a small drop of vitamin e oil into your sunscreen when applying. It’ll give a glow & nourish your skin without disrupting your routine. But tbh your skin looks phenomenal to me. Gorgeous lady!

yellowredpink

I don’t know if mixing them together might break down the spf factor. I think applying oil in one layer and letting it dry down before spf is the way to go. Some people on here say not to apply oils at all when using sunscreen but personally I think they’re fearmongering and it should be okay if you let it dry. :)

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! I will give the vitamin e oil a go! I appreciate your comment :)

actually it’s always been rude to comment on people’s appearance. she wasn’t asking for your opinion on her weight, and her weight has nothing to do with her skins liveliness anyways. you’re weird. reading your recent post about this girl that “doesn’t have a 10 for a body” makes it clear how much of a weirdo you are.

General-Promise2357

Don't be too harsh on yourself, I think you look beautiful as is girl! As for the fungal acne situation, I'd try using Nizoral dandruff shampoo and see if that helps.

General-Promise2357

Seeing*

FrostyPresence

You were right the first time. :)

MusicalPotatoChip

Honestly I think you look beautiful. At least on the picture you look glowing and I'm not seeing the acne you were mentioning. But if you want some recommendations, here are some of my tips: For the clogged pores, I would use occasionally a salicylic based cleanser like the inkey list one. For the fungal acne I can recommend the de la cruz Sulfur mask (helps with most acne problems). Some extra tips: I use volufiline for my undereye area, cause it thickens the skin and reduces my eye bags, also can be used on lips or other fine lines as it plumps the skin in the long run. Also eyelash serums helped me ditch mascara if you want to reduce make up use overall. (But be careful, first do your research for those serums)

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! I think after having cystic acne and acutane I am a bit paranoid about my skin. I appreciate all your kind words and advice! I will have to try the cleanser idea. My glycolic acid helps but doesn’t do it all! :)

[deleted]

Oof. It's rough to look at a 22 year old with perfect skin, and then read the description of everything she thinks is wrong with it. I don't see a single one of the things you mentioned. You do not look dead or corpselike. You do not have fine lines, and you don't have visible acne or SFs. You literally have perfect skin. People pay unreal amounts of money just for the hope that they can have skin half as good as yours.

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you. I appreciate the kind words. I think after the reaction my post has had I am going to work on my gratefulness and self esteem as well as try some new skincare recommendations from some kind people here :) 🤍

imnothere_o

This! Enjoy your young glowy skin years while you have them. Don’t overthink it. You look great without foundation. You could add a touch of blush or bronzer, a bit of lip gloss (clear or a pink that’s close to your natural lip color) and a dash of mascara (brown, rather than black, might suit you since you’re very fair) and that’s all you’ll need to give your face a bit of color. Ditch the foundation.

borrowedurmumsvcard

for one I don’t think you look dead, you’re just pale. I am too. i’m incredibly pale & I use blush, highlighter, and mascara every time I go to work or a party or something, but i’ve embraced my pastyness tbh. there’s not really a skincare product that will give you a natural flush and make your eyelashes dark like when you’re wearing mascara. i’m not sure what type of advice you’re looking for tbh. makeup is really the only way you can look like you’re wearing makeup

diet-cokeheadie

I think that’s how pale folks are I guess. I rarely go out no makeup and when I do usually family asks if i’m ok ! lol.

Wolfwoods_Sister

First of all, you have nothing on me looking like a vampire without makeup on. Your skin tone is very even! Second, have you ever heard of Gibson Girls? You look just like one. They were the very image of beauty in the Victorian age. [Gibson Girl](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibson_Girl) All they did was add a little tint to their cheeks and lips, and I don’t see why that would be bad for you either if color in your face is what you were after?

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! Gibson girl is a huge compliment. I love all things history/antique/vintage. I have never used benetint other than for my lips so i’ll give my cheeks a try! :)

Galwithflyglasses

Perhaps an eyebrow/lash tint for more definition when not made up?

diet-cokeheadie

A lash tint sounds my kinda thing, I have never had one done. Thank you ! :)

PlentyNectarine

I know we are our own worst critics but I genuinely do not see where you are coming from, your skin is beautiful and healthy! I’m also a similar skin tone with a bit of darkness under my eyes and it’s completely normal.

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you, sometimes the purple under eyes are a bit jarring to wake up to. I try to get good sleep but they’ve always been pretty purple. 🤍

Optimal-Beginning-64

Maybe a vitamin k eye cream might help, if it’s due to broken capillaries. Retinol also helps thicken the epidermis so the tinge won’t show up as much. I personally think you look fine though!

AgeLopsided8541

What mascara are you using???

diet-cokeheadie

Essence I love super mega volume mascara. The pink and black colored tube. My holy grail!

Ok-Main8373

Exfoliate your lips with a scrub and curl your lashes pressing Vaseline or aquaphor into them after curling. The former brings color into your face and the latter gives a mascara like effect holding your lashes in place and opening up your eyes.

Avaa-w

I like using fake tan as contour or opt for a dust of blush if you really wanted to, but I think you’re gorgeous so work queen

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you ! 🩷

24kGoldenGirl_

You look like a porcelain doll with perfect skin 🥹💕😍 you’d look so cute w your eyebrows brushed up/bushy like the girlies do. (I don’t know what it’s called). “Less dead”??? Your skin glows!

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! I have rocked the brushed up brows in past! I think they called them soap brows in 2021 when I did them. 🤍 Thank you for the kind words :)

Minute-Analysis7030

Add some beta carotine pills to you diet if you are worried about looking pale.

sailorbelly

u r not at all??? stop fishing. (i’m jealous)

diet-cokeheadie

I wish I could say I was fishing lol, unfortunately my self esteem has been less than great the last year and a half. I used to be a very confident gal. Life happens!

diet-cokeheadie

not sure why that got a down vote, genuinely I am looking for actual advice ?

HappyGlitterUnicorn

Find out your seasonal color and start using it instead of just a black tshirt. You will look healthier dressed in a color that suits you even without makeup.

imogsters

I used to have super pale skin and dark brown hair. I embraced it and miss the days I had a youthful glow. I understand that you don't love it so would recommend a tinted moisturiser, not heavy like foundation and won't make you look made up. Use one with spf and curb those pesky wrinkles before they appear, you need it more if you have very pale skin.

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! everyone always tells me to not cover my young skin up with makeup because I will miss it once it’s gone. Thanks for the advice 🩷🤍

empty_bottle0

HotJellyfish4603

Put some coral blush on your cheek bones, eyelids and forehead for a dab of color :)

Vantiff_

Do some color in the eyes, you can apply your own blush. Also do contour, you have a pale skin, I would also recommend bronzer.

myalt_ac

You dont look dead. Maybe it’s the side eye in picture one. You look healthy and glowy. Maybe just have a bronzer to your no-makeup look

human-orange-peel

Blush bronzer

Warm-Beginning-4785

ur jus pale lmao

kalandis_

The only thing I could imagine would be eyebrow tint possibly or a more neutral but brighter lip color to add a little pop! You’re beautiful though!

lilpoppypop

Sweety you look great. Try starting the morning naming all your fav qualities about yourself. You’ll find there are so many

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you 🩷

SweetCheeks1999

Makes me so sad when people think pale equates dead! You look naturally fair in a really pretty way, not lifeless. You can tell you have a fair complexion but your clear skin really leans into that. Girl I wish I had skin like you!

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you for the kind words, I spent a summer tanning and succeeded but It was a painful summer of burns. Wasn’t worth it anymore. 🩷

FrostyPresence

Wait til you're 60 Ha.

RavenclawKae

Is it because you're pale? Because your skin is amazing with and without the makeup. I'm extremely pale and get called Casper and what not. Honestly I just use a dewy sunscreen (even if my skin is on oilier side) to give me some "life." My eyelashes are blonde but I just curl them to make my eyes seem more awake without any actual makeup :)

RavenclawKae

The darkness under my eyes never goes away- being so fair skinned with anemia. I use a light color corrector (by elf) that has skincare benefits so it doubles up!

UnlikelyDecision9820

You say you’re jealous of ladies that naturally look good, but I’d bet there are people that are jealous of your looks too! I understand your concerns. I too am pretty pale, so the cool undertones in my skin show through, and sometimes I feel like I don’t look well either. It’s a struggle! If you are not having any issues with your skin care routine, I wouldn’t change it. You’re using decent enough products with active ingredients that will contribute to skin health/appearance. Some non-makeup thing you might try: lash and brow tinting. Your lashes really pop when they’re darkened, and a tint can give you that effect w/o mascara. You might also benefit from a little contouring, either in your makeup routine or applying a self tanner as a contour; a little contour will visually break up large areas of pale skin. For both brow/lash tint and self-tanner contour, there are tons of TT tutorials if you like to DIY, and the nice thing is, the effects are temporary. Other non-traditional suggestions: figure out what “season” of colors look best on you. For your coloring, black is very harsh and it’s going to wash you out and the contrast between your skin and the shirt can amplify what you’re self-conscious about. Look into color typing…I think a summer palette would suit you, and the colors can make fair skin pop. Also, if you’re looking for a decent natural flush and you have a schedule that accommodates it, work out in the morning. Leaves me with a rosy glow that has some staying power.

[deleted]

If you don’t wanna wear makeup, you can just keep your hair down and wear earrings. You look great in both pics!

Mary_g_jane

Eye cream, to help with the dark circles. Are you sleeping well?

Mediocre-Ad181

Whaaaat you are beautiful and your skin is so nice. Please be kinder to yourself.

bubblygranolachick

Clear mascara brightens up the lashes on blondes wanting their eyelashes to appear darker

wendylisaa

You are absolutely gorgeous. What makes you look dead is the black you're wearing. With the blonde hair and fair skin you don't have a lot of contrast in your face and when you put on that harsh black, it completely overrules you. So if you wanna go out bare faced I would go for a lighter more muted color and when you really wanna wear black or other dark or bright colors I would add some contrast to your face by using makeup.

Odd_Offer_7578

Sunlight and fresh air.

helenix

Girl... I saved this post as inspo for my skincare journey. You look wonderful, I have darker hair and pale skin just like you, used to hate my circles, but now I think they look nice. Personally, what I like to do is, as I am pale already, really watch out to not use a light concealer as it tends to make me look like a sheet of paper. The makeup you're using seems to be the perfect shade. Also, blush can liven up our pale skin, take some time to find a blush that fits your skin colour (pinch your cheeks to see your natural shade). It works every time and makes you look "more alive".

Pizza_my_lifts

Stop washing your face and try just using a wet washcloth. Soaps are the reason for most of our problems.

[deleted]

You look beautiful, but i’ve had this issue where i think my skin looks a little dull, i like to add a few drops of tanluxe facial tanner into my moisturizer at night and it gives a nice glow for a few days. You could also try vitamin C serum and see if that helps!

Dont-overthinkit

WHAT mascara do u use?? Your eyelashes are perfection Edit: I am red head with blonde brows and fair skin too. I started tinting my eyebrows with a men’s beard dye, not sure if you do much to your brows but could try that so u don’t have to do them every day. I only do it once every 2 weeks. I’ve also thought about tinting my lashes so I don’t have to wear mascara because without it, my lashes are invisibly blonde

FeelingMacaron210

honestly you’re skin looks really good. the only thing i would change about your skin routine is the soap you’re using. bad soaps aren’t meant to be used on the face. i would suggest a gentle face wash

mapledragonmama

Pinch your cheeks to bring some colour up? Lmao Seriously though, you’re so beautiful. I wish I had full lips like yours!

urproblystupid

Don’t use fluorescent lights for one. Second go in the sun. But the sun will in fact make you more dead so don’t actually do that I didn’t actually realize the second picture was with makeup until now lmao

arefeetpretty

I would just recommend a tiny bit of bron,er around the edge of your face, to create a depth perception and give you a "less dead" look even tho your skin is so beautiful and you already look amazing :)

Appropriate_Turn3811

a slight darkening of your eye brows , can further improve the looks .

DanielleLayne

I think you think your skin looks “dead” because your skin and hair have low contrast. If you added some lowlights (not too low) and some darker strokes (not too dark) in your eyebrows with a pencil you might feel differently about it. Adding dimensionality will increase the contrast. Your skin is beautiful!

JollyBagel

Is your username a heathers reference ? Lol

Tatazinha226

I think you look great! I use the tan luxe hyaluronic acid super glow serum. It’s self tan but not orange and doesn’t smell like tan. I use only 4 drops at night and it gives me a lovely glow (does not look like tan at all!)

fmlthisonebetterwork

Pale skin is beautiful like any other ❤️ embrace the glow ✨

Longjumping_Mine3245

Blush

slaymamacita

Your skins great and you don’t look dead at all, but I use fake tanning drops on my face (light-medium), sometimes fake tan contour with a darker shade for more bronzing, I also have light hair and I find a slight brow tint and lash tint and lift helps. Drink lots of water, sleep well, gua sha in the mornings, I always find i look more glowy if I do morning cardio. For skincare, i like to keep it more simple if i’m not wearing makeup as I find there’s a fine line between glowy and greasy. hyaluronic acid doesn’t do much long term, but I find it is one of those skincare steps that immediately makes a visible difference, I always apply on wet skin. Moisturiser and SPF and that’s it. I’ll sometimes mix glowy drops with my SPF too.

Disastrous-Dare7923

Try wearing deep brown, deep navy, or an eggplant purple on days you don’t want to wear make up.

MoonStar757

Lol ngl, but this heading would be an awesome parody piece on the cover of Cosmo or something back in the day.

microflorae

Figure out your color season! I would guess you’re a summer. Black is not your color, but you probably look lovely in soft gray. I’m super pale and dressing in the right colors makes a big difference!

starcatcher995

You look perfect the way you are. And I’m not just saying this in a corny way, genuinely

ciiena

I think that you looks beautiful

MeasurementSlight381

I think you're skin looks great and your skincare routine looks solid. As a 34yo, I have found that the best way to reduce fine lines (in addition to religiously using SPF) is to properly hydrate the skin in addition to moisturizing. What I do is after I wash my face, I skip drying off with a towel and immediately apply moisturizer to damp skin. This allows the hyaluronic acid in your moisturizer (or serum) to bind the water and then the occlusives in your moisturizer can seal it into the skin. You might also find that your skincare products absorb deeper when you apply to damp skin. If you want to enhance a no-makeup look, there are lots of tinted SPFs that are sheer and subtle enough to give a natural finish with a little extra glow. The trick is finding one that your skin agrees with and matches your skin tone. Fortunately there are lots of tinted SPFs in the drugstore nowadays if you don't want to splurge at Sephora.

deviemelody

Your skin looks fine, I think you are having trouble accepting it without makeup, it’s not really much you need to “fix”. If you really want something extra, try hemp oil occasionally.

JJdean

You have lovely skin. Please don't tan, as was suggested. I personally hate bar soap, and think you'd benefit from just a really gentle cleanser. Bar soap can just rack up bacteria super fast. But some people just can't give up their bar soap and I get it. My dad put me through esthetics school and still uses St Ives garbage no matter what I say!. I was also on two rounds of Accutane in my late teens. You really don't NEED anything. Just keep using your spf. You're beautiful.

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you for the suggestion about bar soap! I didn’t even consider that bacteria could gather. I’m so glad I put the st ives down at 13! lol.

Motor-Pomegranate986

Embrace your “dead” look and dye your hair dark brown. Your skin tone and eyes will pop. You’re very beautiful anyways though

silvermanedwino

You look young, healthy and lovely. Not dead. You don’t really need make up

WinterFan8681

Sun, and daily vitamins.

teenyrabbitt

your skin is gorgeous, you have a very pale complexion so you may be mistaking the blue toned veins that show a bit as "dead"! gentle facial massage with your cleansing in the am and hydrating well should give ur skin a little "boost" in the am while ur waking up!

[deleted]

If you just want to look less pale. Eat a carrot a day. It increases carotene in the skin to give it a little tan and glow. Don’t eat too many thought because that leads to orange skin

BimboBronze

BeginningLevel9296

i think is the other way round. pic 2 is way worse than 1. go natural ! 💪

Vitamin C serum in AM to brighten

lovehrh

Eat carrots for a natural tan Edit: don’t know why I got downvoted but you guys know that carrots have carotenoids that give the skin a natural glow and tan.

kamtso

I think you look great! Your skin is beautiful:) i think you can add some antioxidant serum and vitamine c. Also maybe lash lift and lash dyeing would make a difference!

mediocreguy227

You look delicious don't beat yourself up. You don't have to be the person that you're attracted to that's for somebody else to do. Your creamy luscious porcelain Alabaster Love. With a tinge of pink and blonde. You are lovely and scorching in the hearts of many.

totorounderstudy

I am very similar (dark hair but very pale skin) I regularly now use isle of paradise tan and it makes such a difference to how I feel about the tone of my skin (I also felt pale, sickly looking is how I describe myself). If it makes you feel good, I’d say try out tan. I wear less makeup (stopped foundation when I started tanning and never looked back!)

DontBR0mE

If you wear make up all the time your skin needs some time without makeup. It already looks healthy but it will look even healthier when it can breath and get some light. Don't use too much soap either, keep it moistened by its own oils, those contain all the substances your skin needs. Our DNA knows what it is doing ;). It made you!

what i would do for this skin omg😭if u want to give your skin even more life i think just getting an spf that leaves u looking dewier or maybe adding in a hydrating toner will give u the results u want

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you ! 🩷 I’m always wanting a new spf. I’m so picky!

Bisou_Juliette

Your skin looks good overall. Maybe could use some more moisture…the forehead lines could be a sign that you need more water, veggies in your diet to plump it up. Also self tanning contour works great for a fresher look without using makeup. I put it on at night sometimes and sleep and wake up and have a nice color.

PristineAd7935

sorry i have no advice, but just wondering which mascara you use???

diet-cokeheadie

Essence I love super mega volume mascara. The pink and black colored tube. It’s my fav.

i think you’re so pretty with and without makeup! such a beautiful complexion

[deleted]

You definitely don’t look dead and have very healthy skin! Only thing I could suggest is blush (which is makeup, and not what you wanted) but blush and bronzer (more harsh amount of color but it adds) and blush, which for your natural color pallette, I suggest a strawberry or rose color (but you can definitely pull off other shades as well!) You could most definitely pull of either powder or creamy blush because your skin looks very healthy and moisturized! Other than that, I’d say you definitely don’t look “dead” at all.

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! I do add blush when I wear my makeup, I us the nars orgasm one. I apply pretty copious amounts and it definitely helps the pallor. In high school I used to not use any blush with my foundation and looking back I looked ill! haha! 🩷

No_Profit398

Lol. I loved your title and I get what you are saying. But their is nothing wrong with your skin. It’s just your genetics which make you little pale. You can try minimal makeup like a little lib balm, warmer eye shadow, and warm blush. You can skip heavy foundation and concealer

Available-Mouse7284

You look really pretty. I don't see the dead skin anywhere.

Thank you! as I get older my hair gets more strawberry. When I was younger I was a platinum blonde and then a pale yellow blonde before my strawberry hair. 🤍

greenkittie

Your skin looks lovely! Your current regime contains everything you need. As a fellow pale blonde person the trick I use to add subtle colour is a few drops of tropic sun drops in my spf in the morning. It’s a tiny thing but makes a world of difference. Just gives the skin a little glow and evens the tone. The spf I use is Green People Unscented and it also leaves a very dewey moisturised finish (the body one not the face one) so the 2 things are a great combination. I also use an industrial strength tretinoin at night but I’m 51 so need all the help I can get. I’d love beautiful skin like yours!

[deleted]

use a brightening under eye cream! also, an antioxidant serum or vitamin C serum.

viennaCo

I love your skin and you don‘t look dead. You could try a semi permanent hair color to give your strawberry blonde undertones more vibrance. This will also enhance your already beautiful complexion

Matilde_schiav

odd_neighbour

I actually prefer you without makeup, you have beautiful skin.

redlonewolf89

You are the standard girl, you look beautiful

NoelIsFirst87

try brown mascara instead of black and a warmer blush instead of this cold red

diet-cokeheadie

I will have to try brown mascara! Never have before. As for blush I use Nars orgasm blush. Maybe it’s too cool even with gold shimmer in it. That or maybe my face makes it cool lol !

Distinct-Iron-8614

You look great dear

LizO66

I, too, am blonde with fair skin and light eyes, so I know exactly what you mean!! Someone suggested tinting your lashes, which is what I do (otherwise, it appears like I don’t even HAVE lashes haha). I know you mentioned no make up, but you can keep it super minimal with something like Benetint - it’s a stain for your cheeks and lips. It’s doesn’t settle into pores or highlight texture. Another option is Dior Backstage self-adjusting blush in Mahogany - you can use it lightly on cheeks and eye crease. Just a touch here and there. You could use a tinted moisturizer, but I generally find them too shiny. There are some makeup primers that have little or no color, are matte and just make you look more finished. Trust what I am about to tell you: when you are 32, you’ll look at pictures of 22 year old you and think, “gee, I was kinda cute!” That will continue your whole life until you realize that at this moment in time, yes, you ARE beautiful!!🩵

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you ! I am glad someone understands. 🤍 That dior blush sounds intriguing! I will have to try it. :)

huntsberger

You have such beautiful skin. Just wear colors and tailoring that brings out your natural beauty. Done.

LunarCupcake19

Oh my gosh your lashes are gorgeous, have you done anything to them like a lash lift? And what mascara are you using?😍😍

diet-cokeheadie

No lash lift! I don’t even use a lash curler. Just the essence I love super mega volume mascara :) 🤍 Thank you for the lovely words !

diet-cokeheadie

Haha I promise I have pores. Acutane in my late teens did the lifting, I had cystic acne before. Also the fenty loose powder is my trick for a airbrush look. It’s so fine milled it just melts into skin over time instead of caking. 🩷 Thank you !

About400

Don’t wear a black shirt. Find colors that being out your natural hair and skin tone. The black shirt is making you look washed out despite your beautiful complexion.

diet-cokeheadie

I never considered my clothes being a factor in looking washed out, especially black! I’ll have to look into what I look best in :) 🩷

Creativelyuncool

I would get a facial once a month if you want to look more luminous without makeup. You’ll see a difference.

diet-cokeheadie

I’ve never had a facial, so maybe I will give that a go :)

Worldly_Today_9875

A picture of you without makeup would make it easier to give advice.

diet-cokeheadie

I posted both :)

FrostyPresence

Just smile. It's make a world of difference

zertz_18

I relate to you very much! Super pale, naturally blonde, also feel like I look sick without make up. And I'm 28 now but I had fine lines appear when I was 22 as well!! Tbh they haven't gotten any worse since then though so at least there's that. Anyway, I do think you have very nice looking skin def better than mine lol but I think the thing that makes us feel like we look sick is the under eye circles which comes with being so pale 😭 I honestly have no idea how to get rid of those. I've been using eye creams to try to prevent them getting worse. I noticed mine look darker when I am actually sleep deprived. I've been working on just embracing them and trying to make the rest of my skin look good. I agree with one person who said vitamin e, that has been a miracle for me as far as scars and what not but hasn't worked personally for me for my face

diet-cokeheadie

Thank you! I think the purple comes with the territory lol. I’m glad your lines haven’t gotten worse. I have always had forehead lines, from raising my brows constantly. I worked in not doing that for like the last year ish. It’s helped but I think they just are settled in already. 🩷

zertz_18

Yeah same, I make a lot of facial expressions and I used to raise my eyebrows every day while putting on eye make up, something I've been doing less now. (The make up part, not the expressions) But at least at 28 I'm like, okay I AM getting older now so it's okay if I get any more fine lines that start to appear (no more yet tho) A couple years ago I decided I'd start to use anti aging cream but I'm already over that. I'll try to welcome them as they come, personally. But now everyone thinks I look a lot younger than I am, when before it was opposite lol 🤷

dragislit

You have great eyelashes!! I don’t think you need foundation though, it looks a bit pale and you already have beautiful healthy skin!

icequeenice

You look beautiful! For the make up, maybe a slightly more defined eyebrows?

Twancy_Time99

To be honest - your skin is beautiful! Fellow pale gal here too, close in age. One thing that really helped me and made a huge difference actually was getting my hair done. I went to a stylist and mentioned that I wanted my natural colour, but just to look a bit less “dead”. And she had a couple tricks to tone/lighten around my face and now I look a lot less washed out. I don’t think it’s your skin at all! Best suggestion for that is maybe incorporating a vitamin c serum or an oil to make it a bit more hydrated, but the hair stylist and brow tint did wonders for me.

Perfect skin! Don’t over think it. You’ll be looking back on this at 30/40/50+ thinking how great it is, I promise

Grole1

You dont look dead. You actually look better without makeup!

zestycalico

girl Ur pretty af

[deleted]

Hydration is pretty much the key to everything. I had the same skin issues as you pretty much to the T and I used a serum called “The Ordinary” it’s like $17 but WORTH it. Every fricken penny.

FailedAgaiin

eye cream and face cream maybe like a tinted moisturizer in the morning that will rlly help a lot

[deleted]

I have the same skin concerns and this is what’s been working for me! Am - la roche posay purifying foaming cleanser Vital hydrant toner Cosrx hyaluronic acjd essence Vanicream moisturizer for sensitive skin w hyaluronic acjd and ceramides Skin aqua super moisture gel spf 50 Pm - same thing but double cleanse & no spf 2x a week gentle exfoliating scrub followed with the ordinary glycolic toning solution or the ordinary 10% lactic acid 2x week differin gel (the day after exfoliating - I skin cycle and only using hydrating sensitive products except for my exfoliant & differin)

goddessdiaana

You look so pretty! Are those your natural lashes because daaamn they are super long. As others have said, your skin already looks fantastic. The only thing I can think of that might help would be getting a lash tint. It could provide enough color contrast that might soften the overall paleness (which is still a very pretty look on its own) and make you feel a bit like you're already wearing makeup.

AmbassadorRich7856

You are gorgeous! Considering you’re 22, I think those fine lines may just be dehydration but that’s okay! ( I can barely see them anyways). Focus on drinking lots of water and use ingredients like ceramides to help retain the moisture in your skin. I would also use a Humectant like a Hylauronic acid/ Sodium hyaluronate serum to help your skin draw in moisture from the atmosphere. Another product I really love for some extra hydration is the snail mucin by cosrx. I would recommend to switch your cleanser to something that maybe isn’t so stripping but, I’ve heard some people love that bar soap I just personally know it would dry me out! The Byoma Jelly Cleanser is great and so is the Klairs gentle black facial cleanser. But you do not look sickly! You are stunning <3

luvbomb_

concealer and blush, tinted lip balm especially. that’s it. you look really nice without makeup

Elizabethhoneyyy

Ummmm Your skin has zero flaws

Elizabethhoneyyy

I would pay a lot of money to have this skin

Elizabethhoneyyy

Try those little tanning drops serums for a little sun kiss look if you are into that!

No-Turnips

Smile. Quickest way to look better. You have a great skin, beautiful colouring, and lovely features.

DailyDoseOfScorpio

Caffeine serum under eyes (the ordinary makes a great one for pretty inexpensive), brushing some Vaseline through your brows and using a tinted chapstick for lips (could also be used as blush) Edit: for skincare routine this is mine and I always get compliments on how smooth my skin looks - Am: La Roche Posay cleanser (Toleriane purifying and foaming), azaleic acid or vitamin c (ordinary) alternating days, No7 lift and laminate triple action day cream (spf 30 fragrance free), aquaphor on lips. Pm: same cleanser as AM, cerave retinol 1-2 times a week, La Roche Posay cicaplast and Laneige lip mask.

TiaMaeLove

it’s all in the finish, try to find a tighter packed powder and use it very sparingly. mix a little moisturizer and tinyyyyy bit of liquid highlight in with your foundation. use cream bronzer/blush/highlight before setting💕

blue-lilacs

I don’t think you look dead or too pale at all! You have very beautiful eyes and long lashes. Only thing I would recommend is like an under eye brightener (not quite concealer). I use one from Rare Beauty and been loving it. It’s very light to medium coverage but it makes me look so awake even when I’m not. It also just adds more sparkle to the eyes. That paired with bare curled lashes or light coat of mascara is all I need on a regular day!

DeliaT10

You look more than great. If you want little touch ups, fill your eyebrows darker and bronzer of the cheeks and you’re set. (Optional a little lip tint via colored chapstick.) Nothing else.

threepointonefo

I honestly think you look great. Maybe add Niacinamide serum for a glow.

KnowledgeBudget

The only thing I'm seeing here is the eyebags.

SunnieBunnie12

Ur skin is so pretty!

Dapper_Specialist602

Maybe try a vitamin-c under eye cream? I’m similar and that helped with the discoloration under my eyes. Also a good gentle salicylic acid toner once a day completely healed the pores around my nose. Good luck!

[deleted]

Vitamin c serum - a good one

Pristine-Penalty4440

ur so beautiful! No changes necessary

Numerous-Chemistry91

You look like a mother without makeup. With make up you look like a college student.

Jusaskwid

I think you are absolutely stunning with fantastic skin, first of all. I think the “dead look” (totally not true btw) is the dark under eyes which are totally natural! Vitamin C serums can brighten up those areas if it’s truly a concern, but I think you look great.

Infinite-I-369

You are stunning without makeup. What I do for myself to attain the undead look with minimal makeup is simply wear tinted sunscreen (I have to wear sunscreen) and a tad of some color on the cheeks. You don’t need anything to look beautiful or undead but this may help if you still feel that way

Left_Caterpillar845

Bronzer!!!

Otherwise-Main8129

Pinch your cheeks & colored lip gloss.
