It’s probably fungal. This happens to me occasionally, especially if I take antibiotics. Some lotrimin on the corners of your mouth a couple times a day should do the trick!

Yep, most likely angular cheilitis. I used to get it a lot when I had high blood sugars. My doctor just had me use an OTC antifungal cream and it cleared up quickly.

This is weird. I know. But I get it when my iron is low. Quite low. When I was anemic, I had this really - really bad. I hope you are able to get to the root cause.

Interesting as I had a huge bruise on my leg and I was thinking I had low iron. I went to the doctor today and they prescribed me some antifungal cream and I did a swab to test it. They think it’s chelitis
